Abstract

Literature Review Determinasi Kepuasan Kerja : Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja adalah artikel ilmiah. Tujuan untuk menganalisa apakah motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja dapat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur (literature review) untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis hubungan antara motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; 2) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Selain dari 2 variabel exogen ini yang mempengaruhi variabel endogen Kepuasan Kerja masih banyak faktor lain diantaranya adalah beban kerja, disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan.

Abstract

Peran Motivasi dan Kompetensi terhadap Prestasi Belajar. Tujuan untuk menganalisa peran motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap prestasi belajar. Metode penulisan artikel ilmiah ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode library research, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley, dan media online lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Motivasi berperan terhadap Prestasi Belajar, 2) Kompetensi berperan terhadap Prestasi Belajar. Selain dari 2 variabel exogen ini yang mempengaruhi variabel endogen Mutu Pendidikan masih banyak faktor lain diantaranya adalah lingkungan, gaya belajar, kurikulum.

Abstract

Literature Review on the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a factor influencing the efficiency, performance, and innovation of modern industrial systems is a scientific article with the objective of analyzing whether the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays a role in improving industrial system efficiency and performance, as well as in driving process and product innovation within the context of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0. This research method using document analysis by examining relevant national and international journal articles, conference proceedings, and reference books related to artificial intelligence, industrial automation, predictive maintenance, supply chain management, and industrial innovation. The results of this article indicate that: 1) the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) significantly influences the efficiency and performance of modern industrial systems, particularly through production automation, predictive maintenance, and real-time data analysis; 2) the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) contributes positively to innovation in industrial processes and products, enhances system adaptability, and supports data-driven decision-making in contemporary industrial environments. In addition to AI implementation, industrial efficiency and innovation are also influenced by other factors, including digital infrastructure readiness, workforce competencies, organizational strategy, data governance, and technological integration capabilities.

Abstract

Literature Review on the interaction between legal awareness and legal culture as determinants of social order among Generation Z is a scientific article with the objective of analyzing whether legal awareness and legal culture play a role in shaping the dynamics of social order among Generation Z in the digital era. This research method using document analysis by reviewing relevant national and international journal articles, academic books, and scientific publications related to Generation Z, legal awareness, legal culture, and social order. The results of this article indicate that: 1) legal awareness significantly influences the formation of social order among Generation Z, particularly through reflective and evaluative legal compliance; 2) legal culture plays a crucial role in shaping legal legitimacy, trust, and patterns of compliance, especially within digital and participatory social environments. The interaction between legal awareness and legal culture determines the stability and sustainability of social order in contemporary society. In addition to these two exogenous variables, social order is also influenced by other factors, including legal legitimacy, digital norms, social values, and the effectiveness of legal education and public participation
