<![CDATA[Abstract. Pondok Pesantren, as an Islamic educational institution, emphasizes its learning material on the yellow book, which is a term for a collection of classical books. PP Miftahul Khoir Dago Bandung is facing problems, especially high school students who have difficulty reading the yellow book. Therefore, PP Miftahul Khoir Dago Bandung adopted a method from Sidogiri, namely the Al-Miftah Method. The Al-Miftah method is a fast method for reading the yellow book. This research aims to determine the concept of the al-miftah method, the implementation process of the Al-Miftah method, the advantages and disadvantages of the al-miftah method as well as inhibiting and supporting factors. This research applies a qualitative and descriptive analytical approach and involves participant observation, structured interviews, and documentation to collect data. The results of the research show that the Al-Miftah Lil Ulum Method at the Miftahul Khoir Dago Bandung Islamic Boarding School involves the stages of talqin, explaining the position of sentences, end-of-sentence games, learning infirody, and deposits. In its implementation, this method focuses on planning, implementation and evaluation to improve high school students' yellow book reading skills. Abstrak. Pondok Pesantren, sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam, menekankan materi pembelajarannya pada kitab kuning yang merupakan istilah untuk kumpulan kitab klasik. PP Miftahul Khoir Dago Bandung menghadapi permasalahan, khususnya santri tingkat SMA yang kesulitan membaca kitab kuning. Maka dari itu PP Miftahul Khoir Dago Bandung mengadopsi metode dari Sidogiri yaitu Metode Al-Miftah. Metode Al-Miftah merupakan metode cepat membacaca kitab kuning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep metode al-miftah, proses implementasi metode Al-Miftah, keunggulan dan kelemahan metode al-miftah serta faktor penghambat dan pendukung. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dan deskriptif analitik serta melibatkan observasi partisipatif, wawancara terstruktur, dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Metode Al-Miftah Lil Ulum di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Khoir Dago Bandung melibatkan tahapan talqin, menjelaskan kedudukan perkalimat, games akhir kalimat, belajar infirody, dan setoran. Dalam implementasinya, metode ini fokus pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca kitab kuning santri SMA.]]>
