Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose: This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Career Path on organizational sustainability mediated by innovative work behaviorin heavy equipment companies in Indonesia. Methodology/approach: The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study are all employees who work in heavy equipment companies in Indonesia. With the structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis model, 110 samples were taken. The analysis technique in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the smartPLS 3.0 program to test the hypothesis. Findings: The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of Career Path on innovative work behaviorand organizational sustainability. There is an effect of innovative work behavioron organizational sustainability. Innovative Wok Behavior can mediate the effect between Career Path and organizational sustainability in heavy equipment companies in Indonesia. Novelty/value: Innovative Wok Behavior sangat penting untuk ditingkatkan agar organizational sustainability lebih meningkat melalui upaya penerapan Career Path.

Abstract

Blockchain technology has attracted considerable attention in recent years due to its decentralized architecture, transparency, and inherent security features. Despite these advantages, Blockchain networks continue to face persistent challenges related to scalability, efficiency, and performance, particularly as transaction volumes and user demands increase. This study introduces an adaptive Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven framework designed to enhance the scalability and efficiency of Blockchain networks. By integrating AI algorithms capable of real-time learning and predictive optimization, the proposed model dynamically manages critical network functions such as transaction scheduling, resource allocation, and congestion control. The framework leverages both historical data and real-time analytics to make informed adjustments, thereby reducing latency, improving throughput, and optimizing energy consumption within Blockchain systems. The urgency of this research lies in addressing the scalability bottleneck that continues to hinder widespread Blockchain adoption across sectors such as finance, supply chain, healthcare, and human resource management. The novelty of this work resides in the fusion of adaptive AI techniques with Blockchain infrastructures, a combination that has been relatively underexplored in current scholarship. By advancing beyond static optimization methods, this research provides a more resilient and intelligent approach to Blockchain performance enhancement. The findings are expected to contribute to both aca- demic discourse and practical applications by offering a scalable, AI-empowered framework that can be adapted across multiple domains. Ultimately, this study aims to broaden the real-world applicability of Blockchain technology by overcoming its most pressing limitations.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of career path and achievement motivation on organizational sustainability, mediated by innovative work behavior and moderated by perceived organizational support. Participants were all indirect employees of an international manufacturing group in Japan, Australia, and Indonesia totaling 4462 employees, of whom 256 were selected. Data were collected using research instruments distributed to all employees in three languages using a back-translation system. Simple mediation and moderation regression analysis techniques using structural equation modeling with Partial Least Squares 3.0 program were used. The results indicate that CP, AM, and IWB have positive and significant effects on OS. IWB mediation had a positive and significant effect on the mediation of CP and AM on OS. The moderating effect of POS on IWB had a positive and significant effect on OS. The significance of moderation is clarified based on the slope analysis, in which the greater the POS toward IWB, the stronger the support for OS. The study is novel in its use of POS as a moderating variable. This study enriches the theoretical and practical implications of managing employees CP and AM toward OS.
