Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of religiosity, disclosure of waqf fund management information, and individual motivation on participation in Islamic bank waqf funds, focusing on customers of Indonesian Islamic Banks in Bandung City. Using secondary data and a probability sampling technique, specifically stratified random sampling, Cochran's formula determined a sample size of 220 respondents. Data analysis involved descriptive techniques using a Likert scale of 1-5 and verification techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The outer model was evaluated for validity and reliability, while the inner model was assessed by the percentage of variance, with hypothesis testing conducted via Bootstrapping using SmartPLS. Findings indicate that religiosity and individual motivation both have significant positive effects on participation in waqf funds, while disclosure of waqf fund management information does not significantly affect participation. This study contributes original insights by revealing the distinct impacts of these factors on waqf fund participation, providing new knowledge in this area.

Abstract

Tindak kejahatan seksual dapat diartikan sebagai bentuk perbuatan yang mengabaikan nilai dan norma yang melanggar, bertentangan atau menyimpang dari aturan-aturan hukum. Herry Wirawan,ditetapkan sebagai tersangka kasus kekerasan seksual terhadap belasan Santriwati di Boarding School Bandung,Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Barat memvonis Herry Wirawan dengan Hukuman mati.Jaksa juga menambahkan sanksi berupa membayar denda Rp. 500 juta dan membayar biaya restitusi kepada para korban sebesar Rp.331 Juta Rupiah, juga penyitaan dan lelang terhadap seluruh aset dan kekayaan Herry untuk membiayai kebutuhan hidup para korban beserta bayi yang telah dilahirkan. Serta sanksi non- material berupa pengumuman identitas, identitas terdakwa disebarkan dan hukuman kebiri kimia. Perlindungan hukum bagi korban kekerasan seksual merupakan upaya dalam memberikan keadilan bagi para korban.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif yang bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions of Eiger shoes (Case Study at Eiger Branch Grand Depok City). The background of this research is based on the relatively low sales figures of Eiger shoe products compared to other Eiger product categories, despite Eiger being recognized as one of the top brands in Indonesia. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that, partially, brand image does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, whereas promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. However, simultaneously, brand image and promotion have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination shows that brand image and promotion contribute 55.9% to purchasing decisions. This indicates that an effective promotional strategy can increase consumer purchase interest even if the brand image is not yet fully established. These findings imply that Eiger needs to strengthen its brand image, particularly in terms of product identity and differentiation, while maintaining and optimizing its promotional strategies effectively.
