Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang resolusi manajemen konflik dalam meningkatkan hubungan guru dan siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Paiton. Resolusi atau stategi- strategi merupakan hal yang penting untuk mengatasi konflik antara guru dan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis penelitian lapangan. Data yang ada diperoleh dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan Teknik purposive sampling, kemudian mendapatkan 10 informan. Yaitu guru di SMP Negeri 1 Paiton. Hasil penelitian diperoleh beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya konflik guru- dan siwa. Yang menjadi faktor utama yaitu kurangnya komunikasi yang baik antara guru dan siswa. Kemudian diperoleh hasil penelitian berupa Upaya atau resolusi dan strategi untuk meningkatkan hubungan guru dan siswa yaitu dengan mengadakan komunikasi terbuka, menerapkan pembelajaran yang interkatif serta melibatkan orang tua untuk membahas perkembangan siswa dan mencari Solusi bermasa atas konflik yang terjadi.

Abstract

Teachers' mental health in building superior performance needs to be considered. This will affect teacher performance in the future. This research aims to strengthening teachers' mental well-being, which is considered essential for creating a superior work environment. The method used is qualitative by conducting a case study. With data analysis using data triangulation by looking for sources research information through reading scientific journals, reference books, news and related publication materials. The results of this research are, the importance of efforts to strengthen mental health, is a collaboration and must be integrated into the overall madrasa organizational culture. Providing good attention to teachers' mental health indirectly enables madrasas to create a positive and supportive educational environment for all parties involved. The aim of strengthening mental health in teachers is to motivate teachers psychologically to face busy work demands. The conclusion is that awareness of the importance of teacher mental health can also create a superior work environment, thereby having a positive impact on the quality of education in madrasas. By having a strong mentality, teachers can more easily synergize with fellow teachers, students and related parties in achieving the goals of madrasah education.

Abstract

This research explores effective behavior management strategies for improving the quality of education in the classroom environment. The main focus of the study is to identify and analyze how integrating moral values such as honesty, responsibility, and empathy in behavior management can influence learning effectiveness. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of documentation related to behavior management practices in various classes. The results showed that implementing systematic behavior management strategies, such as providing positive feedback, consistently enforcing rules, and creating a supportive learning environment, significantly increased student engagement, reduced distractions, and improved academic outcomes. The implications of this research highlight the importance of training teachers to implement effective behavior management strategies and the need to develop a structured learning environment to support better teaching and learning processes. This research contributes to understanding how effective behavior management can influence educational quality and provides practical recommendations for implementation in various educational settings.
