Abstract

Hypertension is a condition in which the systolic blood pressure is above 140 mmHg and the diastolic blood pressure is above 90 mmHg. Early adulthood is from the age of 20 to 40 years. Early adulthood is very susceptible to hypertension because of increasing age and unhealthy lifestyles. Unhealthy lifestyles include smoking, lack of exercise, stress, consuming less nutritious foods. The research used is quantitative using Analytical Observation by using a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was the Sungai Buntu Community Health Center in 2022. The sample of this study was 97 respondents. The data collection technique is the Probability method with the Simple Random Sampling Technique. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. Research analysis was carried out by univariate and bivariate methods using chi square test. Based on the results of this study, there is a relationship between diet and the incidence of hypertension, p value (0.029).

The sample of this study was hypertension sufferers at the Bakauheni Inpatient Health Center, as many as 75 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used probability techniques and used a type of simple random sampling. Bivariate analysis using Chi Square statistical test. Research Results The Following p-value were obtained  (0.000) < (0.05). This shows that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Obtained from bivariate results that showed that 58 respondents (77.3%) had family support in the good category, where respondents with high blood pressure control in the good category were 49 respondents (65.3%). Globally, in 2019, 144 million children under five were estimated to experience stunting. Breast care is the practice of taking care of the breasts to ensure smooth breastfeeding and to prevent common issues that arise during nursing. Research Objective: To determine the relationship between breast care and breast milk production in postpartum mothers at PMB Khoiruzan Talang Padang Tanggamus in 2022. Research Method: This study used a quantitative research design. The population in this study consisted of 30 postpartum and breastfeeding mothers at PMB Khoiruzan Talang Padang Tanggamus in 2022. The sampling technique used was total sampling, so the total number of samples in this study was 30 respondents. Statistical testing used the chi-square test. Research Results: Univariate analysis showed that 26 respondents (86.7%) practiced breast care, and 21 respondents (70.0%) had adequate breast milk production. Bivariate analysis revealed a relationship between breast care and milk production, with a p-value of 0.005. Conclusion: There is a relationship between breast care and breast milk production.
