Abstract

Tujuan penulisan karya ini untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip psikologi positif dalam kebijakan MSDM untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka dengan sumber data utama dari jurnal akademis, buku teks, dan artikel ilmiah yang berfokus pada interseksi MSDM dan Psikologi Positif. Teknik analisis data melibatkan sintesis informasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi tren dan pola yang mendukung tujuan penelitian. Hasil karya ini yaitu dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip psikologi positif dalam kebijakan MSDM, perusahaan dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang holistik, berfokus pada pengembangan karyawan dan keseimbangan kehidupan. Pengakuan dan reward yang bukan hanya terbatas pada insentif finansial, melainkan juga sebagai sarana meningkatkan motivasi, memperkuat budaya pengakuan positif. Evaluasi kinerja yang adil dan transparan, bersinergi dengan pandangan positif, memberikan umpan balik konstruktif dan motivasi untuk peningkatan. Komitmen pada kesehatan dan kesejahteraan karyawan melalui program kesehatan dan dukungan konseling mencerminkan perhatian terhadap dimensi fisik dan mental. Keseluruhan, penerapan prinsip psikologi positif dapat memberikan dampak positif pada kepuasan dan kinerja karyawan, merangsang pertumbuhan, keseimbangan, dan kesejahteraan, menciptakan manfaat yang luas bagi perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the most effective classroom management strategies for improving the psychological wellness of students, with particular emphasis on techniques that involve technological integration and relationships. The main focus of contemporary learning has shifted to the integration of management strategies to improve students' psychological wellness holistically, rendering this study's conclusion of paramount significance. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive methodology, information can be collected through techniques for collecting information from observations, and documentation, including the ones. After gathering information, evaluation uses triangulation information to ensure information accuracy and reliability. The research findings indicate that this matters most to provide an empowering and nurturing learning environment, conduct social-emotional learning programs, provide stress and anxiety relief, and use technology to improve the psychological well-being of pupils. One of this study's advantages is to provide more insight into the best practices. This study aims to provide more understanding of the best practices for classroom management that can improve students' overall well-being or provide the basis for future research into better teaching methods including policies.

Abstract

School-Based Policy Management (MKBS) provides autonomy to schools to formulate and implement policies according to local needs. Therefore, the aim of School-Based Policy Management (MKBS) is to improve the quality of education and school effectiveness by providing autonomy to educational institutions. The research method used is a qualitative case study type method. To get an overview of the policies that are managed, researchers conducted direct observations and documented how policy management occurred at the MTS Nurul Jadid school. The results of the research show that the implementation of policy management that occurs at MTS Nurul Jadid is through the policy implementation model according to Van Meter and Van Horn in offering a basic model with six variables that form a linkage between policy and performance, namely: basic measures and policy objectives, policy sources, communication between organizations and implementation activities, characteristics of implementing agencies, economic, social and political conditions, tendencies of implementers. This research has the implication that policy management that is carried out well can support student development, teacher discipline and can manage schools to be of higher quality.
