Abstract

Character education is a process in which religious, moral, and ethical values are implemented to students through science, with the help of parents and teachers, as well as the community where it is very urgent to shape and develop the character of students. Each child has expectations The good things from him exist on this earth, but that hope must continue to be honed and socialized properly so that the character of each child can be formed and developed optimally. In this era that is all digital, children can use media so easily digital. The digital era which does not have a positive impact, but also has a negative impact in the end makes it a separate task for educators, parents as well as adults in providing guidance as well as monitoring what children have done with the digital media they use, right up to the child's able to take advantage of his digital media as well as possible also receive positive benefits for himself and his life later.

Abstract

The research carried out has the aim of knowing the way or application of the school in shaping religious-based character, at the junior high school level in extracurricular rohis, using descriptive qualitative research methods whose research subjects are several students who are part of extracurricular rohis members. The school becomes a place that is intended to be able to obtain formulations about ways or efforts in shaping the religious character of students through extracurricular rohis, while in carrying out the research applying data collection techniques in the form of, observation and interviews. The results of the interviews that have been carried out show that students who take part in Rohis extracurricular activities at Junior High School gain a lot of knowledge about Islam, to skills in playing marawis musical instruments, so that students' insights and skills can increase.

Abstract

Gerakan membaca buku merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk menunjang nilai-nilai literasi dalam pendidikan sekolah yang bekarakter. Dalam artikel ini akan dijelaskan mengenai penerapan pendidikan karakter membaca buku yang dimulai dengan fase pembiasaan membaca buku sepuluh sampai lima belas menit sebelum kegiatan belajar mengajar, lalu ada manfaat membaca buku untuk menstimulasi mental siswa dan mengurangi stres serta menambah wawasan ilmu pengetahuan, lalu ada upaya pentingnya meningkatkan kegiatan germabuk dimana upaya ini dikhususkan untuk menumbuhkan minat baca sejak dini. Didalam artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang memfokuskan studinya melalui pengumpulan data menggunakan kajian buku-buku, literatur-literatur di internet sebagai objeknya. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa germabuk merupakan hal yang sangat krusial dalam upaya meningktkan nilai-nilai literasi pendidikan sehingga bisa menghasilkan siswa siswi yang lebih baik lagi dalam hal literasi.
