Abstract

The development of technology has advanced various aspects of life, including the culinary business. Food buying and selling applications are trending, offering convenience and efficiency in getting the desired food. This application comprises four main components, buyers, sellers, couriers, and admins. The main features include online registration, sellers uploading menus, and buyers ordering food. The culinary business continues to grow, especially fast food restaurants in urban areas, which meet the needs of a modern lifestyle. Catering is a solution for various events, offering a variety of menu choices according to client desires. The use of technology, especially Android-based applications, makes it easier to manage a culinary business, from order management to delivery coordination. The catering industry faces challenges in order management, scheduling, and inventory. However, with this application, the process becomes more efficient and effective. The food business is in great demand because of its basic human needs and high- profit potential. Catering provides food and beverage services for various purposes, meeting customer demand with menu flexibility.

Abstract

Speech and language development is an aspect that is considered important in early childhood. Generally, one of the developmental problems experienced by children under the age of five is speech and language delay. Gadgets can help increase children's creativity, communication skills and social interaction. However, excessive use of gadgets can affect children's speech and language development. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the intensity of early gadget use on speech and language development in toddlers. This type of research is quantitative using a crosssectional study approach. The population in this study were all parents of children with speech delay as many as 54 people with the sampling technique of total sampling. The data collection process was carried out using a questionnaire sheet. The research was conducted at the Speech Therapy Observation Park in Banda Aceh City from July 31 to August 12, 2024. Then analyze the data, namely univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi square test. The study obtained the results that there was a significant influence between the intensity of gadget use on speech and language development in toddlers with p value = 0.001 < α (0.05). The conclusion of this study is that the intensity of excessive gadget use from an early age can affect the development of speech and language in toddlers. Keywords : Tooddlers; Gadget; Speech and Language Development ABSTRAK Perkembangan bicara dan bahasa menjadi aspek yang dianggap penting pada anak usia dini. Umumnya salah satu masalah perkembangan yang dialami oleh anak usia di bawah lima tahun yaitu keterlambatan bicara dan bahasa. Gadget dapat membantu menambah kreativitas, kemampuan komunikasi dan interaksi sosial anak. Namun penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan bicara dan bahasa anak. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh intensitas penggunaan gadget sejak dini terhadap perkembangan bicara dan bahasa pada balita. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif memakai pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh orang tua anak yang speech delay sebanyak 54 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Penelitian dilakukan di Taman Observasi Terapi Wicara Kota Banda Aceh pada tanggal 31 Juli hingga 12 Agustus tahun 2024. Kemudian analisis data yaitu analisa univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi square test. Penelitian memperoleh hasil yaitu secara signifikan ada pengaruh antara intensitas penggunaan gadget terhadap perkembangan bicara dan bahasa pada balita dengan p value = 0,001 < α (0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu intensitas penggunaan gadget berlebih sejak usia dini bisa berpengaruh pada perkembangan bicara dan bahasa pada balita. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada lembaga penitipan anak Sakinah Daycare di Jakarta Timur. Kualitas pelayanan diukur menggunakan lima dimensi SERVQUAL, yaitu keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, dan bukti fisik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Sampel terdiri atas 40 responden yang merupakan orang tua atau wali murid pengguna layanan Sakinah Daycare, yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh instrumen penelitian layak digunakan. Uji korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,612 dan signifikansi p < 0,001. Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,315. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Sakinah Daycare, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepuasan orang tua. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen Daycare untuk terus meningkatkan dimensi-dimensi pelayanan guna menjaga dan meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Household waste is Indonesia's largest waste source, while food waste is the most significant composition. Waste remains unresolved in Suka Makmur Village due to poor management practices such as burning waste, littering, and a lack of public awareness, which can negatively impact community health and the environment. Compost fertilizer production using composting bags is one of the strategies that can be implemented to manage organic waste. This service aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of the PKK (Family Empowerment and Welfare) regarding composting using composting bags made from the kitchen and organic waste to create a clean kitchen. The methods used in this service include presenting material related to clean kitchen training, practical composting exercises, assessing participants' knowledge through pre-tests and post-tests, question-and-answer discussions, and monitoring and evaluating the processing of organic and inorganic waste. The post-test results on the knowledge and skills from applying composting bags showed an increase of 115.38%. Based on the monitoring and evaluation results, it was found that the participants displayed high enthusiasm for managing kitchen waste and were able to manage organic waste.
