Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on company performance through strategic agility. This research uses the SEM analysis method with WarpPLS software. The sample of this study consisted of 204 actors and strategic decision-makers of green economy SMEs in Malang areas. The unit of analysis in this study is the green economy SME business players in the business of flower, fruit, and ornamental plants. This business field was chosen because it is environmentally friendly, the waste has minimal risk of environmental damage, and this business is at the same time healthy for the environment for business people, employees, and consumers. Data collection was collected by distributing questionnaires directly or via a Google Form. This study proves that entrepreneurial orientation has a direct and positive effect on improving company performance. This study has proven that entrepreneurial orientation positively affects company performance both directly and through strategic agility, so it can be concluded that strategic agility can partially mediate the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on company performance. The application of strategic agility/agility is proven to improve company performance. This study can enrich the study of strategic management theory in the context of Strategic Agility in a green economy. SMEs’ owners and managers improve their performance by increasing entrepreneurial orientation and strengthening strategic agility.

Abstract

Pada hakikatnya wanita dan pria selalu ingin tampil cantik dan tampan, hal inilah yang menyebabkan banyaknya produk skincare, salah satunya skincare MS Glow. Namun beberapa pengguna skincare MS Glow pada karyawan PT. Halimjaya Sakti V mengalami keluhan setelah pemakaian skincare MS Glow. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh lifestyle dan brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian, pengaruh lifestyle dan brand awareness terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap keputusan pembelian, pengaruh lifestyle dan brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan mediasi kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT. Halimjaya Sakti V sebanyak 140 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software SEM-PLS dengan WarpPLS 7.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lifestyle berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, brand awareness tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, lifestyle dan brand awareness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, lifestyle berbengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi, brand awareness tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of information technology and entrepreneurial characteristics on business performance and determine the mediating effect of entrepreneurial behavior in selling online. novelty in this study is the variable of entrepreneurial behavior in selling online which is based on the merger of 2 theories, namely TAM theory and Sales Process / Behaviour theory. Sampling using non-probability samples with purposive sampling, the research was conducted on embroidery business actors in Pasuruan Regency, Indonesia, by taking 180 samples, WarpPLS was used as an analytical tool to process data. The results showed that information technology and entrepreneurial behavior in selling online have a significant positive effect on business performance while entrepreneurial characteristics have no effect on business performance. Information technology and entrepreneurial characteristics have a significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior in selling online. and entrepreneurial behavior in selling online is able to mediate information technology and entrepreneurial characteristics on business performance. Digital activities as a selling medium for embroidery business actors in Pasuruan Regency are new to business actors, this research expands the view of activities in selling online and increases the literature on entrepreneurship, besides that it can be useful for MSMEs to improve business performance, and encourage related parties to support MSMEs in Indonesia to be able to improve their skills in selling online, because the results of the study show that entrepreneurial behavior in selling is able to improve business performance.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between time management and motivation on academic performance among university students. The objective of the research is to explore how these factors influence academic outcomes and to address inconsistencies in prior findings. A quantitative methodology was employed, targeting the entire student population of a private university in East Java, Indonesia. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, ensuring convenience and accessibility. Pearson Correlation analysis was used to assess the relationships between the variables. The results revealed that time management was not significantly associated with academic performance, while motivation demonstrated a significant positive correlation with academic outcomes. These findings underscore the importance of fostering motivation and cultivating positive attitudes to enhance academic success. The study highlights practical implications for educators and policymakers in designing interventions that target motivational factors to improve student performance in higher education settings.

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of intellectual intelligence and entrepreneurial characteristics on business performance, as well as test the influence of intellectual intelligence and entrepreneurial characteristics on business performance with farming experience as a moderation. The novelty of this research is the use of the farming experience variable as a moderating variable of the influence of intellectual intelligence and entrepreneurial characteristics on business performance. The population and sample used in this research were farmers (roses, jasmine and tuberose) in Rombo Kulon Village, Rembang District, Pasuruan Regency, totaling 73 people. The results of the research show that intellectual intelligence has a significant effect on business performance, while entrepreneurial characteristics have no effect on business performance, the moderation effect shows that farming experience is able to moderate the influence of intellectual intelligence on business performance and farming experience is not able to moderate the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics on business performance.

Abstract

Abstrak Peran distributor dalam berbagai industri sangatlah penting khususnya dalam perusahaan makanan dan minuman. Makanan dan minuman sudah menjadi kebutuhan yang paling pokok dari aspek kehidupan dalam dunia bisnis yang terus berkembang. CV Segoro Kidul adalah distributor food dan non-food yang memenuhi kebutuhan pokok di Pasuruan melalui layanan distribusi dan general supplier. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh talent management dan rotasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survey dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa talent management berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara langsung, tetapi berpengaruh positif melalui motivasi sebagai mediasi. Rotasi kerja berdampak positif langsung dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, serta berpengaruh positif melalui motivasi. Motivasi sendiri terbukti meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan menjadi mediator yang memperkuat pengaruh talent management dan rotasi kerja terhadap kinerja. Kesimpulannya, talent management dan rotasi kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan jika berhasil memotivasi mereka.

Abstract

Pertanian Merupakan Sektor Terbesar Yang Ada Didalam Setiap Sektor Ekonomi Di Negara Berkembang Seperti Indonesia. Kinerja Petani Yang Baik Juga Dapat Meningkatkan Daya Saing Negara Dipasar Dunia Karena Mampu Menghasilkan Produk Pertanian Yang Berkualitas Dengan Harga Yang Kompetitif. Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Menguji Pengaruh Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Human Capital Dan Work  Experience Terhadap Kinerja Petani Bunga. Tehnik Pengambilan Sampel Pada Penelitian Ini Menggunakan Sensus. Data Yang Diperoleh Kemudian Di Uji Dan Di Analisis Menggunakan Aplikasi SPSS. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Variabel Kecerdasan Intelektual Berpengaruh Positif Terhadap Kinerja Petani Bunga, Variabel Kecerdasan Emosional Tidak Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Petani Bunga, Variabel Modal Manusia Berpengaruh Positif Terhadap Kinerja Petani Bunga Dan Variabel Pengalaman Kerja Tidak Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Petani Bunga. Kesimpulan Dari Penelitian Ini Yaitu Semakin Baik Kecerdasan Intelektual Dan Modal Manusia Akan Berdampak Pada Meningkatnya Kinerja Petani Bunga.
