Abstract

This research was conducted to find out more about the implementation of archives management in administration at Madrasah tsanawiyah Darul ulum Kubu raya by discussing several topics. First, how is the implementation of archives management in administration. Second, what obstacles are faced and efforts to overcome obstacles regarding archive management in administration at madrasah tsanawiyah Darul ulum Kubu raya. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The main data source in this research is the head of administration and staff as an active component in the archive management implementation process obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research results, the results of this research are: The implementation of archives management at the madrasah tsanawiyah Darul ulum Kubu raya can be classified in the good category, because it has implemented several indicators regarding archives at the madrasah tsanawiyah Darul ulum Kubu raya, such as recording, distribution, use, maintenance, and deletion of archives, however, as time goes by, it is necessary to always keep abreast of emerging technological developments in order to remain in a good position. Apart from good implementation, of course there are obstacles faced by resolving various obstacles faced in the administration section at madrasah tsanawiyah Darul ulum Kubu raya, such as experiencing difficulty in finding archives that have been stored for a long time, due to the large number of archives that have accumulated. But after being found the archive had been eaten by termites. This is due to inadequate infrastructure. Adding facilities is also hampered by limited space. Several efforts have been made to overcome obstacles in managing archives at the madrasah tsanawiyah Darul ulum Kubu raya, namely copying the archives into computers so that they are not lost and not damaged, in addition to renovating the building, especially the administration room at Madrasah tsanawiyah Darul ulum Kubu raya

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) peran sosial majelis taklim dalam pembinaan ibu rumah tangga sangatlah berpengaruh bagi ibu-ibu dalam kehidupan dunia dan akhirat serta masyarakat di Desa Bambapun. Adapun aktifitas atau program kerja yang dilakukan diantaranya, pengajian rutin mingguan, pengajian rutin bulanan, dzikir dan shalawat, bakti sosial, tadarus al-quran, pelatihan memandikan jenazah, mendirikan madrasah dan memperingati hari besar islam. (2) Faktor pendukung Majelis Taklim Wanita Islam Alkhairat (WIA) yaitu keinginan Jemaah, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, uang kas Majelis Taklim, antusias Jemaah dan masyarakat. Faktor yang menghambat Majelis Taklim Wanita Islam Alkhirat (WIA) dalam pembinaan ibu rumah tangga yaitu kurangnya dana, ibu-ibu yang diperbolehkan membawa anak sering membuat gaduh, kesadaran dan pekerjaan Jemaah. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) Hendaknya pemerintah desa Bambapun diharapkan lebih berperan sepenuhnya memberikan dukungan baik secara administrasi dan dana kepada Majelis Taklim dalam mewujudkan masyarakat yang berakhlakul karimah dan peduli antar sesama, agar patut dijadikan tauladan untuk masyarakat. (2) Diharapkan kepada semua pihak yang berkompeten seperti pembina dan penasehat, agar membantu dan berperan seefektif mungkin dalam membina majelis taklim tersebut (3) Agar pengurus majelis taklim dan juga anggotanya mengoptimalkan kehadirannya dalam kegiatan-kegiatan yang diadakan majelis taklim.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of technological innovation on budgeting management in banking institutions. In the digital era, the development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes in the way banks operate and plan budgets. Through a literature study approach, this study identifies various technological innovations, such as cloud-based data management systems, big data analytics, and process automation, which have improved efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the budgeting process. Although these innovations offer many benefits, challenges such as data security, employee training needs, and changes in organizational culture remain major concerns. This study concludes that in order to optimally utilize technology, banking institutions need to develop a comprehensive strategy that focuses not only on the application of technology, but also on managerial aspects and organizational culture.
