Abstract

Human resources are very important to know in running the wheels of government so that the vision and mission can be achieved. The purpose of this study was to find out what strategies were carried out by the Lurah and employees at the Batunadua Jae village office, Padangsidimpuan City in developing the quality of human resources in this case employees and what were the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the development of human resources. Based on the results of research with interviews with 8 employees, including the Lurah, it was found that human resource development activities have not been running optimally. Of the 8 employees, only 4 people or 50% have implemented or participated in human resource quality development activities. The activities that have been followed include training or technical guidance on public administration and services. Another development is leadership training which is only attended by the Lurah and the Secretary of the Lurah. The supporting factor for the development of the quality of human resources is the number of activities available both by the government and the private sector. The inhibiting factor experienced is the lack of interest and funds needed by employees in participating in human resource quality development activities.

Abstract

Technological developments require the world of education, especially schools to implement management information systems in supporting administrative services, both for students, teachers, education staff, as well as for the completeness of appropriate infrastructure. The purpose of this study was to find out how the process of administrative services through the implementation of management information systems at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Padang Sidempuan. In carrying out this research, qualitative methods were used through literature studies and field studies to be able to collect sufficient data. Furthermore, the data was analyzed through stages such as simplifying the data to determine the research focus, compiling research reports, and drawing conclusions according to the research objectives. The research data were obtained through interviews, observation, and questionnaires. From this study, the results were obtained that implementing a management information system could support administrative services at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Padang Sidempuan. Implementation of this management information system has been running effectively and efficiently. Utilization of facilities and infrastructure is appropriate and optimal so that the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Padang Sidempuan City is increasing along with the increase in administrative service processes and being able to help students, teachers and other employees in learning process activities and easier to obtain the latest information. Abstract

Era disrupsi digital telah membawa perubahan mendasar dalam tatanan sosial dan politik, termasuk dalam hal pembentukan nilai dan etika publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi peran agama dalam membangun dan mempertahankan etika sosial serta politik di tengah derasnya arus digitalisasi. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi literatur dan analisis wacana, penelitian ini mengkaji pergeseran fungsi agama dari institusi tradisional ke aktor moral yang aktif di ruang digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa agama mengalami proses adaptasi strategis, di mana nilai-nilai spiritual direpresentasikan ulang melalui platform digital untuk menjawab tantangan seperti krisis etika, polarisasi ideologi, dan penyebaran informasi yang menyesatkan. Transformasi ini tidak hanya memperluas jangkauan pengaruh agama, tetapi juga memperkuat kapasitasnya dalam membentuk kesadaran kolektif, memperteguh kohesi sosial, dan menanamkan etika publik dalam dinamika politik digital. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai religius dalam pembentukan masyarakat digital yang lebih beretika dan berkeadaban.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan dan memperkuat sikap toleransi sosial di kalangan siswa SMA Negeri 7 Padangsidimpuan melalui pendekatan interaksi multikultural. Dalam konteks masyarakat yang majemuk seperti Indonesia, kemampuan memahami dan menghargai perbedaan menjadi keterampilan sosial yang esensial, khususnya di lingkungan sekolah yang terdiri dari siswa dengan latar belakang budaya, suku, dan agama yang beragam. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi nilai-nilai toleransi, diskusi kelompok, simulasi konflik sosial, dan kegiatan kolaboratif berbasis budaya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep toleransi serta kemampuan mereka dalam berinteraksi secara positif dengan teman sebaya yang berbeda latar belakang. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pembinaan karakter toleran di sekolah serta memperkuat keharmonisan dalam kehidupan sosial remaja.
