Abstract

This research was motivated by the phenomenon of implementing the minimum competency assessment (AKM) in class V at SD Negeri 01 in Karanganyar Regency. The researcher discussed in depth the numeracy literacy skills and challenges faced by grade 5 students in working on minimum competency assessment (AKM) mathematics questions at SD Negeri 01 in Karanganyar Regency as well as the opportunities gained from the results of the minimum competency assessment test (AKM) at SD Negeri 01 in Karanganyar Regency. The aim of this research is to 1) describe numeracy literacy and the challenges faced in working on minimum competency assessment (AKM) questions in mathematics for class V students at SD Negeri 01 in Karanganyar Regency, 2) describe the opportunities obtained from the results of the minimum competency assessment test (AKM) mathematics for class V students at SD Negeri 01 in Karanganyar Regency. This research method uses qualitative research using a case study approach. MThe results of this research show: 1) numeracy literacy skills are still low. This is proven by the average score of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) test results, which is 28.24 out of a total of 17 students. The challenges faced are that students are using laptops for the first time in the test, students still cannot understand the questions in the AKM test, students are still difficulty in determining the formula used to solve the problem, and the material that has been taught by the teacher is still not well understood, 2) the opportunity for the Basic Competency Assessment (AKM) test can be used as an evaluation for teachers in making learning improvements for students to improve their abilities numeracy literacy. This implies improving the learning process, increasing evaluation and measurement as well as individual intervention and support for students.

Abstract

Kreativitas sebagai kompetensi penting abad 21 perlu dikembangkan di pendidikan dasar, namun terhambat oleh dominasi metode pembelajaran konvensional sehingga kurang mendukung kemampuan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak model Project Based Learning melalui alat peraga anorganik terhadap kreativitas belajar siswa sekolah dasar mata pelajaran IPAS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan posttest-only control group design. Sampel terdiri dari siswa kelas V SD 02 Jaten menggunakan metode acak untuk memilih kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Data kreativitas dikumpulkan melalui angket kreativitas. Analisis data menggunakan uji Independent Sample T-Test. Hasil rerata skor kreativitas siswa kelas eksperimen memperoleh 48.96 dengan standar deviasi sebesar 2,528 dan kelas kontrol memperoleh 47,15 dengan standar deviasi sebesar 2.870. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan kreativitas siswa penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dengan nilai signifikansi 0,032 < 0,05. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Project Based Learning efektif mengembangkan kreativitas belajar siswa. Pengamatan saat pembelajaran menunjukkan siswa aktif merancang dan membuat alat peraga menggunakan bahan anorganik. Proses ini dapat mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa, meliputi aspek kelancaran, keluwesan, elaborasi, dan orisinalitas.

Abstract

Manners are essential in our daily lives because currently there are many cases where students behave rudely towards parents, school teachers, parents, and even fellow students. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study are that students in elementary schools have been able to apply the indicators of good manners. However, there are still one or two students who sometimes forget to use good manners in everyday life. This study concludes that the description of social attitudes in the aspect of courtesy in this elementary school can already run well by the indicators of courtesy. However, there are still some who have not been able to carry out the indicators of this courtesy attitude. This research can contribute to this field of education, namely so that students can implement indicators of good manners well and so that the knowledge that has been obtained while at school that has been taught by the teacher can be applied or used properly in everyday life. In addition, it can also apply an indicator of good manners such as being 3S (smile, greeting, greeting), respecting elders, and so on.
