Abstract

The phenomenon of marriage of siri or marriage under the hands is still a lot happening among our society, whether done by ordinary people and figures known public. Issues surrounding siri marriage are still the subject of much discussion, especially if the practice is done by people who are well known by the community. In essence siri marriage from a religious perspective is valid, if the pillars and conditions are met. But in order to maintain order, the state has the right to regulate marriage matters, so marriage should be registered on the Registrar (for Muslims). For those who do not register their marriage, legally the marriage state is considered to have no legal force.

Abstract

Termination of Employment (PHK) is a very complex issue because it has links to unemployment, crime, and employment opportunities. The government in this case has issued regulations related to layoffs because the government has an obligation to maintain economic growth while guaranteeing its citizens to create a just, prosperous and prosperous society. This study uses normative legal research. The research approach used is the statute approach and the conceptual approach. While the sources      bof legal materials used in this research are primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The legal material collection technique used in this research is library research. The results of the discussion from this study can be concluded that the workers' rights that must be given as a result of layoffs are severance pay, gratuity pay, and compensation money that should be received. And related to legal protection for termination of employment relations for workers/laborers is carried out in 2 (two) ways, namely through preventive legal protection and repressive legal protection.ABSTRAKMasalah yang sangat kompleks terkait dengan pengangguran, kriminalitas dan kesempatan kerja adalah pemutusan hubungan kerja (HK). Dalam hal ini pemerintah mengeluarkan peraturan tentang PHK karena merupakan tugas pemerintah untuk melanjutkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan menjamin warganya masyarakat yang sejahtera, adil dan makmur melalui penelitian hukum normatif. Pendekatan penelitian adalah pendekatan hukum. Kaidah dasar (legal approach) dan pendekatan konseptual. Sumber hukum yang diimplikasikan dalam penelitian ini ialah dokumen hukum primer, dokumen hukum sekunder dan dokumen hukum tersier. Metode pengumpulan dokumen hukum yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Dari hasil yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hak-hak pekerja harus dihormati setelah pemecatan.  meliputi uang pesangon, bonus dan santunan yang harus diterima. Hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan perlindungan hukum pemutusan hubungan kerja terhadap pekerja/karyawan dilangsungkan dengan dua cara, yaitu, perlindungan yudisial preventif dan pembelaan yudisial represif.

Abstract

To determine legal certainty in an agreement, it can be analyzed through the greatest potential cause of disputes in the agreement, namely default. Default is the greatest potential for a problem or dispute in an agreement. Default is the implementation of obligations that are not fulfilled or broken promises or negligence carried out by the debtor either because they do not carry out what has been promised or even do something that according to the agreement should not be done. The term default comes from Dutch, namely "wanprestatie" which means non-fulfillment of achievements or obligations that have been set for certain parties in an agreement, either an agreement born from an agreement or an agreement arising from the law.

Abstract

The eligibility and achievement standards for participants participating ininternships outside Indonesia are tailored to the goals of the internship organizer. Thescope of internship achievements is usually tailored to the circumstances of thecompany hosting the internship. Broadly speaking, internships aim to developindividual competencies, apply theoretical concepts to actual work practices, developsoft skills, especially communication and interpersonal relationships, and foster theability to solve problems independently, make decisions, and be accountable for them.
