Abstract

Transformasi digital dibidang pelayanan kesehatan semakin mengalami kebaharuan yang dapat menunjang pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Telehealth merupakan salah satu bentuk kebaharuan dalam pemberian pelayanan kesehatan. Telehealth merupakan bagian dari e health atau kesehatan elektronik yang dapat membantu memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat dengan cara jarak jauh atau konsutasi online. Adanya program telehealth dalam pelayanan kesehatan diharapkan mampu membantu masyarakat yang tidak dapat melakukan konsultasi secara langsung atau yang jauh dengan pusat pelayanan kesehatan di daerahnya masing-masing. Akan tetapi masyarakat masih banyak yang belum memahami adanya program telehealth dan juga masih banyak yang masih belum mengerti bagaimana memanfaatkan atau menggunakan jenis pelayanan telehealth. Hal tersebut dikarenakan masyarakat masih kurang dalam mendapatkan informasi terkait program telehealth yang telah ada. Edukasi dan sosialisasi kesehatan tentang pemanfaatan telehealth dalam pelayanan kesehatan merupakan suatu hal yang perlu diperhatikan dan diterapkan pada masing-masing daerah yang masyarakatnya belum mengehatui program tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di PKK RT 002 RW 003 Pasar Kliwon, Surakarta yang merupakan sauatu bentuk upaya yang dapat membantu masyarakat mendapatkan informasi dan pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan telehealth dipelayanan kesehatan yang ada saat ini, sehingga masyarakat dapat lebih optimal dalam memanfaatkannya.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit merupakan suatu hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan. Salah satu indikator dalam menilai kualitas pelayanan yang ada yaitu dengan melihat efisiensi penggunaan tempat tidur yang telah disediakan oleh rumah sakit. Dalam melihat efisiensi penggunaan tempat tidur dapat menggunakan indikator Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR), Length Of Stay (LOS), dan Turn Over Interval (TOI). Manajemen penggunaan tempat tidur merupakan suatu hal yang krusial, karena dapat mempengaruhi beberapa aspek yang ada di rumah sakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambarang efisiensi penggunaan tempat tidur yang ada di rumah sakit X. Desain studi pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data rekam medis pasien yang ada di rumah sakit dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023. Hasil pada penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa efisiensi penggunaan tempat tidur dilihat dari indikator nilai BOR pada tahun 2019 hingga 2023 mengalami fluktuasi dikarenakan adanya pandemi covid-19, indikator nilai LOS dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023 cenderung rendah dikarenakan rumah sakit telah menerapkan metode ERACS pada pasien operasi dan indikator nilai TOI dari tahun 2019 hingga tahun 2023 dalam kategori ideal. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan tempat tidur yang ada dirumah sakit dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023 belum sepenuhnya optimal dikarenakan adanya pandemi covid-19 akan tetapi kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit masih tetap baik dan optimal. Kata kunci: BOR, kualitas pelayanan, LOS, penggunaan tempat tidur, TOI The quality of service provided by the hospital is an important thing to consider. One indicator in assessing the quality of existing services is by looking at the efficiency of bed use provided by the hospital. In seeing the efficiency of bed use, the Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR), Length Of Stay (LOS), and Turn Over Interval (TOI) indicators can be used. Bed use management is crucial because it can affect several aspects in the hospital. The purpose of this study was to see a picture of the efficiency of bed use in hospital X. The study design in this study was descriptive using secondary data, namely patient medical record data in the hospital from 2019 to 2023. The results of this study illustrate that the efficiency of bed use as seen from the BOR value indicator in 2019 to 2023 fluctuated due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the LOS value indicator from 2019 to 2023 tended to be low because the hospital had implemented the ERACS method in surgical patients and the TOI value indicator from 2019 to 2023 in the ideal category. The conclusion of this study is that the use of existing beds in hospitals from 2019 to 2023 has not been fully optimal due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but the quality of services provided by hospitals is still well maintained and optimal. Abstract

Kemajuan perkembangan teknologi informasi di era digitalilasi saat ini berdampak pada bidang kesehatan. Dampak tersebut tentunya membuat adanya perubahan dalam pelayanan kesehatan yang ada. Di era digital saat ini banyak bentuk layanan kesehatan yang ada di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Akan tetapi masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengatahui serta memanfaatkan layayanan kesehatan tersebut secara optimal. Salah satu bentuk upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan layanan kesehatan di era digital yaitu dengan cara memberikan edukasi tentang pemanfaatan layanan kesehatan di masyarakat. Remaja merupakan kelompok masyarakat yang dapat menjadi perantara dalam mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan layanan tersebut. Kelompok remaja juga dapat dengan mudah menerima adanya perkembangan teknologi informasi yang ada saat ini. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada kelompok remaja tentang optimalisasi pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan diera digital pada saat ini, sehingga remaja dapat menjadi perantara suksesnya transisi perubahan bentuk pelayanan kesehatan yang ada. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan dan meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja dalam optimalisasi pemanfaatan layanan kesehatan di era digital. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan ini menyatakan bahwa 32 remaja (88,9%) telah memahami tentang pemanfaatan layanan kesehatan di era digital. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan edukasi yang telah dilakukan yaitu tingkat pengetahuan remaja tentang pemanfaatan layanan kesehatan di era digital meningkat. Kata kunci: era digital; pelayanan kesehatan; remaja The advancement of information technology in the digital era has had an impact on the healthcare sector. This impact has inevitably led to changes in healthcare services. In today's digital era, various healthcare services are available in healthcare facilities. However, many people are still unaware of these services and do not utilize them optimally. One of the efforts to optimize the utilization of healthcare services in the digital era is by providing education to the community about their benefits. Adolescents represent a group in society that can serve as intermediaries in maximizing the use of these services. Additionally, adolescents are more adaptable to the rapid development of information technology. Therefore, socialization and educational activities for adolescents regarding the optimization of healthcare services in the digital era are necessary. This will enable them to act as key facilitators in the transition and transformation of healthcare services. This community service activity aims to provide insights and enhance adolescents' knowledge about optimizing healthcare services in the digital era. The evaluation results of this activity indicate that 32 adolescents (88.9%) have gained an understanding of utilizing healthcare services in the digital era. In conclusion, the educational program has successfully increased adolescents' knowledge about the utilization of healthcare services in the digital era. Abstract

Era digitalisasi mempengaruhi adanya perubahan dalam bidang kesehatan, terutama dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Telehealth merupakan salah satu bentuk layanan kesehatan yang ada pada era digitalisasi saat ini. Adanya layanan telehealth diharapkan dapat membantu penyediaan layanan kesehatan dalam pemberian layanan ke masyarakat secara optimal sehingga masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mendapatkan layanan kesehatan yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas layanan kesehatan telehealth dalam menunjang kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Metode dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian meta analisis dan systematic review dengan PICO (Population = pengguna layanan kesehatan telehealth, Intervention = telehealth, Comparison = tidak menggunakan telehealth, Outcome = pelayanan kesehatan). Artikel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari beberapa database diantaranya yaitu PubMed,, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar. Artikel yang digunakan adalah artikel full-text dari tahun 2020 hingga 2025. Artikel dipilih menggunakan diagram PRISMA flow. Artikel dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi RevMan 5.3. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan dari 6 artikel yang dianalisis dalam studi meta analisis ini berasal dari Amerika dan Kuwait. Studi menunjukkan bahwa layanan kesehatan telehealth efektif dalam menunjang pelayanan kesehatan (OR 1.79; CI 95% = 0.95 hingga 3.34; p = 0.07). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya layanan kesehatan telehealth efektif dalam menunjang pelayanan kesehatan. Telehealth is one form of healthcare service that has emerged in this digital age. The presence of telehealth services is expected to support the provision of healthcare services to the public more optimally, making it easier for people to access healthcare.The aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of telehealth services in supporting healthcare delivery. This study uses a meta-analysis and systematic review method based on the PICO framework (Population = telehealth service users, Intervention = telehealth, Comparison = non-telehealth users, Outcome = healthcare services). The articles used in this study were obtained from several databases, including PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. The selected articles were full-text publications from 2020 to 2025. The selection of articles was carried out using the PRISMA flow diagram. The analysis was conducted using the RevMan 5.3 software. The results of this study show that six articles included in the meta-analysis originated from the United States, Ethiopia, Iran, and Canada. The studies indicate that telehealth services are effective in supporting healthcare delivery (OR 1.79; 95% CI = 0.95 to 3.34; p = 0.07). In conclusion, telehealth services are effective in supporting healthcare delivery. Keywords: digitalization of health, health service, telehealth

Abstract

Health services are efforts organized to maintain and improve public health, as well as prevent and cure diseases. Hospitals as public health institutions play an important role in providing quality health services. However, the quality of health services in hospitals often comes under scrutiny, especially in the context of inpatient services. This study focuses on the five dimensions of service quality according to the servsqual model, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibility. In Indonesia, there has been an increase in the number of people choosing to seek treatment abroad, indicating dissatisfaction with domestic health services. This indicates the need for an in-depth evaluation of the quality of health services provided, especially in inpatient units. Research Objectives. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of health service quality based on 5 dimensions of servsqual. This study is a quantitative study with a descriptive design through a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were inpatients of the Tjan Khee Swan East and Asa buildings. The number of samples in this study were 70 respondents. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling. The results showed that the quality of service is good from the dimensions of reliability (62.9%), responsiveness (61.4%), assurance (68.6%), empathy (67.1%), tangible (64.3%). Service quality with the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible is categorized as good.

Health services are undergoing changes in terms of digitalization. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is one form of change in the impact of digitalization in the health service sector. It is hoped that the existence of EMR in the health services sector can improve the performance of health workers in providing services to patients so that it can improve the level of public health. However, with EMR there are still problems in its use. Many health service institutions apply several methods to adapt to changes or novelties in the field of EMR, one of which is by providing training on the use of EMR to health workers. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of EMR training on the readiness of health workers in using EMR in health services. This research uses meta analysis and systematic review methods with the PICO model (P = EMR users, I = EMR training, C = Non EMR training, O = readiness to use EMR). Articles were obtained through searching articles in the PubMed database. The articles used are full-text articles from 2019 to 2024. Articles were selected using the PRISMA flow diagram. Articles were analyzed using the RevMan 5.3 application. A total of 5 articles analyzed came from Ethiopia. The study results show that EMR training can increase the readiness of health workers to use EMR to support health services (aOR = 1.87; CI 95% = 0.92 – 3.79; p = 0.08). Health workers who receive EMR training will be 1.87 times better prepared to use EMR in health services than health workers who do not receive previous EMR training.

Abstract

As technology develops, technology also has an impact on every aspect of life, including the psychology of every human being. The imbalance created by excessive social media use is of great concern to parents, researchers, and society regarding the mental health of individuals experiencing anxiety. Social media is ubiquitous among teens, who are also at high risk for anxiety disorders. This research aims to conclude that social media has an effect on anxiety disorders. This research uses a systematic review and meta-analysis using PICO. Population: teenagers. Intervention: social media. Comparison: not social media. Outcome: anxiety. The articles used in this research come from 1 database, namely Google Scholar. The keywords of the article are “teenager” AND “social media” AND “anxiety” AND “multivariate”. The articles included in this research are full paper articles, cross-sectional study design, publication year range 2017-2024 and the magnitude of the Adjusted Odds Ratio relationship. Articles were analyzed using the Review Manager 5.4 application. Five cross-sectional studies showed that social media can increase the risk of anxiety disorders by 1 times greater than not using social media, and the results were statistically (aOR=1.00; 95% CI= 0.63 to 1.57; p= 0.01). Teenagers who use social media increase anxiety disorders.
