Abstract

This research examines an independent curriculum based on differentiated learning with an Islamic education perspective. An independent curriculum based on differentiated learning can be interpreted as the implementation of Islamic values ​​which views each individual as unique and entitled to education that suits his or her capacity. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection carried out through a literature review. The focus of the research is to explore various types of literature, such as books, notes and previous research reports which discuss the implications of the independent learning policy on the development of assessments in the independent curriculum with an Islamic religious education approach. The secondary sources used include national journal articles, books, and other relevant information to investigate assessment development models in the independent curriculum with an Islamic religious education perspective. Research findings show that assessment in the independent learning curriculum has a crucial role in ensuring the smooth learning process.

Abstract

Purpose:  This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy at Hotel Sentra Cawang, East Jakarta and To find out the marketing strategy at Hotel Sentral Cawang East Jakarta. Research methods: This study uses a qualitative approach to determine the SWOT analysis on the strategy marketing at the Central Cawang Hotel, East Jakarta. This tool compiles the company's strategic factors and uses a matrix TOWS or SWOT matrix and internal and external matrices. Results and discussion: From the identification of internal and external strategic factors, it is known that the position and profile of Hotel Sentral Cawang, East Jakarta, has a strong market competitive position in the industry. Hotel Sentral Cawang, East Jakarta, must improve product quality, facilities, service, and distribution. Implication: To find out the condition of the Central Cawang Hotel strategically based on SWOT analysis. Then, according to the SWOT Matrix, determine a marketing strategy with 7P marketing (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence, Process). This research was tested using SWOT analysis by identifying internal and external factors and then formulated in the Cartesian diagram, Internal and External Matrix, and SWOT Matrix. The position of Hotel Sentral Cawang, East Jakarta, on the results of the Cartesian Diagram Analysis, is in Cell 1, in a growth and development position, which is a substantial market competitive position. In the SWOT Matrix, Hotel Sentral Cawang, East Jakarta, can use four alternative strategies: the So, Wo, ST, and WT strategies.   Keywords: SWOT Analysis, SWOT Matrix, Marketing Strategy

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kesiapan agen dalam proses clearance out kapal melalui sistem Inaportnet pada PT Tempuran Mas (TEMAS Line) Cabang Tanjung Priok. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka selama empat bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses clearance out telah mengikuti tahapan Inaportnet, tetapi belum optimal. Kendala utama meliputi gangguan jaringan internet 32%, server Inaportnet down 27%, antrean approval instansi 19%, keterlambatan dokumen principal 16%, dan kesalahan input agen 6%. Kesiapan agen secara umum cukup baik, namun masih diperlukan peningkatan kemampuan troubleshooting, kompetensi SDM, SOP digital, dan koordinasi antarinstansi. Optimalisasi clearance out memerlukan penguatan kesiapan internal perusahaan serta sinkronisasi dengan instansi pelabuhan, pengelola Inaportnet, dan principal.   This study analyzes the readiness of shipping agents in carrying out the vessel clearance out process through the Inaportnet system at PT Tempuran Mas (TEMAS Line), Tanjung Priok Branch. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected over four months through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The results show that the clearance out process has followed the Inaportnet procedures but has not yet been fully optimized. The main constraints include internet network disruptions at 32%, Inaportnet server downtime at 27%, agency approval queues at 19%, delayed documents from principals at 16%, and agent input errors at 6%. Overall, agent readiness is fairly good, but further improvements are needed in troubleshooting skills, staff competence, digital SOPs, and inter-agency coordination. Optimizing the clearance out process requires stronger internal readiness and better synchronization with port authorities, Inaportnet administrators, and principals.
