Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran hidrolisis garam yang lebih valid dan efektif guna memberi peningkatan pada kompetensi terkait sikap ilmiah, proses sains, dan hasil belajar siswa peserta didik. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing melalui basis laboratorium menjadi hal yang penulis pilih. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan model 4-D, yang tersusun atas empat tahapan, yaitu tahap define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Produk yang menjadi fokus pengembangan disini adalah rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, silabus, bahan ajar, serta lembar kerja yang memiliki kriteria valid dengan rerata nilai sebesar 3,42. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa model pembelajaran peneliti kembangkan secara efektif dapat memberi peningkatan pada kompetensi terkait sikap ilmiah dan proses sains, dengan N-gain kompetensi proses sains 0,54 (sedang), dan N-gain sikap ilmiah peserta didik sebesar 0,64 (sedang). Prestasi hasil belajar memberi peningkatan yang cukup mencolok pada nilai pre-test dan post-test dengan N-gain sebesar 0,69 (sedang), dan persentase ketuntasan belajar 84,38%. Besarnya dampak kompetensi sikap ilmiah dan proses sains secara bersama-sama atas hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 81,7%. Siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap implementasi instrumen dan model pembelajaran yang dibesarkan melalui kriteria baik atau sebesar 83,44%. Dari semua pembahasan di atas penulis berkesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran yang disebut di atas memberi dampak positif terhadap sikap ilmiah, proses sains, dan hasil belajar.

Abstract

Identifikasi yang salah menyebabkan pasien menerima prosedur tindakan medis yang tidak benar. Kesalahan yang mengakibatkan pasien cedera dapat berupa ketidaktepatan identifikasi pasien yang berakibat kesalahan atau keterlambatan diagnosis, kegagalan dalam bertindak, kesalahan pengobatan, dan kesalahan dosis atau metode dalam pemberian obat. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan identifikasi dalam melakasakan sasaran keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan study kasus. Peneliti melakukan pengamatan terhadap pelaksanaan identifikasi pasien di salah satu ruangan perawatan rumah sakit di Bogor. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar cecklist yang disesuaikan dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur identifikasi pasien di rumah sakit tersebut. Peneliti melakukan pengamatan kepada 5 orang perawat setiap hari dalam jangka waktu 5 hari berturut-turut. Hasil observasi didapatkan masih ada perawat yang belum patuh dalam melaksanakan penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur Identifikasi Pasien. Hasil wawancara didapatkan bahwa; “…SPO tersebut sudah disosialisasikan oleh kepala ruangan, perawat sudah memahaminya. Tetapi saat akan melakukan tindakan kepada pasien langkah-langkah identifikasi tidak dilakukan…” Kesimpulan hasil penelitian yaitu Identifikasi Pasien yang dilakukan oleh perawat belum optimal.

Abstract

Nursing care for patients with decreased consciousness is not only related to medical monitoring, but also involves holistic aspects such as emotional support and effective communication. This study aims to explain in depth nursing care for patients with decreased consciousness, including the challenges that nurses may face, effective intervention strategies, and the important role of nurses in improving the patient's quality of life. The method in this research uses a case study. The research method is nursing care which includes assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation of nursing in 1 (one) shift. The results of the assessment showed that the patient's admission history arrived at the Emergency Room with a medical diagnosis of Chronic Kidney Disease. When the Somnolent consciousness assessment was carried out, GCS 10, the patient experienced respiratory failure, a ventilator was installed, OPA, NRM 10 lpm, an NGT was installed, the NGT fluid was yellow. The patient had a Folley catheter installed, the urine color was clear yellow. Physical examination; Blood pressure 124/82 mmHg, pulse 104x/minute, RR 13x/minute, temperature 370c, rhonchi wet. The main nursing problem found in these patients was gas exchange disorders. Nursing actions include ensuring the patient's airway remains open, providing respiratory assistance or mechanical ventilation, monitoring vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, breathing and body temperature, collaborating with health team members, such as doctors and therapists, to plan and provide effective care.

Abstract

Toxic leadership refers to a style of leadership characterized by behaviors that harm, exploit, and undermine the well-being of employees and the overall organizational culture. Leaders who exhibit toxic behaviors often create a detrimental work environment that affects not only the morale and productivity of their team but also the long-term success of the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of toxic leadership on motivation, job satisfaction, productivity and turnover intention of nurses. This study uses correlation analysis with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were nurses with a sample size of 480 responden based on the convenience sampling technique. Statistical analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that the influence of toxic leadership on motivation, job satisfaction, productivity and turnover intention was p value 0.001. standard estimate coefficient of motivation and job satisfaction variables is a value of 1,000. The conclusion of this study is toxic leadership has a negative impact on nurse motivation by reducing intrinsic motivation. When job satisfaction decreases due to toxic leadership, nurses are more likely to consider leaving their jobs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between brand image and product quality, product quality and price, and brand image and price on Oriflame products. Price on Repeat Purchase of Oriflame Products, Simultaneous Influence between Brand Image, Product Quality and Price on Repeat Purchase of Oriflame Products. This research was conducted using a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach and the sample used Hair et al and a porposive sampling technique which then produced a sample of 180 respondents. The analysis technique used is the Likert scale analysis technique and path analysis with the Method of Successive Interval (MSI), Microsoft Office, and SPSS version 18.0. There is a partial effect of brand image on product repurchase, product quality has a partial and significant effect on product repurchase. There is a partial and significant price effect on product repurchases. Simultaneously brand image, product quality and price affect the repurchase of Oriflame products

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation, discipline and work environment on employee performance of Cv. Harmony Gemilang. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with descriptive and verification analysis, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, as well as making conclusions and suggestions. The sample in this study amounted to 108 using the Non Probability Sampling technique with the Saturated Sample method. Based on the analysis that has been done this research proves that Employee Motivation in Cv. Harmony Gemilang is good, Employee Discipline at Cv. Harmony Gemilang is quite good, Employee Work Environment at Cv. Harmony Gemilang is good and Employee Performance at Cv. Harmony Gemilang is already good. The correlation coefficient between the variables of Motivation, Discipline and Work Environment has a strong, positive and significant correlation level. The influence of the work environment variable coefficient contributes to performance more than motivation and discipline. The simultaneous influence of work motivation, discipline and work environment on employee performance is 67.1% while the remaining 32.9% is the contribution of other variables not examined.

Abstract

This research aims to examine more deeply the study of semiotics on the story of people who were doomed in the Qur'an, one of them being the Sodomites. Examining the values and messages conveyed through the signs and symbols in the story with a semiotic approach initiated by Ferdinand de Saussure in the form of signifiers and signifieds, syntagmatic and paradigmatic relations. As well as with the narrative semiotic approach initiated by A.J. Greimas in describing the storyline of the Prophet Luth. This study uses a descriptive-analytic method which is based on qualitative data about the story of Prophet Luth and the people of Sodom in the Qur'an using the semiotic approach of Saussure and A.J Greimas. Many studies of the Qur'an have begun to be carried out using a semiotic approach in its interpretation. Deeper research on one of the stories in the Qur'an with a semiotic approach will lead us to many lessons and reveal the secrets behind the symbols and signs that exist in it. The result of this research is, it is found that the story of Prophet Luth and his people in the Qur'an is repeated many times by Allah with different verses and different storylines. In fact, it is part of the symbol that repetition occurs to give its respective purpose in several different places and as a complement to one another. Likewise, with Saussure's theory, there are many symbols and signs that God sent to commemorate them as well as us. The actions they commit are called heinous acts because they are the same as adultery, so the punishment for them according to fiqh scholars is the same as haad for adultery. As well as the narrative story of Prophet Luth which is more directed in a more directed manner with the Greimas narrative. Then the teachings and moral messages from the story of Prophet Luth can be wisdom and lessons for the people after him. This research is still limited to symbols in general, so future research can reveal symbols and signs and the secrets behind the language and every word in the verse.

Abstract

Introduction: Insight into the mother's knowledge of the importance of the first 1000 days of life and child growth and development is very important because child development is related to maternal stimulation. In preliminary studies, it was found that most children experienced delays in motor, cognitive, language, and socio-emotional. If the mother's knowledge of the first 1000 days of life is lacking, it will cause the growth and development of the child to be less than optimal. Objectives: To find out the relationship between the mother's knowledge about the importance of the first 1000 days of life with the child's growth and development. Method: Analytical research of correlation with cross sectional correlation approach.  A sample of 50 respondents from a total population of 100 respondents was taken by purposive sampling technique. This research instrument uses questionnaire sheets. This study used the Spearmen Rank correlation statistical test. Result: The results of the mother's knowledge of the importance of the first 1000 days of life with child growth and development obtained a value of Sig-value = 0.351. This means according to the Spearmen Rank test if the value of Sig-value = >0.050 then this study proved that there is no relationship between maternal knowledge about the importance of the first 1000 days of life with child growth and development. Conclusion: There is no relationship between the mother's knowledge about the importance of the first 1000 days of life and the child's growth and development.

Abstract

Asupan gizi sangat penting untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita. Kurang asupan dapat menyebabkan berbagai permasalahan gizi, termasuk stunting. Prevalensi stunting di Indonesia masing cukup tinggi walaupun terjadi penurunan pada tahun 2022. Stunting dapat dicegah melalui beberapa cara, salah satunya adalah memberikan edukasi atau pendidikan kesehatan kepada orang tua, terutama ibu. Tujuan penulisan artikel yaitu untuk memahami pentingnya pengetahuan mengenai asupan gizi seimbang pada bayi dan balita dalam mencegah stunting. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan oleh dosen profesi ners pada hari Sabtu tanggal 22 Juni 2024 di Madrasah Marga Jaya RT 02 RW 05 Kelurahan Kertamaya, Bogor Selatan, Kota Bogor. Metode yang dilakukan pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan melalui 5 langkah, yaitu persiapan, persamaan persepsi dan penyampaian gambaran kegiatan, pengambilan data, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi. Pemberian Pendidikan kesehatan pada ibu memberikan dampak pada peningkatan pengetahuan ibu. Meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu perlu dilakukan secara rutin melalui berbagai macam metode dan media pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee performance on the career development of the Public Works Service and Karawang regency spatial planning. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive and verification research methods. The sample in this study was 175. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling. The analysis model in this study uses a multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of the study show that there is an influence between employee performance on the career development of the Public Works Office and spatial planning of the Karawang regency.
