Abstract

Pentingnya Media Pembelajaran dimanfaatkan oleh ATKP Medan untuk terus meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran, Permasalahan yang sering dijumpai dalam pembelajaran avionic adalah keterbatasan resource yang ada karena untuk mengakses pembelajaran avionic para taruna harus mengakses dari LAB CBT dan tidak bisa dari tempat lain. Hal ini disebabkan software Avionic hanya terpasang didalam lab dan tidak bisa dipelajari dari luar lab. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan proses pembelajaran avionic- Radio Theory I secara digital yang dkemas dalam animasi multimedia untuk Memudahkan para taruna untuk mempelajari avionic Radio Theory I tanpa harus akses di laboratorium. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Dengan menggunakan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle MDLC yaitu metode Konsep (Concept), perancangan (desain), pengumpulan bahan (material collecting), pembuatan (assembly), pengujian (testing), distribusi (distribution). Video yang dihasilkan terdiri dari 4 sub video yaitu Introduction, Radio Wave Propogation, Effects of Athmosphere dan Polarization, dengan durasi 3 menit 28 detik.

Abstract

Aviation business forecasting is one way to find out the next steps that must be taken by aviation business actors as well as steps that the government must take to improve the country's economy, especially from the air transportation sector. before the covid-19 pandemic, the global aviation industry experienced a positive trend, where the volume of global passenger flow in december 2019 increased by 4.9% based on the calculation of revenue passenger kilometers, but since covid-19 began to emerge in early 2020, the movement the global rpk experienced a drastic decline until march 2020, then from april 2020 it experienced an increasing trend again, but lower than in 2019. To be able to provide recommendations for industry players aviation for study material and policy implementation to continue to improve flight performance, especially in Indonesia. MLP is also able to show better performance than the classic arima model. In this study, the mlp model will be used to forecast post-covid-19 flight conditions which will provide research results about the description of the condition of the aviation industry for the future, especially in responding to the challenges of the post-covid-19 aviation industry. to be able to provide recommendations for industry players aviation for study material and policy implementation to continue to improve flight performance, especially in indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a description of whether there is an influence between the movement of wide-body aircraft both departure and arrival on flight delays as a measure of the smooth flow of flight traffic at the Makassar Air Traffic Service Center. The research concludes that there is a positive relationship between the operation of wide-body aircraft and flight delays of 0.870. The positive correlation indicates that the more wide-body aircraft operations, the flight delay will increase, which if there is an increase in flight delays, the smooth flow of flight traffic will decrease. The coefficient of determination is 75%, which means that the effect of the operation of wide-body aircraft on flight delays is 75% and the rest is determined by other factors not included in the research section. The equation obtained from the regression test is Y = -5,679 + 1,872 X. So, if the operation of wide-body aircraft increases by 1, the flight delay will increase by 1,872 at a constant of -5,679.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Jakarta Air Traffic Service Center (JATSC) starting from March 2020 to July 2020 using the quantitative associative correlation method. The research population was all departing aircraft at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport using various runways and taxiways and aprons. The samples used were all aircraft departing from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and navigation services were provided by the Jakarta Air Traffic Service Center (JATSC) in three, namely from November 2019 to January 2020 and using cluster (area) sampling techniques. The data collection technique used is a documentation study containing data on the fulfillment of Target Take Off Time (TTOT) and data on each aircraft movement required for research (such as aircraft identification, Estimate Off Block Time, taxitime, etc.). Furthermore, the data analysis technique use disparametric statistics in the form of data assumption tests followed by relationship analysis tests.

Abstract

Abstract - The importance of learning media is utilized by ATKP Medan as an opportunity to continue to improve the quality of learning. However, the most common problem in avionic learning is the limited resources available. This is because to access Avionic learning, cadets can only access it from LAB CBT. This is because Avionic software is only installed inside the lab and cannot be learned from outside the lab. The purpose of this research is to improve the learning process of Avionic - Automatic Direction Finding System digitally which is packaged in multimedia animation to make it easier for cadets to learn the Avionic Automatic Direction Finding System without having access in the laboratory. The method used in this study is to use the MDLC Multimedia Development Life Cycle method, namely the Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Manufacturing, Testing, Distribution methods. The learning media produced from this study are by displaying 5 types of display pages, namely Introduction, ADF Components, Sense Antennas, Antenna Components, and Direction Finding System.Keywords - Learning Media, Avionic, ADF, ATKP Medan  Abstract - Pentingnya media pembelajaran dimanfaatkan oleh ATKP Medan sebagai kesempatan untuk terus meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran.  Namun, permasalahan yang paling sering terjadi dalam pembelajaran avionic adalah adanya keterbatasan resource yang ada. Abstract

This study seeks to identify the personality competencies possessed by aviation polytechnic educators in an effort to foster cadet excellence. This study is qualitative with a case study design and uses three data collection methods: in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. The subjects of the study were educators from the Medan Aviation Polytechnic who were selected using a technique of purposive sampling. These are the findings of this study: Educators participate in self-improvement trainings in order to increase their contribution to cadet excellence. The personality competencies of educators are also reflected in the openness with which they carry out their respective responsibilities and duties. Educators' self-discipline in addressing problems related to their primary responsibilities demonstrates their personality competence in order to foster cadet excellence.

Abstract

The increase in air transport transportation traffic after the Covid-19 subside led to increased flight frequency which also increased the need for aircraft maintenance. Good quality aircraft maintenance is also very much needed to avoid accidents due to malfunctions of all systems on the aircraft. Good quality aircraft maintenance can be achieved from qualified aircraft maintenance personnel. To produce qualified personnel, it is necessary to have a strong and deep understanding of personnel knowledge about aircraft, theoretically and practically. This research aims to carry out innovation activities in the form of implementing the Socata TBM-700 aircraft as a live aircraft suitable learning material at the Bayuwangi Aviation Polytechnic. The result of this research is an innovation of live aircraft practical learning at the Bayuwangi Aviation Polytechnic to increase the desire of active teachers at universities under PPSDMPU to be active in processing and utilizing valuable equipment available on campus so that their ability to follow the development of aviation technology can be improved.

Abstract

Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews three issues, namely: revenue management, terminal operations, and aircraft loading which affect the performance of air cargo. The results of this literature review article are: 1) There are revenue management problems that can affect air cargo performance; 2) There are problems with terminal operations that can affect the performance of air cargo; and 3) There are problems with aircraft loading which can affect the performance of air cargo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh bentuk float terhadap performa dan stabilitas pesawat seaplane di atas air. Float pada pesawat seaplane merupakan perangkat yang sangat penting karena memungkinkan pesawat terbang ini untuk dapat mendarat dan lepas landas di atas air. Float yang dirancang dengan bentuk aerodinamis yang baik dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pesawat dan mengurangi konsumsi bahan bakar. Penelitian ini menggunakan berbagai sumber literatur dan penelitian terdahulu yang membahas tentang aerodinamika, float, seaplane, performa, dan bentuk float. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk float yang aerodinamis dapat meningkatkan lift pada pesawat, mengurangi drag, dan meningkatkan kecepatan. Bentuk float yang aerodinamis juga dapat mempengaruhi handling dan stabilitas pesawat di atas air. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk aerodinamis pada float pada seaplane sangat penting untuk meningkatkan performa, efisiensi, dan stabilitas pesawat. Oleh karena itu, float pada seaplane harus dirancang dengan bentuk aerodinamis yang baik untuk memastikan keselamatan dan kinerja yang optimal saat operasi di atas air.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya Work-Life Balance terhadap performa karyawan dan pengelolaan talenta dalam suatu lembaga yaitu Akademi Penerbang Indonesia Banyuwangi. Model regresi digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh dari responden yang bekerja di lembaga terkait. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara budaya Work-Life Balance dengan performa karyawan dan pengelolaan talenta. Nilai R dan R² yang tinggi menunjukkan bahwa model ini memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam menjelaskan variasi dalam data. Selain itu, hasil analisis ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap variasi dalam model regresi. Namun, analisis Collinearity Diagnostics menunjukkan adanya potensi multikolinieritas antara variabel independen. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pengelolaan yang baik terkait hubungan antara performa karyawan dan pengelolaan talenta dalam konteks budaya Work-Life Balance. Penelitian ini memberikan dukungan bagi pentingnya menerapkan budaya Work-Life Balance dalam lingkungan kerja guna menciptakan keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi, yang pada akhirnya akan berdampak positif pada performa karyawan dan pengelolaan talenta dalam suatu lembaga.
