Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the management of Sicakra's digital archives which includes digital archive management facilities and to find out the positive impact of digital archive management for the company. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by describing and analyzing problems related to digital archive management. Primary and secondary data form the basis of qualitative research. The primary data of this research was obtained through documentation, observation, and interviews, while secondary data was obtained from books, research and related articles. From the results of this study, it is known that PT. Cakra Putra Parahyangan Tasikmalaya is still in the process of implementing digital archive management. The initial step taken is to carry out manual archive management habits and then input them into the digital archive, Sicakra. There are still many obstacles in the implementation process, one of which is the factor of human resources who are still reluctant to work double in archiving. Nevertheless, the company will still make a gradual transition from manual to digital archive management, through Sicakra. The background to this change is that there are more benefits when the company implements Sicakra, starting to facilitate and speed up the process of sending, sharing and searching, saving physical storage space, as well as providing more efficient access. Thus, this research shows that digital archive management can benefit companies, such as improving operational efficiency and resource management.

Abstract

Digital technology has become the main driver of change in various aspects of life, including digital archive management. Digital archive management is a major operational activity throughout university units, especially in the Staffing Unit of Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Tasikmalaya. Archive management in this unit is currently in the transition period from conventional archiving to digital. As a result, the archiving process is still done double, first done conventionally and continued with the digital process. This is the background of the research to review archive management through Google Spreadsheet in the Staffing Unit of Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Tasikmalaya. This research uses a qualitative method based on interviews with archivists in the Staffing Unit of Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Tasikmalaya and also observation from September 2023 - January 2024. The result shows that the digital archiving process in this unit is carried out sequentially starting with moving documents, storing documents, indexing documents, controlling access and ending with document retention. So, digital archive management through google spreadsheet in the Staffing Unit of Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Tasikmalaya has been carried out well. Thus, the digital archiving that has been carried out in this unit facilitates the process of finding the information needed and also streamlines the archivist's jobdesk.

Abstract

Service quality is the level of service excellence that can be provided by service providers to meet consumer demand. To achieve a level of service quality needed a management who can plan, organize, direct, motivate and control people and work mechanisms. The management service quality focuses on meeting the needs and desires, as well as the accuracy of delivery to meet consumer expectations. The purpose of the Final Assigment is to find out the effectiveness of management service quality of Plaza Asia Mall Tasikmalaya in providing services to tenants. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative research approach method, that is the writer describes the results of research that were obtained from the results of data analysis in the form of number that were obtained from the field. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the writer concludes that the management service quality of modern retail company at PT. Asia Sanprima Jaya has been implemented well.
