Abstract

Penyakit gagal ginjal kronis di dunia saat ini mengalami peningkatan dan menjadi masalah kesehatan serius. Penanganan pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis salah satunya yaitu hemodialisa yang keberhasilannya sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepatuhan pasien dalam pembatasan cairan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis hubungan kepatuhan pembatasan cairan dengan kondisi interdialitik pada pasien hemodialisis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan survei analitik dan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Unit Hemodialisa RSUD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Semarang. Populasi penelitian adalah pasien gagal ginjal kronis sebanyak 108 pasien dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 86 pasien yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasien hemodialisis di RSUD K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro Semarang mayoritas berusia 51-60 tahun, berjenis kelamin laki-laki, lulusan SMA, memiliki pekerjaan wiraswasta, dan sudah menjalani Hemodialisis selama kurang dari 1 tahun. Kepatuhan pembatasan cairan pada pasien hemodialisis mayoritas dalam kriteria tidak patuh yaitu sebanyak 63 pasien (73,3%) dengan kondisi interdialitik mengalami kondisi hipertensi sebanyak 67 pasien (77,9%). Simpulan yaitu terdapat hubungan  antara kepatuhan pembatasan cairan berhubungan signifikan dengan kondisi interdialitik pada pasien hemodialisis.

Abstract

The Influence of Leadership and Compensation on Employee Performance of MD Cell Samarinda (Under the guidance of Benediktus Sunarsi and Sudirman). The study is to determine whether "Does Leadership and Compensation have a partial and simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at MD Cell Samarinda?". The respondents are 40 empolyees at MD Cell Samarinda with saturated sampling technique. Data collection methods consist of observations, interviews, questionnaire disseminations, and documentations. The analytical tools used in this study used multiple linear regression analysis models, partial correlation coefficients, multiple correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing using t test and F test which were processed using IBM SPSS version 25 program. With test the instrument and test the classical assumptions. The result of the Multiple Linear Regression analysis is ????̂ 23,021+0,992 X1+0,554 X2, means that Leadership (X1) and Compensation (X2) affect Employee Performance (Y). Among the variables of Leadership and Compensation, it shows Leadership with a Partial Determination value is 0.409 or 40% which means the most dominant in influencing Employee Performance. On the other hand, Compensation has a Partial Determination value of 0,268 or 26% on the Employee Performance. From the results of the t test, it was found that it has a significant impact between Leadership on Employee Performance (3,724>2,024), and between Compensation on Employee Performance (3,455>2,024). Furthermore, from the results of test F, it was found that Leadership and Compensation simultaneously affect the Employee Performance (8,301>3,25).

Abstract

Conversion of forest land is one of the phenomena of changing forest land into agricultural land. This research was carried out in Manyamba Village, Tammerodo Sendana District, Majene Regency, from September to November 2020. The aim of this research was to knowing the factors causing forest land conversion and to find out the socio-economic impact of forest land conversion on the income of farmers in Manyamba Village, Tammerodo Sendana District Majene Regency. The benefit of conducting this research is as information material and input for the government and farmers in Manyamba Village, Tamerodo Sendana District. Determination of the population and sample in this study was carried out using the snowball method. The types and sources of data are primary data and secondary data. The results of the study showed that the main factors behind the respondents conversion of forest land were daily needs and the number of dependents of family members which tended to be large, thereby increasing the household income of farmers as well. The socio-economic impact the conversion of forest areas carried out by the people of Manyamba Village, namely changes in livelihoods that were originally produces from durian and rattan but after conversion of forest land can generate new income from fields of paddy, cloves, corn, lemongrass and bananas. Changes in post-conversion land-owning farmer household income, there are two categories, namely (1) the income of land-owning farmers who have increased and succeeded in meeting the daily needs of their families. (2) changes in household income after forest area conversion.
