Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work load; career development and discipline on the performance of civil servants at National Crypto Institute. Research data from questionnaire and secondary data. The sampling method used was probability sampling. From a population of 133 people; 100 people become the sample. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The result showed that  work load; career development and discipline simultaneously are having significant influence to the performance of civil servants at National Crypto Institute. Partially work load and discipline has positive significant effect on the performance; while career development has a significant negative effect. Discipline is the biggest significant variable in influencing the performance of civil servants at National Crypto Institute while work load has medium significant variable in influencing the performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTOne cause of the rise in short circuit current is a disorder that makes the current exceeds the maximum value of the conductor or other electrical equipment. The use of a simple over current relay and reliability in operation, has made the over current relay is widely used. This study aims to find out how the calculation of current and time settings on over current relay and will create a simulation of the coordination of over current relay with a simulator program. The simulator is the ETAP software version 6.0, the software is working to design a network setting values must be entered in advance in accordance with the actual state of the input values are then simulated setting that has been entered in accordance with the procedure. From the simulation results can be concluded that the use of ETAP 6.0 program is very effective to determine the relay coordination in detecting problems and protect them.Keywords : Coordination relay and Simulation Program Flow Over ETAP 6.0

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the effect of occupational safety and health, work discipline, and organizational climate on employee performance at production division PT. XYZ. The object of the research was PT.XYZ production division employees with a total sample of 98 people, the observation period 2017-2018. The independent variables in this study are occupational safety and health, work discipline, and organizational climate while the dependent variable is employee performance. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics using SPSS with multiple regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that occupational safety dan health partially has a significant effect on employee performance, then work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance, then the organizational climate partially has a significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously occupational safety and health, work discipline, and organizational climate have a significant effect on employee performance.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keselamatan kesehatan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di divisi produksi PT. XYZ. Obyek penelitiannya adalah karyawan di divisi produksi PT. XYZ dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 98 orang, periode pengamatan 2017–2018. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah keselamatan kesehatan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan iklim organiasai sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja karyawan. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Statistik Deskriptif menggunakan SPSS dengan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan kesehatan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kemudian disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, selanjutnya iklim organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan secara simultan keselamatan kesehatan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Sumber daya manusia merupakan unsur penting bagi Perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Kinerja sumber daya manusa yang baik diharapkan akan meningkatkan kemajuan Perusahaan serta menunjang Perusahaan untuk bertahan dalam kondisi perekonomian yang sulit. Strategi yang bisa dilakukan Perusahaan adalah dengan menerapkan kepemimpinan yang handal dan motivasi kerja serta  menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang  baik sehingga diharapkan pegawai akan terdorong untuk memberikan kinerja terbaiknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja  yang dilakukan di  PT Fanuc Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 51 responden. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Adapun yang menjadi variabel bebasnya adalah kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja. Sedangkan yang menjadi variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji parsial (Uji t) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variable motivasi  terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai, sedangkan variabel kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, competence and work environment on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 2 Kota Bekasi. The object of the research was teachers of SMK Negeri 2 Kota with a sample of 86 people with the observation period of 2016 - 2017. The independent variables were work motivation, competence and work environment while the dependent variable was Teacher Performance. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS method (Product and Service Solution Statistics) version 23. The results of this study indicate that motivation, competence and work environment have a significant positive effect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 2 Bekasi City. Based on the influence of the three variables both motivation, competence and work environment on teacher performance when viewed from the coefficient of determination it is very significant to give the understanding that the Motivation, Competence, and Work Environment Variables make a very strong contribution to teacher performance, while the rest are influenced by other variables that are not examined. When viewed from the effect sequentially from the three variables on the teacher's first performance are competencies, both work environment and finally work motivation.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompetensi danlingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 2 Kota Bekasi. Obyek penelitiannya adalah guru SMK Negeri 2 Kota dengan jumlah sampel 86 orang dengan periode pengamatan 2016 – 2017. Variabel independen adalah motivasi kerja, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja sedangkan variabel dependennya Kinerja Guru. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan metode SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) versi 23 Hasil penilitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 2 Kota Bekasi. Berdasarkan pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut baik motivasi, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru jika dilihat dari koefesien determinasi sangat siginifikan memberi pengertian bahwa Variabel Motivasi, Kompetensi, dan Lingkungan Kerja memberikan sumbangan yang sangat kuat terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Jika dilihat dari pengaruhnya secara berurutan dari ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja guru yang pertama adalah kompetensi, kedua lingkungan kerja dan terakhir motivasi kerja.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose: This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Career Path on organizational sustainability mediated by innovative work behaviorin heavy equipment companies in Indonesia. Methodology/approach: The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study are all employees who work in heavy equipment companies in Indonesia. With the structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis model, 110 samples were taken. The analysis technique in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the smartPLS 3.0 program to test the hypothesis. Findings: The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of Career Path on innovative work behaviorand organizational sustainability. There is an effect of innovative work behavioron organizational sustainability. Innovative Wok Behavior can mediate the effect between Career Path and organizational sustainability in heavy equipment companies in Indonesia. Novelty/value: Innovative Wok Behavior sangat penting untuk ditingkatkan agar organizational sustainability lebih meningkat melalui upaya penerapan Career Path.

Abstract

Those company's strategy in developing human resource management and work motivation as an effort to improve employee performance is absolutely needed at PT. SMF because as one of a company which engaged in financial . Its urges to have an employees who are competent on their fields so it would be able to improve those results which have been targeted and accordance to company's vision and mission. This research has purpose to explored the stages of human resource development strategies and work motivation for employees in delivered good performance results. This because most employees are working directly to the field and face to face with market conditions. Those analysis result shows that those strategy has been applied and implemented but still lowest in terms of work motivation because some employees who does not attend those training management their career paths are still not widely open so motivation still relying on bonuses with same value for each division.

Abstract

The intention of this research was to identify and reveal those impacts from leadership style, training, and organizational culture towards the employee performance of Bhayangkara Brimob Hospital at Depok. This research was included in quantitative research with causal method through cross-sectional methods to see the correlations between variables. The research population was all Medical Staff of Bhayangkara Brimob Hospital at Depok, with a total of 197 employees, while the sample in this research was 130 employees (through Slovin 5% error tolerance). The data collection method in this research used a review of damage and a field review, while the method of data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis to examine the hypothesis. The results showed that the leadership style, training, and organizational culture both partially and simultaneously affect the employee performance of the Bhayangkara Brimob Hospital at Depok.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of workload and work discipline on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The number of respondents involved in this study reached 107 respondents. All respondents are employees at PT. XX, both employees who occupy staff positions and employees who have positions as leaders/managers of the company. This research is a quantitative research. Research data obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire. The research data was then analyzed through the Partial Least Square analysis technique with the SmartPLS program. The results of the analysis using the PLS analysis technique provide the following conclusions: (1) Workload has a negative effect on job satisfaction; (2) work discipline has a negative effect on job satisfaction; (3) Workload has a negative effect on performance; (4) Work discipline has a positive effect on performance; (5) Job satisfaction has a positive effect on performance; (6) Workload can affect performance through job satisfaction; (7) Work discipline can affect performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain some information regarding the performance improvement that has occurred in the TDW Group, especially several business units due to the organizational culture formed through the coaching and mentoring process through case studies. The paradigm in this study uses Post-Positivism which is naturalistic. The data analysis performed is inductive based on the facts determined. This research was conducted at TDW Group which has 11 business units. The selection of informants in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with data collection through; interviews, literature studies, and observation. Data analysis in this study used interactive model data analysis techniques, assisted by the NVivo 12 plus software. Tung Desem Waringin made the coaching and mentoring process gain interest for participants to participate in the process. Coaching and mentoring with the title Friday with TDW can instill a corporate culture Juni Bawa Tali (Jujur, Nilai Tambah, Tanggung Gugat dan Lingkaran Malaikat) so that it is well remembered and understood by staff from several business units. Finally, there is the influence of the implementation of corporate culture on employee performance, which can personally increase employee productivity.
