Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between mathematics and culture contained in the Lipa' Sa'be Mandar style as a student learning resource. The type of research used is qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The subject of this research is Mandar people coinciding in Suruang Village, Campalagian District, Polewali Mandar Regency. The instrument used is the researcher himself and also supporting instruments such as interview guides but the possibility of interview questions developing according to the needs of the researcher. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research results obtained that part of the pattern on Lipa' Sa'be Mandar is essentially related to the geometric shapes of flat shapes, especially in the motif called sure' and also part of the flower motif that displays elements of flat geometry. The patterns of Lipa' Sa'be in which there is a mathematical concept of flat geometry are the patterns of Lipa’ Sa’be Sure’ Padhadha, Sure’ Mara’ Dia, Sure’ Padada Saripa, Sure’ Bunga, serta Sure’ Batu Dadzima with a square shape while there are some variants of Mandar Lipa' Sa'be in which there are patterns with rectangular shapes, circular, triangles, and rhombuses.

Abstract

Supervisi klinik bidang pembelajaran merupakan kegiatan strategis yang dilakukan kepala sekolah terhadap para guru di lingkungannya. Bagi guru, kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat karena dapat mengamati langsung prosedur pembelajaran yang dilakukan kepala sekolah. Bagi kepala sekolah, kegiatan ini bermanfaat untuk memenuhi tugas dan fungsi kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor. Supervisi klinik berbentuk pembelajaran membaca permulaan berbasis bahan ajar alternatif di semester ganjil 2021-2022 kelas 1 SD Negeri 020 Pancur, Kecamatan Keritang, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Provinsi Riau. Sasaran utama pembelajaran untuk supervisi guru tentang cara meningkatkan membaca permulaan melalui LKPD. Subjek berjumlah 11 siswa yang belum mampu membaca kata dasar berfonem rangkap dan 2 orang guru kelas 1 yang sekaligus bertindak sebagai observer. Instrumen penelitian: 1) tes esai membaca permulaan; 2) pedoman observasi kegiatan guru dan kegiatan siswa dalam pembelajaran; 3) kuesioner pernyataan guru tentang pemahaman mereka untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis bahan ajar alternatif. Semua instrumen memenuhi syarat validitas isi. Data dikumpulkan dalam pembelajaran konvensional di bulan Oktober 2021 untuk 6 kali pertemuan. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan: 1) para guru kelas 1 menyatakan dapat mengikuti prosedur mengajar untuk kegiatan inti seperti yang diperagakan oleh kepala sekolah; 2) empat dari 11 orang siswa (36,36 persen) tuntas membaca permulaan pada siklus I dan 36,36 persen juga untuk siklus II melalui LKPD.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the expenditure performance of the District Planning Agency. Majene in the Budget Realization Report regarding the difference between spending and the budget, spending growth, spending efficiency and how capital expenditures and operations are being carried out. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, the data used is secondary data in the form of a report on the realization of the Regional Planning Agency's budget for the 2018-2020 fiscal year in Kab. Majene. The analytical techniques used are analysis of spending variance, analysis of spending growth, analysis of spending efficiency, and shopping compatibility. The results of this study indicate that the results of the analysis of the expenditure variance in 2018 - 2020 expenditure performance are considered good even though in 2018 the level of budget realization is very low, which is only 22% compared to the following year. Analysis of spending growth in 2018 – 2019 increased by 362%. Meanwhile, in 2019-2020, it actually decreased by 37% percent from last year. Expenditure efficiency analysis in 2018 the level of budget efficiency is 22%, in 2019 the level of budget efficiency is 98%, and in 2020 the level of budget efficiency is 95%. Although in 2018 the level of budget efficiency is still relatively good because it does not exceed the total budget target or the level of budget efficiency is above 100%. The compatibility analysis, namely the analysis of capital expenditures on total expenditures, shows that in 2018 the level of capital expenditure was only 1%, in 2019 it was only 2% and in 2020 it was only 1%. As for the analysis of operating expenses in 2018 it was 99%, in 2019 it was 98%, and in 2020 it was 99%.
