Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has become a concern for all governments globally because it can affect the economy. In Indonesia, one of the government's focuses is how to solve problems related to MSMEs facing the threat of bankruptcy and the government's choice is to cooperate with e-commerce through hyperlocal. Hyperlocal for some researchers has the effect of changing the structure of cooperation and the logic of business organizations. However, the author himself argues that hyperlocal issues also have a role in identity transformation. This is based on the findings of several previous studies, that hyperlocal communication media influences the distribution of culture and the identity of certain community groups. By using the analytical framework of post-Fordism and constructivism, the author finds that Hyperlocal Tokopedia have influenced the identity of MSMEs in understanding "who am I?" and "what will I do?". In addition, the interaction between Tokopedia and MSMEs, which initially had different identities, showed the last optimistic result. This shows that the interaction between identities in constructivism can be intentional by external actors. While related to post-Fordism, the results of this study only strengthen that the transformation of economic society is not economic, political, and cultural. But there is also a transformation of understanding of themselves. Keywords: Hyperlocal; Constructivism; Post-Fordism; Knowledge-Economy; Economic Globalization

Abstract

Adolescence is a critical developmental stage characterized by significant physical, emotional, and psychological changes, making comprehensive knowledge about sexuality crucial to mitigate the risks of unintended pregnancies, sexually transmitted infections, and other high-risk sexual behaviors. This community engagement initiative (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat/PkM) aimed to educate adolescents in Bakung Village, Ogan Ilir Regency, on the dangers and consequences of risky sexual behavior. The intervention was delivered through a series of village-based lectures and educational sessions. Pre- and post-test assessments revealed a substantial improvement in participants' knowledge, with scores increasing from an average of 60% in the pre-test to 96% in the post-test. These findings underscore the effectiveness of service learning in enhancing adolescent understanding and awareness, contributing to the prevention of risky sexual practices in rural settings.

Abstract

This study aimed to extend the previous research conducted by Yospetch and Nimsai, as well as Kawuryan, concerning the global prominence of sustainable tourism research in Asia and Indonesia. The novelty of this study lay in its specific focus on sustainable tourism in Bali, a region with a longstanding history in tourism management. A relational bibliometric analysis was employed to provide a comprehensive overview of the relationships between metadata and analytical units, using tools such as PoP, Mendeley Desktop, and VOSviewer. From an analysis of 16 Scopus-indexed academic publications, three key findings were identified. First, a new research theme emerged between 2020 and 2025, namely the evaluation of government policy frameworks in relation to sustainable tourism. Second, the limited global visibility of research on sustainable tourism in Bali was attributed to the lack of international collaboration and the restricted diversity of keywords employed. Third, a discernible shift was observed in the dominant research themes between the periods 2010-2019 and 2020-2025. This thematic transition indicated potential avenues for future scholarly inquiry that could offer greater significance and impact within the international academic community.
