Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi di Desa Gombang, Kabupaten Cirebon melalui revitalisasi perpustakaan desa dan pengaktifan minat baca dengan memanfaatkan acara Pasar Malam desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) yang meliputi identifikasi aset lokal, pemetaan kebutuhan, pengembangan program, dan implementasi serta evaluasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam minat baca masyarakat berkat penambahan koleksi buku dan fasilitas perpustakaan serta keberhasilan integrasi kegiatan literasi di Pasar Malam. Kesimpulan dari program ini adalah bahwa penggabungan kegiatan literasi dengan acara lokal dapat efektif dalam meningkatkan minat baca dan memperkuat budaya membaca di masyarakat.

Abstract

Organizations' cyber security posture is severely challenged by Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs), necessitating a multifaceted defense strategy. Traditional methods, machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), behavioral analytics, real-time monitoring, incident response, collaborative defense mechanisms, endpoint security enhancements, network segmentation and access control, encryption, data protection, and user training and awareness are just a few of the strategies and advancements in APT detection and mitigation that are examined in this review article. Every tactic is thoroughly reviewed, emphasizing its value in thwarting APT attacks and offering best practices for execution. By utilizing these cutting-edge methods and encouraging cooperation amongst enterprises, it is feasible to improve defenses against APTs and lessen the likelihood that they will affect vital assets and data.

To guarantee responsible integration, however, ethical issues and data protection issues need to be taken into account. Artificial intelligence is proving to be a vital tool in the fight against petroleum fraud, particularly in the areas of financial misreporting and fuel adulteration. Real-time monitoring systems and machine learning algorithms improve fraud detection, safeguard financial assets, and guarantee regulatory compliance. AI is helping to close the knowledge gap between current science and traditional herbal treatment. Artificial Intelligence enhances the efficacy, safety, and standardization of herbal remedies by evaluating plant components and forecasting their therapeutic effects. The significance of herbal treatments in conventional healthcare is strengthened by this integration, which also holds potential for novel treatment advancements. Prospects for the future include maintaining funding for AI research, tackling moral and legal issues, encouraging interdisciplinary cooperation, and raising public awareness. Abstract

In order to demonstrate the transformational potential of AI techniques across different areas, this review paper examines the convergence of petroleum-based fraud detection and AI applications in healthcare. The study looks at how artificial intelligence is currently being used in healthcare, particularly in tailored and medical diagnostics. After that, it explores how artificial intelligence (AI) is utilized in petroleum-based fraud detection, going over methods like data mining, anomaly detection, and machine learning algorithms that are used to find and stop fraud. The review emphasizes the possible advantages and synergies as it looks further into how fraud detection findings from the petroleum business might be applied to healthcare. Notwithstanding these advantages, the paper discusses the main obstacles and restrictions related to integrating AI, such as system integration, data security and privacy, accuracy and dependability, and ethical and legal issues. The study intends to provide significant insights into the efficient deployment of AI technologies and the potential for cross-industry applications to stimulate innovation and enhance results by giving a thorough review of these subjects.

Abstract

Raperda Hunian Layak Kota Surabaya menjadi regulasi strategis yang tengah dibahas oleh Panitia Khusus (Pansus) DPRD Kota Surabaya dalam rangka mewujudkan hunian yang aman, nyaman, dan berkeadilan bagi seluruh warga. Kota Surabaya sebagai kota metropolitan menghadapi tantangan kompleks terkait pertumbuhan penduduk, urbanisasi tinggi, kawasan permukiman kumuh, dan permasalahan sosial seperti prostitusi, pergaulan bebas, serta keberadaan warga yang tinggal di kos atau kontrakan tanpa identitas resmi. Raperda ini menghadirkan payung hukum untuk melindungi hak penghuni rumah kos dan kontrakan, termasuk kewajiban pemilik rumah memberikan surat keterangan tidak keberatan bagi penggunaan alamat sebagai domisili administratif. Selain itu, regulasi ini mendorong program hunian bersubsidi bagi masyarakat menengah ke bawah, menjamin kesejahteraan, kenyamanan, dan keamanan warga secara menyeluruh. Melalui pengaturan prinsip-prinsip umum dalam Raperda dan detail teknis melalui Peraturan Wali Kota, diharapkan tercipta keseimbangan hak dan kewajiban antara pemilik hunian dan penghuni, memperkuat data kependudukan, serta mendukung perencanaan pembangunan kota yang lebih tertib dan humanis.
