Abstract

This research aims to develop Catholic religious learning media for elementary school students in Palangka Raya. The learning media developed as illustrated storybooks with 3 themes based on the teacher's textbook: students, society and church. This research is a research and development with development steps from the Dick and Carey model. The subjects of this study were elementary school students taken from 3 schools in Palangka Raya city. Researchers used expert validation from 2 material experts, 1 linguist and small class trials to determine the feasibility of the media. The data analysis technique uses the PSA percentage formula. Based on the score obtained from validator 1, the average assessment score is 85.7%. Based on the scores obtained from validator 2, the average assessment score is 88.7%. Based on the score obtained from validator 1, the average assessment score is 83.3%. From the feasibility study results, material experts and linguists have tested the development of teaching media through storybook products with excellent and feasible results.

Abstract

SDN 3 Sungai Ambawang This can be caused by the use of learning methods that are less varied and not yet optimal strategic implementation that encourages active student involvement. This research is to improve students' learning outcomes by applying the Contextual Teaching and Learning method in phase C of class V. This class action research is carried out in two cycles with the material Jesus Suffers, Dies, and Rises, each of which consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection. Data acquisition was carried out by observing behavior changes and learning achievement tests in each cycle at the end of the material, The research subjects were students from SDN 3 Sungai Ambawang with a total of 16 people. The data was processed qualitatively descriptive. The results of the study show that the use of the CTL learning model can improve student learning outcomes. The increase in particular was seen from: 60%, increasing to 80%. There was also an increase in student learning outcomes with the results that proficient 20% to 65%, proficient 30%, to 20%, and there was a decrease in proficiency of 10%, to 0%, only to develop 10% to 0%, this research was carried out four times, because it had reached 95% completeness of the minimum completeness criterion (KKM) 75.

Abstract

Classroom Action Research (CAR) is a way to enhance or enhance the quality of learning. The aim of this non-profit service is to provide training to Mataram Educatin Foundation teachers to conduct action research in the classroom to improve the quality of learning. The results of this non-profit service show how important it is for a teacher to stay on top of her PTK and motivate her students to improve their learning outcomes.
