Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the role of teachers in overcoming bullying as an effort to create a friendly school and the perceived obstacles. The purpose of this research is to determine the duties and roles of teachers in dealing with bullying to create a friendly school. The research method uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The data collection technique used in this research is library research. The results of this research show the role of teachers in dealing with bullying, namely planning anti-bullying actions, finding the root of the problem of bullying, giving punishment, forming study groups, advising students who bully, providing guidance and counseling, services, offering gifts or rewards, offering "say" programs. stop bullying at school”, carry out supervision or monitoring, and create friendly schools. Difficulty in managing student activities outside the school environment is felt to be an obstacle.

Abstract

The study focused on developmental stages from infancy to old age, and how factors such as environment, genetics, and social interactions influence that development. Developmental psychology includes the following: (i) Language and thinking development in childhood, (ii) identity development and social relationships in early childhood, adolescence, and aging and adjustment processes in adulthood and old age. Keyword: psychology, developmental, childhood, adolescene, aging, old age. Penelitian ini berfokus pada tahapan perkembangan dari bayi hingga usia tua, dan bagaimana faktor-faktor seperti lingkungan, genetika, dan interaksi sosial mempengaruhi perkembangan tersebut. Psikologi perkembangan meliputi hal-hal sebagai berikut: (i) Perkembangan bahasa dan berpikir pada masa kanak-kanak, (ii) perkembangan identitas dan hubungan sosial pada anak usia dini, remaja, serta proses penuaan dan penyesuaian pada masa dewasa dan usia tua.
