Abstract

The aim of this researcher is to find out whether there is an influence of demographics and financial literacy on people’s interest in saving in Islamic banks (case study of the people of Air Salek sub-district, Banyuasin regency). Data analysis in this research used Smart-PLS 3.0 with correlation research methods. The data used is primary data. Data collection was by distributing questionnaires to 100 people in the Air Salek District, Banyuasin Regency. The results show that the results of the first hypothesis test show that the relationship between demographic variables and people's interest in saving has a correlation value of 0.643. This value means that there is a positive influence between demographic variables and people's interest in saving in Air Salek District, Banyuasi Regency. The results of the second hypothesis test show that there is a relationship between the financial literacy variable and interest people's savings have a correlation value of 0.554. This value means that there is a positive influence between the financial literacy variable and people's interest in saving in Air Salek District, Banyuasin Regency. Based on the calculation results, it shows that demographic variables and financial literacy variables have a positive effect on people's interest in saving in Air Salek District. This is proven by the R-square value of 0.458. This shows that the greater the influence of demographic variables and financial literacy, the better people's interest in saving will be.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the magnitude of the influence of FDR and BOPO on ROA with NPF intervention at Bank Muamalat Indonesia for the 2014-2022 period. The data used comes from secondary sources, namely financial reports taken from the official BMI website. This research method is a descriptive quantitative approach using SPSS 25 as a data processing program. The results of this research indicate that FDR and BOPO have a significant effect on ROA, FDR and BOPO together have an effect on ROA. Furthermore, NPF cannot significantly mediate FDR or BOPO on ROA.

Abstract

In the economic system, waqf plays a role as a means of increasing productive assets for the management of a society. This waqf is the most important part of the development of Muslim civilization, especially the tourist attraction at the KI Marogan Mosque in Palembang. Based on the type, waqf is divided into two types, namely immovable and movable waqf. In general, people only know about the implementation of waqf in immovable forms such as land, even though in practice, waqf can be paid in the form of property, one of which is cash waqf. With this, researchers are interested in conducting research on Cash Waqf Management Strategies in Developing Halal Edutourism, studying the KI Maroan Mosque Palembang. The research method used by researchers in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, while data collection is carried out through survey, interview and documentation techniques. And the data sources obtained from research subjects are primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of research conducted, it is known that cash waqf is still not widely known and understood by the general public, especially regarding understanding and awareness of cash waqf. This phenomenon is caused by two main factors, namely intenal and external factors. And also the management strategy is still not working well because there is poor communication between the old and new order management, resulting in a lack of effective information obtained by the public and tourists who visit the KI Marogan Mosque in Palembang. Therefore, there are several ways to overcome this by managing cash waqf funds more transparently so as not to cause negative thoughts and also providing education to the public and tourists about the importance of cash waqf.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent of the influence of leadership, work experience, compensation and work environment on the work productivity of employees in the production. The type of research used in this research is the type of quantitative research. The source of the data comes from the results of a questionnaire aimed at employees of the production division. The population in this study were all employees of the production division, totaling 75 people and the sampling in this study used the saturated sampling method, namely a sampling technique where all members of the population were sampled, this was done because the population was relatively small or less. of 100, with a sample of 75 people. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression, for data analysis with the help of the SPSS Ver 21 program. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence between leadership, work experience, compensation and work environment on work productivity, the results of the multiple regression test are Y = 0.470 + 0.079 X1 + 0.975 X2 + 0.067 X3 + 0.060 X4, and the results of the F test are Fcount (636.862) > Ftable (2.50). with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the independent variables namely leadership, work experience, compensation and work environment together have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely work productivity.

Abstract

Tourism development can be used as a means to create awareness of national identity and togetherness in diversity. Tourism development is developed with an approach to economic growth and equality for people's welfare and development that focuses on regional, community-based development and community empowerment. The aim of this research is to design ideas for planning a tourism business model for Sungai Pinang Beach in the future by looking at the current condition of the Sungai Pinang Beach Canvas Business Model and then developing a new business model after being analyzed using SWOT. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of the analysis show that the condition of the Pantai Sungai Pinang tourist village has many strengths and several opportunities that have not been exploited. The Canvas Business Model has nine model elements, namely 1) tourist customer segment, 2) value proposition, namely natural and peaceful rural atmosphere, sunrise tourism, outbound sensation in rural nature, typical souvenirs, traditional food, easy access , and adequate facilities, 3) channels are social media: Website, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, making Google maps, brochures, posters, 4) customer relations namely hospitality and social media, 5) income stream is sales of tourist entrance tickets , Discount services, sales of souvenirs and souvenirs, as well as sales of traditional food and drinks, 6) main resources, namely rural land, supporting buildings, human resources, natural raw materials, financial resources of employees and the community and community culture, 7) main activities namely rural natural spatial planning, site maintenance and site care, 8) key partnerships are investors and the government, 9) the cost structure is operational costs, labor wages, marketing costs, development costs and maintenance costs.
