Abstract

An agile leadership style is an approach that is responsive to business change, with transparency, collaboration, and adaptability. This leadership style suits current business conditions and is open to active and dynamic participation from all organization members. This research is intended to look at the application of Agile leadership in the “Cara Bicara” strategy. This research used a qualitative approach to obtain complete information about Agile leadership by leaders at the start-up " Cara Bicara.” Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, documentation, and interviews with 5 (five) informants who were leaders of the “Cara Bicara” team. From the research results, it can be seen that the leadership of “Cara Bicara” has implemented the Agile Leadership model well, which is reflected in 1) Providing individual Support, team trust, and conflict resolution; 2) Actively involved in decision-making; 3) Exploring team potential and team mentoring; 4) Manage differences of opinion in the team; 5) work efficiency and effectiveness using multitasking teams, priority scale, and agility and 6) Simulations in the field, project base, weekly meetings, and expertise to increase innovation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan konflik peran terhadap burnout serta peran Manajemen Strategik berbasis RBV (Resource-Based View) sebagai mediator dalam hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis jalur pada 100 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa pekerja di ITEBIS PGRI Dewantara Jombang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja dan konflik peran memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout. Selain itu, Manajemen Strategik berbasis RBV terbukti berperan sebagai mediator yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara beban kerja, konflik peran, dan burnout. Untuk itu disarankan kepada organisasi bisnis untuk memperhatikan pengelolaan beban kerja dan konflik peran guna mencegah burnout. Penerapan Manajemen Strategik berbasis RBV dapat membantu individu mengoptimalkan sumber daya internal mereka, mengurangi stres, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Community Service is an implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education that focuses on improving community welfare through collaboration between academics and local communities. This program aims to enhance the economic capacity of society through the development of the Women Entrepreneurs Group “Kampung Kue” in Ceweng Village, Diwek District, Jombang Regency. Most of the members are housewives running small traditional businesses facing challenges in business management, digital marketing, and product innovation. The activity was conducted in April 2025, involving 30 active participants through a participatory approach. The main activities consisted of financial management training, digital marketing workshops using social media, and product packaging innovation guidance to improve attractiveness and hygiene. The results indicated significant improvement in participants’ entrepreneurial skills, digital marketing capabilities, and product quality. This program contributes to women’s economic independence in rural areas and is expected to become a model of sustainable community-based economic empowerment.
