Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work attachment and Work Environment on the performance of EfandA 707 employees The population in this study is EfandA 707 employees. The number of samples used was 50 respondents using the saturated sample technique. The research data was tested with validity and reliability tests. The hypothesis test was carried out by multiple linear regression test using SPSS 25.0 software in this study. The results of the analysis showed that the work attachment variable had a positive and significant influence on employee performance (t count = 4.455 > > t table = 1.677, sig = 0.010 < 0.05). The variable of the work environment also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t count = 3.394 > t table = 1.677, sig = 0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant effect on service quality, with an F value of 23.499 which is greater than the F table 2.79 (sig = 0.000 < 0.05). The author suggests to increase vigor, dediction, absorption and immediately improve problems such as lighting, temperature, noise, movement space, work safety and good employee relations with colleagues who are not supportive. By making these improvements, it is hoped that EfandA 707 can achieve better performance levels and improve overall employee satisfaction and well-being.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek Project Based Learning (PBL) dengan memanfaatkan media CorelDRAW dalam meningkatkan keterampilan siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) di MTs Mathali'ul Huda Pati. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Menggunakan penelitian kualitatif karena data yang dikumpulkan bukan berupa angka, melainkan data tersebut berasal dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan analisis data Milles dan Huberman. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas 8 A di MTs Mathali'ul Huda Pati. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, karena untuk memperoleh keterangan mengenai perencanaa, pelaksanaan dan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning, dengan menganalisis data menurut Milles dan Huberman yang meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data, penerikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model PBL dengan media CorelDRAW memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan keterampilan siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPS. Keterampilan yang mengalami peningkatan signifikan adalah keterampilan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, dan komunikasi. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan nilai rata-rata siswa pada setiap siklus serta hasil observasi yang menunjukkan peningkatan aktivitas dan partisipasi siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Peningkatan keterampilan siswa dapat dijelaskan karena model PBL memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk belajar secara aktif, menemukan sendiri konsep-konsep yang dipelajari, dan menyelesaikan masalah secara nyata. Selain itu, penggunaan media CorelDRAW membantu siswa dalam menyajikan hasil proyek mereka secara menarik dan kreatif.

Abstract

The use of learning media is crucial to support material delivery, enhance understanding, and encourage active student participation. In the digital age, leveraging technology, such as computers and interactive multimedia, is essential for creating engaging and effective learning experiences. This research aims to assess the validity level of animated video-based learning media using the Doratoon application for IPAS (Science, Social Studies, and Arts) subject on energy transformation in 4th-grade elementary school. The validation process involved language experts, material experts, and media experts, utilizing Likert scale validation sheets as instruments, focusing on content feasibility, design appearance, and technical ease of use. This study was conducted at UPT SD Negeri Jadi III, Tuban, involving 1 teacher and 25 4th-grade students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, test sheets, and validation sheets, then analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods. The validation results showed percentages of 88% from language experts, 88% from material experts, and 86% from media experts. The overall average validity reached 87.33%. Based on validity criteria, this learning media is categorized as "Very Valid" and is suitable for use in the learning process. It is hoped that this media can be a valid interactive alternative capable of optimizing students' critical thinking skills.
