Abstract

Pendahuluan: Sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit sebagai suatu sistem teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang mengolah dan mengintegrasikan seluruh alur proses pelayanan rumah sakit ke dalam suatu jaringan koordinasi, pelaporan dan tata cara pengelolaan untuk memperoleh informasi yang tepat dan akurat. Namun ketika mencoba menerapkan SIMRS di bagian rawat jalan, terlihat masih banyak rumah sakit yang tidak berfungsi karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan karena berbagai faktor manusia, organisasi, dan teknologi. Tujuan: Tinjauan sistematis ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sistem informasi manajemen Rumah Sakit, pada bagian rawat jalan menggunakan model HOT-FIT. Metode: Tinjauan sistematis dilakukan dengan mencari artikel sesuai topik menggunakan database PubMed, Google Scholar dan Science Direct. Kata kunci yang digunakan dalam pencarian adalah “Sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit” dan “rawat jalan” dan “Metode HOT-Fit” dalam 6 tahun terakhir (2018-2024). Total artikel yang memenuhi syarat inklusi sebanyak 8 artikel pada tahun 2018-2024. Hasil: Pemanfaatan metode Hot-Fit untuk SIMRS pada bagian rawat jalan yang disebabkan karena adanya faktor manusia, khususnya penggunaan sistem dan kepuasan pengguna. Faktor organisasi meliputi kondisi fasilitas, dukungan pimpinan, manajemen proyek, lingkungan organisasi dan struktur organisasi. Kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan dan dukungan vendor adalah semua faktor teknologi. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan temuan dari sejumlah penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa adanya pengaruh dari faktor, organisasi yaitu yang mengevaluasi sistem berdasarkan aspek struktur dan lingkungan organisasi. Sedangkan faktor yang tidak berpengaruh yaitu faktor manusia (Human) adalah evaluasi sistem informasi dari perspektif pengguna sistem, faktor teknologi (Technology), yang mengevaluasi sistem informasi berdasarkan kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi memberikan kemudahan bagi orang tua dalam memantau tumbuh kembang anak, salah satunya melalui aplikasi PrimaKu. Namun, masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memahami cara penggunaan aplikasi tersebut secara optimal. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman orang tua mengenai penggunaan aplikasi PrimaKu sebagai sarana pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak, khususnya dalam upaya pencegahan stunting. Kegiatan dilakukan di Posyandu Wijaya Kusuma A, Mojosongo, melalui penyuluhan dengan media leaflet dan praktik langsung penggunaan aplikasi PrimaKu. Untuk mengukur efektivitas kegiatan, dilakukan pre-test dan post-test kepada para peserta. Hasil post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan orang tua mengenai stunting dan penggunaan aplikasi PrimaKu. Antusiasme peserta selama kegiatan juga cukup tinggi. Diharapkan, kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan kemampuan orang tua dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mendukung tumbuh kembang anak secara optimal.

Abstract

Health services are undergoing changes in terms of digitalization. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is one form of change in the impact of digitalization in the health service sector. It is hoped that the existence of EMR in the health services sector can improve the performance of health workers in providing services to patients so that it can improve the level of public health. However, with EMR there are still problems in its use. Many health service institutions apply several methods to adapt to changes or novelties in the field of EMR, one of which is by providing training on the use of EMR to health workers. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of EMR training on the readiness of health workers in using EMR in health services. This research uses meta analysis and systematic review methods with the PICO model (P = EMR users, I = EMR training, C = Non EMR training, O = readiness to use EMR). Articles were obtained through searching articles in the PubMed database. The articles used are full-text articles from 2019 to 2024. Articles were selected using the PRISMA flow diagram. Articles were analyzed using the RevMan 5.3 application. A total of 5 articles analyzed came from Ethiopia. The study results show that EMR training can increase the readiness of health workers to use EMR to support health services (aOR = 1.87; CI 95% = 0.92 – 3.79; p = 0.08). Health workers who receive EMR training will be 1.87 times better prepared to use EMR in health services than health workers who do not receive previous EMR training.
