Abstract

Majlis Ta'lim memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan pendidikan agama di kalangan masyarakat, khususnya di Desa Mayak, Kecamatan Cibeber. Sebagai lembaga pendidikan nonformal berbasis keagamaan, Majlis Ta'lim menjadi wadah yang efektif dalam penyebaran ilmu agama dan pembentukan karakter keagamaan di tengah masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran Majlis Ta'lim dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan praktik keagamaan masyarakat serta dampaknya terhadap kehidupan sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan pengurus Majlis Ta'lim, peserta kegiatan, serta tokoh masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Majlis Ta'lim berperan penting dalam memperkuat pendidikan agama melalui kajian rutin, pengajian, serta kegiatan sosialkeagamaan lainnya. Selain itu, Majlis Ta'lim berperan sebagai sarana mempererat silaturahmi antarwarga, meningkatkan partisipasi dalam kegiatan keagamaan, serta memperkokoh moral

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove that there is a relationship between the dependent and independent variables. A literature review method was used to prepare this article, which analyzes previous studies without distributing questionnaires to respondents. The result of this study is the association of all independent and dependent variables. It can be concluded that the performance of an organization can only be successfully produced if the attitude is in line with the standards set by management. Periodic performance reviews are conducted to determine goal achievement and appropriate career plans. Increase employee motivation to increase productivity. In this literature review, we found that there is a large influence between variables, which can serve as a reference for research in the field of human resources.

Abstract

The Effect of Servant Leadership, Competence and Motivation on Performance Employee is a scientific article in the literature study within the scope of the field of science. The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables that will be used in further research. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media. The research method with the research library comes from e-books and open-access e-journals. The results of this article: 1) Servant Leadership has an effect on Performance Employee; 2) Competence has an effect on the Performance of Employee; and 3) Motivation has an effect on Performance Employee.
