Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya mausia memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam keberlangsungan perusahaan. Dalam menghadapi arus globalisasi yang pesat, karyawan atau anggota organisasi dituntut untuk dapat bekerja secara efisien dan efektif agar output yang diberikan kepada perusahaan sesuai dengan harapan perusahaan. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah motivasi kerja, komunikasi, stres kerja dan kompensasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, komunikasi, dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan kompensasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah PT XYZ. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang telah disebarkan melalui google form dan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dalam pemilihan sampel. Jumlah populasi yang ada sebagai sampel berjumlah 125 responden. Untuk uji validitas peneliti menggunakan analisis statistik dengan program SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompensasi. Komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi. Stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap kompensasi. Selain itu, kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, kompensasi tidak mampu memediasi motivasi kerja dan komunikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan kompensasi mampu memediasi stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Human resource management has a very important role in the sustainability of the company. In the face of rapid globalization, employees or members of the organization are required to be able to work efficiently and effectively so that the output provided to the company is in accordance with company expectations. There are several factors that can affect employee job satisfaction, namely work motivation, communication, work stress and compensation. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, communication, and work stress on job satisfaction with compensation as a mediating variable. The population used in this study is PT XYZ. The method used is quantitative method by collecting data through questionnaires that have been distributed via google form and using purposive sampling techniques in sample selection. The total population as a sample amounted to 125 respondents. To test the validity of researchers using statistical analysis with the SmartPLS 4.0 program. The results of this study are that work motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation has no significant effect on compensation. Communication has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and compensation. Job stress has no significant effect on job satisfaction, but has a significant negative effect on compensation. In addition, compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. In addition, compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. In addition, compensation is unable to mediate work motivation and communication to job satisfaction, and compensation is able to mediate job stress to job satisfaction.

Abstract

Grammatical errors in writing narrative texts in English are quite diverse and often occur in new or experienced writers. The purpose of this study was to analyze grammatical errors in writing narrative texts and find the main causes of eleventh grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Siantan often making grammatical errors when writing narrative texts. Many students often experience grammatical errors in their writing that can interfere with students' ability to write effectively. This study analyzed error data from narrative texts made by 28 students using a qualitative descriptive approach with a method of analyzing student assignments in writing narrative texts to collect data to see the location of grammatical errors that are often made when writing, then a number of students were interviewed to investigate the causes of the errors. the results of this study indicate that students when writing narrative texts make many errors in omission and the cause is because students often write narrative texts in English always write in the first language that is translated into English, this is what causes differences in the grammar of the translation and causes students to make grammatical errors in writing narrative texts.
