Abstract

The Qur'an is the book of the best morals and adab of all time. The ultimate miracle, the noblest reading, a manual that will guide us in our daily life until the end of the world. Imam Nawawi is a pious and pious scholar, he is also referred to as a scholar who is very productive in terms of writing. So it is not surprising that his works are numerous, popular, printed continuously and used as the main source in religious studies (Islamic studies). One of his works is the Book of Tibyan Fii Adabi Hamalatil Qur'an as the main reference in this research. This paper aims to reveal how Adab Ahlu Al-Qur'an is from Imam Nawawi's perspective and how Imam Nawawi narrates the contents of his book. This research is included in library research (library research). With data collection techniques using documentation studies of books and texts from the Book of Tibyan Fii Adabi Hamalatil Qur'an and content analysis. It turns out that as a whole the book talks about the manners and morals of a teacher, student, lover and practitioner of the Qur'an (ahlul qur’an). Imam Nawawi's perspective between teachers and students must have adab and morals when interacting with the Qur'an. The contents of the book include: the virtue of reading and memorizing it, the virtue of qira’ah and ahlul qira’ah, the obligation to glorify the ahlul qur'an, adab for teachers, students, and memorizing of the Qur'an, adab of reading the Qur'an, adab towards the Al-Qur'an 'an, recommendations for reading verses and letters at certain times, writing and ennobling the Al-Qur'an mushaf.

Abstract

The Al-Quran's perspective on religious tolerance is part of the attitude of bringing peace, ease, openness of heart, respecting differences without insulting each other and carried out consistently and sustainably. Both in essence and natural teachings, ingrained and rooted. The application of all of this is being able to build unity and oneness between the nation's children in building national and state harmony and obeying the religion they adhere to. The type of research used is library research, using reference sources in the form of books, tafsir books, journals, documents and so on. The Al-Qur'an perspective on religious tolerance is reflected in four categories; First, be smart in increasing religious understanding, second, do not risk your beliefs in the name of religious tolerance. Third, do not spread hate speech by insulting, making fun of, criticizing, or calling someone who is of a different religion, ethnicity or race with bad titles; and fourth, do not force other people to embrace the teachings of the religion they adhere to.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine/explore practical ways of searching for hadith offered by M. Syuhudi Ismail, who is known as a person who concentrates/focuses on hadith studies in the academic world. This research is a library research where in this research, the author tries his best to collect the works of M. Syuhudi Ismail, both those he wrote individually and together (anthology), tracing the works of other people who wrote about Syuhudi; and then try to analyze it thoroughly. In conducting data analysis, the writer used a qualitative descriptive analysis. From the results of this study it can be concluded that M. Syuhudi Ismail is so productive. Evidenced by the publication of his works totaling 59 pieces in the 70s to 90s. In terms of making it easier for hadith practitioners to find hadith practically, he offers two important things. Among other things: First, looking for hadith through the hadith dictionary based on the instructions for pronouncing the hadith (Takhrijul Hadith Bil Alfadz) and, Second. look for hadith through the hadith dictionary based on the topic of the problem (Takhrijul Hadith Bil-Maudhu'i).

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to dismantle the concept of the al-jarh wa ta'dil methodology easily and as a test tool for assessing hadith narrators in terms of weaknesses (jarh) and also strengths (ta'dil). The research method in this journal is literature study. The studies found in understanding the concept of jarh wa' ta'dil. Among others; first, the urgency of the science of al-jarh wa al-ta'dil as an art in determining whether the category of a narrator's narration can be accepted or rejected. Second, the history of the science of Jahr wa al-ta'dil has grown since the time of the Companions. Third, the techniques and methods of ulama when explaining the behavior of narrators and the conditions of critics (al-jarh wa ta'dil) when evaluating narrators. Fourth, the conception and editorial of Jarh wa al-Ta'dil and its scope.

Abstract

This research discusses the emancipatory interpretation by Aisha bint Abu Bakar of Qur'anic verses relating to women and orphans. The pre-Islamic period is described as a dark time for women and orphans, where they were part of a marginalised group with low social status and limited access to economic opportunities. The analysis in this study is descriptive-analytical by emphasising Aisyah's interpretation of Qur'anic verses related to women and orphans issues. The approach used is a social and historical approach to understand the context and impact of these interpretations. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with content analysis type. The results showed that Aisha bint Abu Bakar made a major contribution in the interpretation of verses about women and orphans with an emancipatory nature, namely liberation from oppression and dependence. Her interpretation of the verses shows special attention to social issues and the rights of women and orphans, as reflected in QS. Al-Baqarah: 220, 222; An-Nisa: 3, 6, 127, 128; Al-Maidah: 6; and Al-Mujadilah: 1. The overall source of interpretation used by Aisyah is bil ma'tsur.

Abstract

Research on love is the answer key for those who want to feel the power of the wave of love. Love is a feeling that causes pleasure to or is attached to an object, love will be emotional when it appears in the mind and can evoke all primary emotions, according to the emotions on which the object stands. However, in daily practice, many people misinterpret love and misrepresent it. This paper aims to straighten out how we should love something. The data of this research is sourced from the analysis of Surah Al-Baqarah/2:165. Based on the research results of the letter Al-Baqarah/2:165. The method used is a qualitative research method, namely analyzing the meaning and concept of love (mahabbah) from the perspective of the Qur'an. The approach used is the thematic interpretation approach (tafsir maudhu'i). Researchers found two ways to love. First, don't love something excessively and second, love it in a good way. In line with that, this paper suggests the need for the role of all elements of society, parents, teachers, lecturers, and practitioners in directing and solving love problems.

Abstract

Etika Pembinaan masyarakat merupakan suatu upaya untuk memberikan dukungan semangat, energi,  daya dan penguatan kepada masyarakat. Dengan kata lain, terbinanya sebuah masyarakat harus mampu diterjemahkan sebagai sebuah kecerdikan individu dengan masyarakat dalam membangun tata kelola masyarakat yang bersangkutan. Pembinaan masyarakat juga diartikan sebagai suatu upaya untuk mereformasi tingkah laku masyarakat ke arah yang lebih membanggakan, sehingga kualitas dan kesejahteraan hidupnya secara bertahap dapat meningkat. Kaum muslim harus menjadi umat terbaik yang dilahirkan untuk manusia lainnya, guna menjadi pembina bagi masyarakat sekitarnya. Kalau kita baca ayat Al-Qur’an yang maknanya. “Sesungguhnya Allah tidak merubah Keadaan sesuatu masyrakat sehingga mereka merubah keadaan yang ada pada diri mereka sendiri. Dan apabila Allah menghendaki keburukan terhadap sesuatu kaum, Maka tak ada yang dapat menolaknya; dan sekali-kali tak ada pelindung bagi mereka selain Dia”. Etika Pembinaan masyarakat merupakan serangkaian usaha yang dilakukan dalam bentuk kegiatan yang nyata di tengah masyarakat. Kegiatan yang berupaya untuk meng-upgrading menyadarkan masyarakat agar dapat mengaplikasikan serta cara mendisain hidupnya untuk mencapai tingkat hidup yang lebih baik dalam segala aspek. Kajian dalam tulisan ini berusaha memberikan sudut pandang yang elegen dalam mengenal dan memahami ayat-ayat yang berkaitan tentang etika pembinaan masyarakat dalam perspektif Al-Qur‟an.

Abstract

In a country and society, a leader is needed who is able to guide and guide the community. Leadership is every person's effort to influence a person's behavior or group behavior. Attempts to influence this behavior to achieve individual or group goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the concept of leadership is in the perspective of the Qur'an, how to understand what leadership means in the Qur'an, and what are the instructions of the Qur'an regarding leadership. This research is included in the category of library research, because it analyzes documents and sources of information related to what is being studied. While the interpretation method used is the Maudu'i interpretation method. From the results of this research, it can be explained that the concept of leadership in the perspective of the Qur'an, is seen as the ability of a leader to set an example, guide and convince those he leads consciously and voluntarily to carry out activities to achieve common goals from what is targeted in his leadership. The characteristics of leadership in the perspective of the Qur'an are having a spirit of trust, prioritizing deliberation, responsibility, and being able to be fair to those they lead. In addition, the essence of Qur'anic leadership is not only for worldly interests, but rather for accountability to Allah swt.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the truth about the rights and obligations of husband and wife listed in the Qur'an. How does the Qur'an regulate and explain the rights and obligations of husband and wife so that it can be a solution in carrying out a harmonious husband and wife relationship. This research is a thematic-based library research. The method used by the author is descriptive analytical method. The primary data source is a verse of the Qur'an which discusses the rights and obligations of husband and wife. The results of this study indicate that the husband's obligations to his wife; give a dowry, provide spiritual zohir, have good intercourse with the wife, protect the wife from things that bring sin, while the wife's obligation to her husband; complementing the husband's shortcomings, being obedient to his husband, following his husband's residence, maintaining self-respect and his husband's property when he is not there, devoting himself to the husband in taking care of his children, and covering the husband's disgrace.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an is the best reading of all time which if read will get guidance from Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala when interacting and as for how to interact with the Qur'an is the tadabbur method. This study aims to examine and test the concept of Tadabbur Al-Qur'an presented by KH. Bachtiar Nasir. To answer the social phenomena that are developing at this time. This research is included in the category of literature review with descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this research show that what is offered by KH. Bachtiar Nasir can be accepted by all groups. Because the method offered by him is very easy and aflikatif.
