Pendidikan bukan hanya suatu kewajiban tetapi suatu kebutuhan bagi setiap orang dalam menjalani kehidupan. Anak anak belajar mengalami proses perubahan pengetahuan dan karakter melalui pendidikan. Kegiatan sosialisasi tentang kesadaran pentingnya pendidikan anak dilaksanakan di Kampung Kertamukti Desa Kertamukti Kecamatan Ciawi Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Sosialisasi tersebut bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada para orang tua pentingnya melanjutkan pendidikan bagi anak. Kegiatan pengabdian tersebut dihadiri oleh beberapa guru sekolah dasar, orang tua serta staf dan Kepala Desa Kertamukti. Metode pengabdian tersebut menggunakan survei lapangan, persiapan serta sosialisasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian adalah pemahaman para orang tua terkait pendidikan baik di sekolah, keluarga serta masyarakat mulai meningkat. Orang tua, sekolah serta masyarakat mulai melakukan kolaborasi dalam mencipatakan kesadaran pentingnya pendidikan bagi anak di desa tersebut

Understanding job vacancy advertisement material, making English CV, and cover letters in ESP I learning are some of the steps to prepare students for English job interview practice material as well as provisions when students are looking for work. Making an English CV in ESP I learning is a useful thing for students because students learn to compile an English CV starting from personal statement, objective, skills, experience to achievement. In addition, students learn to understand word and sentence structure, use adjectives, check spelling, and use several action verbs. Therefore, the writer tries to find out how students perceive the making of an English CV in ESP1 learning, where the English CV contains various aspects that must be mastered by students. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative research methods (mixed method) by obtaining data through questionnaires and interviews with respondents, namely several LP3I Polytechnic students of Tasikmalaya Campus. The results of this study reveal that making an English CV in ESPI learning can provide convenience and usefulness for students. Therefore, it can be concluded that making an English CV in ESP1 learning can help students in producing clear and structured English CV work so that by making an English CV it can facilitate students in practicing English job interviews and at the same time as a provision for students to apply for jobs in real life.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Return On Assets on stock prices in Retail Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018 - 2020 period. The population in this research is a company engaged in retail that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The sample in this study was taken using purposive sampling method. A total of 30 company annual reports have been analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Return On Assets had an effect on stock prices.

Keterampilan merupakan suatu kebutuhan bagi setiap siswa dalam menempuh pendiidikan. Para siswa belajar mengalami proses perubahan dari tidak mengetahui menjadi mengetahui. Di era society 5.0, para siswa diharapkan melek akan digital dan teknologi informasi. Pengenalan dasar Ms. Office diperlukan para siswa sekolah dalam mengerjakan tugas sekolah, membuat surat, mengetik naskah, menggunakan rumus hitungan sederhana, membuat slide presentasi Ms. power point. Maka dari itu, meningkatkan kegiatan pembelajaran melalui pengenalan dasar Ms. Office di SMPN 3 Salawu yang berlokasi di Kecamaata Salawu Kabupaten Tasikmalaya menjadi sasaran kami dalam workshop Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pengajaran dan praktik, dimulai dengan memperkenalkan dan menjelaskan fitur dan fungsi microsoft office. Hasil dari kegiatan ini sebanyak 38,6% para siswa tertarik untuk menerapkan Microsoft Office, sebanyak 52,3% menjawab netral terkait tingkat kesulitan Ms. Office, sebanyak 42,8% para siswa sangat setuju bahwa Microsoft Office penting bagi mereka. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and awareness to UMKM players about the importance of implementing digital technology and innovation in increasing competitiveness and operational efficiency. Through this training and mentoring, it is hoped that UMKM can provide better insight into the potential benefits of technology. This service activity is carried out through seminars with the delivery of material about the importance of transforming conventional marketing methods to digital, creating logos for UMKM who do not yet have a product logo. The result of this service activity is increasing the knowledge of UMKM players regarding the importance of using technology in the marketing process to make it easier to introduce products, product logos created for UMKM players who do not yet have a product logo

The purpose of this research is to find out the management of Sicakra's digital archives which includes digital archive management facilities and to find out the positive impact of digital archive management for the company. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by describing and analyzing problems related to digital archive management. Primary and secondary data form the basis of qualitative research. The primary data of this research was obtained through documentation, observation, and interviews, while secondary data was obtained from books, research and related articles. From the results of this study, it is known that PT. Cakra Putra Parahyangan Tasikmalaya is still in the process of implementing digital archive management. The initial step taken is to carry out manual archive management habits and then input them into the digital archive, Sicakra. There are still many obstacles in the implementation process, one of which is the factor of human resources who are still reluctant to work double in archiving. Nevertheless, the company will still make a gradual transition from manual to digital archive management, through Sicakra. The background to this change is that there are more benefits when the company implements Sicakra, starting to facilitate and speed up the process of sending, sharing and searching, saving physical storage space, as well as providing more efficient access. Thus, this research shows that digital archive management can benefit companies, such as improving operational efficiency and resource management.

Digital technology has become the main driver of change in various aspects of life, including digital archive management. Digital archive management is a major operational activity throughout university units, especially in the Staffing Unit of Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Tasikmalaya. Archive management in this unit is currently in the transition period from conventional archiving to digital. As a result, the archiving process is still done double, first done conventionally and continued with the digital process. This is the background of the research to review archive management through Google Spreadsheet in the Staffing Unit of Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Tasikmalaya. This research uses a qualitative method based on interviews with archivists in the Staffing Unit of Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Tasikmalaya and also observation from September 2023 - January 2024. The result shows that the digital archiving process in this unit is carried out sequentially starting with moving documents, storing documents, indexing documents, controlling access and ending with document retention. So, digital archive management through google spreadsheet in the Staffing Unit of Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Tasikmalaya has been carried out well. Thus, the digital archiving that has been carried out in this unit facilitates the process of finding the information needed and also streamlines the archivist's jobdesk.

Service quality is the level of service excellence that can be provided by service providers to meet consumer demand. To achieve a level of service quality needed a management who can plan, organize, direct, motivate and control people and work mechanisms. The management service quality focuses on meeting the needs and desires, as well as the accuracy of delivery to meet consumer expectations. The purpose of the Final Assigment is to find out the effectiveness of management service quality of Plaza Asia Mall Tasikmalaya in providing services to tenants. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative research approach method, that is the writer describes the results of research that were obtained from the results of data analysis in the form of number that were obtained from the field. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the writer concludes that the management service quality of modern retail company at PT. Asia Sanprima Jaya has been implemented well.
