Abstract

Tight tourism competition greatly influences income levies which greatly influence the sustainability of tourism. The Marketing concept itself is an activity that relies on the ability of the Pokdarwis or (management) team to make tourists trust and believe in the rides or facilities offered. So to increase tourism revenue levies, managers must pay attention to ticket prices, promotional costs and financial management. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of: 1) ticket prices on revenue levies, 2) promotional costs on revenue levies, 3) financial management on revenue levies, and 4) ticket prices, promotional costs, and financial management on revenue levies in general. Simultaneously at Randusanga Beach, Brebes. The research population was 4,629 visitors. Sampling for this research used the Slovin formula using an incidental technique of 98 samples. The data used is primary data from respondents' questionnaire answers. Hypothesis testing uses SPSS 25. The theoretical basis used is ticket prices, promotional costs, financial management and income levies. The research results show that the ticket price (X1) is 3,697 at the α = 5% test level. Meanwhile, the t table value (df=n-k) or (df = 98-3-1) at the 0.05 test level is known to be 1.98525, Promotion Costs (X2) is 3.697 at the α = 5% test level. Meanwhile, the t table value (df=n-k) or (df = 98-3-1) at the 0.05 test level is known to be 1.98525, Financial Management (X3) is 8.202 at the α = 5% test level. Meanwhile, the t table value (df=n-k) or (df = 98-3-1) at the 0.05 test level is known to be 1.98525. Ticket prices, promotional costs and financial management simultaneously have a significant and significant effect on tourism income at Randusanga Beach, Brebes. The variables of ticket prices, promotional costs and financial management simultaneously influence and significantly influence tourism revenue levies at Randusanga Beach, Brebes, amounting to 63.60%, and the remaining 36.40% is influenced by variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

One of the new beverage or food industry competitions that are ready to compete and enter the market nationally is the white coffee industry. Efforts to increase promotion, price adjustments, and product quality, or need to carry out a more effective marketing strategy in accordance with the findings of market research conducted. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of advertising attractiveness, product quality, brand image, and price on purchasing decisions for Luwak White Coffee drinks. The quantitative approach method carried out is based on concrete research data, which is a numerical value that will be measured by statistics as a calculation test tool and related to problems, resulting in a conclusion. The population of this study was consumers of Luwak White Coffee drinks at the Virdasari store in SiDate Village. The sample was obtained from subjects 25% of the population of 332 people, obtained 83 respondents. The research instrument used is the primary data from filling out the questionnaire. The results of the study found that advertising attractiveness does not affect purchasing decisions, product quality does not affect purchasing decisions, brand image does not affect purchasing decisions, price affects purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work attachment and Work Environment on the performance of EfandA 707 employees The population in this study is EfandA 707 employees. The number of samples used was 50 respondents using the saturated sample technique. The research data was tested with validity and reliability tests. The hypothesis test was carried out by multiple linear regression test using SPSS 25.0 software in this study. The results of the analysis showed that the work attachment variable had a positive and significant influence on employee performance (t count = 4.455 > > t table = 1.677, sig = 0.010 < 0.05). The variable of the work environment also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t count = 3.394 > t table = 1.677, sig = 0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant effect on service quality, with an F value of 23.499 which is greater than the F table 2.79 (sig = 0.000 < 0.05). The author suggests to increase vigor, dediction, absorption and immediately improve problems such as lighting, temperature, noise, movement space, work safety and good employee relations with colleagues who are not supportive. By making these improvements, it is hoped that EfandA 707 can achieve better performance levels and improve overall employee satisfaction and well-being.

Abstract

This research was conducted on MSMEs throughout Jatibarang District, Brebes Regency. This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, financial inclusion and capital sources on MSME financial management. This research is a type of quantitative research. The data collection method used in this research was by distributing questionnaires to MSME actors selected as samples. The sample for this research was 100 MSME actors, using a sample, namely non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis for this research is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by tools in the form of SPSS version 25. The data obtained is primary data, while secondary data is obtained from other media such as books and journals related to the focus of this research. The results of this research show that financial literacy has a significant effect on the financial management of MSMEs with a t table value of (4.801 > 2.626) and a significant value of (0.000 < 0.05), financial inclusion has no effect but there is a relationship between financial inclusion and financial management with The calculated t value is smaller than the t table value, namely (2.115 < 2.626) while it is significant, namely (0.037 < 0.05, and the source of capital does not have a significant effect on financial management with the calculated t value being greater than the t table value, namely (1.679 < 2,626). Meanwhile, the significant value is (0.096 > 0.05). Then the results of the simultaneous test show that the variables financial literacy, financial inclusion, and capital sources have an effect on MSME financial management with the significance value obtained being less than 0.05, or F calculated is greater than F table = 42.254 greater than 3.089.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at Pt. Sumber Masanda Jaya Brebes Gedung Bottom 1. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with an Ex Post Facto method approach. The population of this study were employees of Pt. Sumber Masanda Jaya Brebes in the Bottom 1 Building has 85 employees. Data collection techniques use observation and questionnaires. Observation is used to make observations and record the number of employees. The questionnaire was used to reveal the influence of motivational variables, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance, then data processing used the SPSS (statustic package for the social sciences) 22 for Windows software program. The results of the research state that the motivation variable (X1) does not have a significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the t value of 0.0222 < t table of 0.1990 with a significant value of 0.825 > 0.05. The work environment variable (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the t value of 0.5304 < t table of 0.1990 with a significant value of 0.000 > 0.05. The job satisfaction variable (X3) has a significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the t value of 0.2027 < t table of 0.1990 with a significant value of 0.046 > 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims: 1) To determine and analyze the influence of products on purchasing decisions for Batik Tegalan Mata Canting. 2) To find out and analyze the influence of price on purchasing decisions for Batik Tegalan Mata Canting. 3) To determine and analyze the influence of location/distribution channels i on purchasing decisions for Batik Tegalan Mata Canting.. 4) To determine and analyze the influence of promotions on purchasing decisions for Batik Tegalan Mata Canting. 5) To determine and analyze the influence of product, price , promotion, location/distribution channels on purchasing decisions for Batik Tegalan Mata Canting simultaneously. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach, this research has a population of 800 by taking a sample of 90 respondents. Based on the analysis and discussion, a conclusion can be drawn where H1: Products have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, in Batik Tegalan Mata Canting, Bandung District, Tegal City. with a t-count value of 4.695 > t-table 1.662 and a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. H2: Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, in Batik Tegalan Mata Canting, Bandung District, Tegal City. with a t-count value of 2.349 > t-table 1.662 and a sig value. 0.028 < 0.05. H3: Place/Location has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions in Batik Tegalan Mata Canting, Bandung District, Tegal City. with a t-count value of 0.046 < t-table 1.662 and a sig. 0.064 > 0.05. H4: Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, in Batik Tegalan Mata Canting, Bandung District, Tegal City. with a t-count value of 2.513 > t-table 1.662 and a sig value. 0.014 < 0.05. and H5: Product, Price, Place/Location, and Promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions in Batik Tegalan Mata Canting, Bandung District, Tegal City with F-count > F-table (24,466 > 2,706) and sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work stress on employee turnover intention at PT. AAE Outdoor Indonesia. Meanwhile, the formulation of the problem is how job satisfaction and job stress can influence turnover intention among PT employees. AAE Outdoor Indonesia. The population in this study was 772 while the sample was 92 taken from the sampling technique using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%, while the results were that the job satisfaction variable (X1) had a significant and positive effect on PT turnover intention. AAE Outdoor Indonesia. It is proven that the tcount value is 6,141 > ttable value 1.986 and the resulting significant value of 0.000 is much smaller than α = 0.05, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the independent variable employee satisfaction (X1) partially has a significant effect on turnover intention (Y) PT AAE Outdoor Indonesia, the work stress variable (X2) has a significant and positive effect on turnover intention at PT. AAE Outdoor Indonesia. It is proven that the significant value is 00.000 < 0.05 and the tcount value is 6.278 > ttable 1.986, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the independent variable work stress (X2) partially has a significant effect on PT AAE Outdoor Indonesia's turnover intention (Y), satisfaction variable. work (X1) and work stress (X2) simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on turnover intention (Y). This is proven by the F test analysis which shows a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, Ftable is (3.009), so Fcount is 78,890 > Ftable 3.009, so Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted, likewise with a significance of (0.000) < α (0.05), then Ho rejected and Ha can be accepted. This means that the variables job satisfaction (X1) and work stress (X2) together have an influence on turnover intention (Y) at PT. AAE Outdoor Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the variety of products and product quality has on purchasing decisions at UMKM Kencana Salted Eggs Wanasari Brebes. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study was Nonprobability sampling, with the sampling method used being Incidental sampling. With the number of samples used as many as 100 respondents. The results in this study show: (1) product variety has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is based on the tcount value of 12.044 and the t table of 1.985 or 12.044> 1.985 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is based on the tcount value of 2.641 and the ttable of 1.985 or 2.641> 1.985 with a significance value of 0.010 <0.05. (3) simultaneously the variable product variety and product quality have an effect on purchasing decisions. This is supported by the value of Fhitung> Ftabel, namely 1138.470> 3.089 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.959. From this figure it means that product variety and product quality affect purchasing decisions by 95.9%. Meanwhile, the remaining 4.1% is influenced by other variables not included in the study.

Abstract

This review examines the existing literature on performance management and its impact on improving organisational productivity. Various studies show that the implementation of an effective performance management system has a significant influence on employee motivation and performance, which in turn increases organisational productivity. Important elements of effective performance management include clear goal setting, regular monitoring, constructive feedback, and rewards and incentives. In addition, employee involvement in the performance management process was also cited as an important factor in increasing their sense of belonging and commitment to the job. The review also highlighted the role of effective leadership and the utilisation of technology as important elements in successful performance management implementation. The results of this literature review suggest that a holistic approach that includes all these elements can significantly improve organisational productivity.
