Abstract

Technical assistance is provided to teachers as an ongoing capacity building effort. The assistance is in the form of academic supervision by principals and school supervisors. The school supervisor also does managerial supervision to the principal. This research is a qualitative research with case study. The research was conducted at SDN 8 Talang kelapa. The result of the research was the supervision of principal and school supervisor has made better performance of teacher. It was seen from the good preparation of learning equipment. While the implementation of learning has not been completely good because it still uses the old methods such as lecturing and assignments. There were still 15% of teachers who nervous when it will be supervised, this caused by several factors 1) teachers who are almost retired, an average age of 55 years and above; 2) teachers who lack the computer. The difference between principal supervision and supervision of school supervisors lies in subjects supervised, implementation schedule, and follow-up.

Abstract

Pembelajaran di sekolah dasar masih banyak didominasi metode konvensional dan belum optimal memanfaatkan media berbasis web, sehingga keterlibatan dan hasil belajar siswa berpotensi kurang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi aplikasi media pembelajaran berbasis web untuk mendukung proses belajar-mengajar di SDN Jabung Sisir 01 Paiton. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Produk prototipe dibangun menggunakan HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript dengan desain responsif (mobile-first) serta palet warna biru–putih yang disesuaikan dengan identitas sekolah. Uji coba terbatas melibatkan 6 guru dan 90 siswa kelas IV–V pada materi IPA “Siklus Air” dan Matematika “Perkalian Dasar”. Kegunaan aplikasi dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan instrumen System Usability Scale (SUS), sedangkan efektivitas terhadap hasil belajar diukur dengan desain satu kelompok pretest–posttest dan dianalisis menggunakan N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor SUS rata-rata sebesar 82,3 yang berada pada kategori sangat baik, serta peningkatan hasil belajar dengan N-Gain sebesar 0,55 yang termasuk kategori sedang. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi media pembelajaran berbasis web yang dikembangkan layak dan cukup efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui penyajian konten multimedia, latihan interaktif, dan umpan balik instan, sekaligus memudahkan guru dalam memantau progres belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study presents a Wireless Sensor Network (WSN)-based Internet of Things (IoT) water tank monitoring system designed to provide reliable real-time monitoring and performance evaluation. The proposed system utilizes NodeMCU ESP8266 modules and ultrasonic sensors to measure water levels across multiple tanks within a distributed WSN architecture. Previous studies on IoT-based water monitoring have largely focused on system implementation, conceptual frameworks, or application-oriented solutions, while comprehensive experimental validation of sensing accuracy and network communication performance is often limited. In particular, integrated evaluation approaches that simultaneously assess sensor measurement accuracy and network Quality of Service (QoS) performance in multi-node WSN deployments remain relatively underexplored. To address this gap, this study applies an integrated evaluation framework that combines ultrasonic sensing accuracy testing and QoS delay analysis, based on the Telecommunication and Internet Protocol Harmonization Over Networks (TIPHON) standard. Experimental results show that the system achieved average measurement accuracies of 96.59%, 97.21%, and 97.37% for Tanks 1, 2, and 3, respectively. Network performance evaluation under non-Line-of-Sight (non-LoS) indoor conditions produced an average transmission delay of 28.75 ms, which falls within the “very good” category according to TIPHON QoS criteria. These results demonstrate that the proposed WSN–IoT architecture provides reliable sensing performance and stable communication for domestic water tank monitoring applications.
