Abstract

This study deals with the utilizing of supercritical CO2 for recycling of rare metals(i.e. Pt, Pd, Rh) from spent materials. Experiments were conducted at the temperature range of 40-60°C and a pressure up to 30 MPa. A variety of ligands such as tributyl phosphate and acetyl acetone were introduced. The mechanism of complex formation of chelating ligand and rare metals in supercritical CO2 was presented. It has been observed that the extraction efficiency of rare metals was strongly dependent on temperature, pressure and the nature of the ligand

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the material flow of solid waste of  Banda Aceh city by using Material Flow Analysis (MFA) method. The domestic wastes used in this research are limited to organic waste, plastic and paper.  Results show that the solid wastes in Banda Aceh city do not treated well and thus required further treatment process. Wastes are separated at the kampong Jawa waste treatment process. Leaves waste are treated for compost, while no treatment process for plastic and paper wastes. The percentage of organic wastes, paper and plastic produced from Banda Aceh city were 89,1 %; 2,5 %; 0,74 %, respectively. Total amount of waste in the city of Banda Aceh is 86057,64 t/month producing carbon emission of 83726,6 t/month.

Abstract

Press tool is an equipment that has a working principle of emphasis by cutting, assembling, or a combination of both. The press tool can produce large quantities of production in a short time. Many kinds of products can be produced by a press tool, one of them is a plate hole. The aim of this study was to obtain the design of the press tool and the structural results of the strength analysis. This research is limited by the position machine of the press bending with dimensions of tool length of 250 cm, bottom seat width of 14 cm, seat thickness of 4.5 cm, height between punch of 30 cm, and engine power of 700 kN. A plate that can be done with a width press tool of 90 mm, a punch diameter of 50.8 with a thickness of specimen max 2 mm. This research was conducted a survey data collection then designs the sketches of component, calculation of machine element, analysis of the structural strength, technical drawing and finish. The material used is ST 50 and mild steel test specimens. The results of calculation was obtained by blangking style of 96.7 kN, cutting style of 120.9 kN, depth of cutting side of 6 mm, safety factor of steering of 1.6 and minimum diameter of 11.10 mm, voltage of spring shear 1214.02 MPa, extension of short spring 60 mm and safety factor of 1.29, clearence dies of 0.24 mm, strength of bolt connection with safety factor 0.47. Based on the analysis of structural strength with a force of 160 kN, the material of components of ST 50 that were declared safe.Keywords: press tool, machine element, analysis of structural, and strength

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki tanaman multikultura, dimana salah satunya adalah tebu. Tebu merupakan bahan baku gula, dimana limbah biomassanya masih menumpuk dan akan mengeluarkan bau, karena belum dimanfaatkan secara sesuai, sementara produksinya cukup besar yaitu 24-30% dari pabrik gula. Di perlukan teknologi pengolahan limbah yang efektif, efisien dan ramah lingkungan untuk memanfaatkan limbah tersebut menjadi sumber energi terbarukandengan menggunakan metode gasifikasi. Gasifikasi adalah suatu proses konversi bahan bakar padat menjadi gas mampu bakar (CO, CH4, dan H2) melalui proses pembakaran dengan suplai udara terbatas (20%-40% udara stoikiometri) dengan pemecahan rantai hidrokarbon panjang menjadi hidrokarbon pendek pada temperatur tinggi. Metode ini memerlukan tungku gasifier updraft yang mampu dioperasikan pada temperatur tinggi dan dapat mengkonversi limbah biomassa menjadi syngas dengan konversi yang tinggi. Gasifier updraft merupakan tungku gasifikasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, dimana kondisi operasi gasifikasi menggunakan temperatur 300-500o C dan tekanan atmosfir, menggunakan debit udara 10-20 L/menit dengan katalis zeolit. Tahapan penelitian ini adalah pengeringan, penghancuran, pemisahan ukuran, proses gasifikasi, dan analisa proksimat dan ultimat komposisi gas yang dihasilkan. Analisa proksimat adalah analisis untuk mengukur nilai kalor dengan menggunakan alat calorimeter bomb, kadar abu menggunakan furnace AAF, dan kadar air lembab menggunakan desikator, Analisa ultimat untuk menganalisis kadar CH4, H2, O2, N2, CO dan CO2 dengan menggunakan Gas Chromatography (GC). Ampas tebu sebagai bahan baku utama, sebelumnya dikeringkan dan kemudian dicacah dan dipisahkan cacahan yang memiliki ukuran 7 cm lalu dimasukkan ke dalam gasifier. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah syngas dengan rasio combustible gas (CO, H2 dan CH4)dan noncombustible gas (NGC) terbaik adalah 1,03 dengan menggunakan katalis bentonit sebanyak 200gr dan air 40 mL/min.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low ability to think critically and think creatively of students, this arises because the learning carried out has not contained critical thinking activities and there are no opportunities for students to be creative. The effort to solve this problem is by using the PUZZLE model (Problem Based Learning, Snowball Throwing, Numbered Head Together). This study aims to describe teacher activities and analyze students' critical and creative thinking skills. The type of research carried out is classroom action research (PTK) with a qualitative approach. The research setting is SDN Kelayan Selatan 3 Banjarmasin. The research instruments used are observation sheets for teacher activities, critical thinking, and creative thinking and evaluation sheets for written tests. As for data analysis, descriptive and cross-table analysis is used and interpretation uses percentages and criteria. The findings at meeting 3 showed that teacher activities had been carried out "Very Good" with a percentage of 94%, critical thinking skills were carried out with "Almost All Skilled Students" with a classical percentage of 76%, creative thinking skills were carried out with "Almost All Skilled Students" with a classical percentage of 67%. It is recommended to use the Puzzle model as a reference learning model that can develop students' critical and creative thinking skills.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out more about the implementation of archives management in administration at Madrasah tsanawiyah Darul ulum Kubu raya by discussing several topics. First, how is the implementation of archives management in administration. Second, what obstacles are faced and efforts to overcome obstacles regarding archive management in administration at madrasah tsanawiyah Darul ulum Kubu raya. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The main data source in this research is the head of administration and staff as an active component in the archive management implementation process obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research results, the results of this research are: The implementation of archives management at the madrasah tsanawiyah Darul ulum Kubu raya can be classified in the good category, because it has implemented several indicators regarding archives at the madrasah tsanawiyah Darul ulum Kubu raya, such as recording, distribution, use, maintenance, and deletion of archives, however, as time goes by, it is necessary to always keep abreast of emerging technological developments in order to remain in a good position. Apart from good implementation, of course there are obstacles faced by resolving various obstacles faced in the administration section at madrasah tsanawiyah Darul ulum Kubu raya, such as experiencing difficulty in finding archives that have been stored for a long time, due to the large number of archives that have accumulated. But after being found the archive had been eaten by termites. This is due to inadequate infrastructure. Adding facilities is also hampered by limited space. Several efforts have been made to overcome obstacles in managing archives at the madrasah tsanawiyah Darul ulum Kubu raya, namely copying the archives into computers so that they are not lost and not damaged, in addition to renovating the building, especially the administration room at Madrasah tsanawiyah Darul ulum Kubu raya

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan mengapa pihak ketiga melakukan perlawanan terhadap penetapan konstatering Ketua Pengadilan Negeri Praya, serta untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pertimbangan dari Pengadilan Negeri dalam melakukan konstatering terhadap tanah milik pihak ketiga yang tidak terlibat dalam perkara terdahulu. Peneltian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif. Adapun hasil dalam penelitian ini, alasan pihak ketiga mengajukan derden verzet dalam putusan karena pembantah sangat keberatan dengan dirugikannya hak-haknya sebagai pemilik yang sah atas tanah objek sengketa yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Hak Milik nomor 610 Desa Mekarsari atas nama Yunita Yusuf, yang akan dilakukannya konstatering oleh Pengadilan Negeri Praya. Selanjutnya pembantah tidak dilibatkan sebagai pihak yang berperkara dalam perkara terdahulu. Pertimbangan hukum Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Praya dalam putusan Nomor 77/Pdt.Bth/2019/PN.Pya adalah Majelis Hakim menolak bantahan Pembantah karena dianggap mengajukan bantahan yang tidak beralasan hukum dan pembantah tidak bisa membuktikan dalil bantahannya mengenai kepemilikannya terhadap tanah sengketa dalam perkara a quo. Akan tetapi didalam perkara konstatering ternyata pihak ketiga yang melakukan derden verzet mampu membuktikan sebagian objek konstatering sebagai hak miliknya sesuai sertifikat hak milik nomor 610 Desa Mekarsari atas nama Yunita Yusuf.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agrarian country with subtropical climate suitable for planting multicultural and one of those plants is sugar cane. Sugar cane is a raw material for producing sugar, where biomass waste has not been utilized appropriately. The amount of biomass waste was produced of 24-30% from sugar mills. Effective, efficient and environmentally friendly waste treatment technology is needed to utilize the waste into a renewable energy source using gasification methods. Gasification is a process to convert biomass waste to combustible gases (CO, CH4, and H2). This process is combustion with limited air supply (20% -40% stoichiometric air) to break long hydrocarbon chains into short hydrocarbons at high temperatures. This method requires an updraft gasifier furnace that is capable of being operated at high temperatures, which can convert biomass waste into syngas with high conversion. An updraft gasifier is a gasification furnace at temperature of 300-500oC and atmospheric pressure, also used air flow of 10-20 L / min and zeolite as catalyst. This research are devided into few steps, namely drying, crushing, separating, gasification process, The proximate and ultimate method was used to analyze the produced syngas. Proximate analysis is an analysis to measure the calorific value by using a calorimeter bomb, ash content used AAF furnace, and moist water content used a decator. Moreover, ultimate method was used to analyze CH4, H2, O2, N2, CO and CO2 compositions by using Gas Chromatography (GC). Firstly, sugarcane bagasse as the main raw material, were dried and chopped in 7 cm then it were put into the gasifier. The results showed that maximum syngas ratio of combustible gas (CO, H2 and CH4) and noncombustible gas (NGC) of 1.03 with added the zeolit of 200 gr and water of 40 ,L/min.
