Abstract

Based on the identification of several problems, namely: 1) there are still teachers who are not good at pedagogical competence, such as teachers who are still not good at designing daily learning program planning (RPPH), making learning media, 2) there are still teachers who are not good at emotional intelligence, such as teachers are not good at motivating themselves, that is they are still not good at using their deepest desire to move and guide towards the goals to be achieved, 3) there are still teachers who are not good at preparing lesson plans, implementing learning and evaluating learning which will affect teacher performance. From the identification of the problem, the formulation of the problem can be drawn, namely: 1) Does competence partially affect the performance of Raudhatul Athfal's teachers in Simalungun Regency?; 2) Does emotional intelligence partially affect the performance of teacher Raudhatul Athfal in Simalungun Regency; 3) Does competence and emotional intelligence simultaneously affect the performance of Raudhatul Athfal's teachers in Simalungun Regency? This research is quantitative with the help of the SPSS application. The method used in this study is a survey method with correlational analysis techniques. This study aims to analyze, test, and determine the effect of competency and emotional intelligence variables, partially and simultaneously on the performance of Raudhatul Athfal's teachers in Simalungun Regency. The results of the study show that competence has a partial effect on teacher performance. It can be seen from multiple linear regression analysis through the t-test that the competence variable has a Tcount of 4.893 while Ttable is 1.694 (Tcount 4.893 > Ttable 1.694) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence between competence on teacher performance. There is a partial influence between Emotional Intelligence with a Tcount of 2.566 while Ttable is 1.694 (Tcount 2.566 > Ttable 1.665) with a significant level of 0.015 <0.05, meaning that there is a positive influence between Emotional Intelligence on teacher performance. There is a positive and simultaneous influence of Competency and Emotional Intelligence variables on Raudhatul Athfal's Teacher Performance in Simalungun Regency. With Fcount of 59.501 with a significant level of 0.000. (Fcount 59.501 > Ftable value 3.29 sig 0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to understand the meaning of khusyu’ in the Qur'an and examine Quraish Shihab's perspective on this concept. Using a library research method, the study analyzes verses related to khusyu’ alongside relevant literature. The research data consists of primary sources, such as Tafsir al-Mishbah and Pesan, Kesan, dan Keserasian Al-Qur’an by M. Quraish Shihab, as well as secondary sources, including books and writings that discuss similar topics. In the Qur'an, the term khusyu’ appears in various forms, such as khasya’at, khusyū’an, khāsyi’ūna, and others, which can be categorized into seven aspects: khusyu’ in prayer, in all conditions, in accepting God's truth, concerning the Day of Judgment and the Hereafter, as the submission of the universe, as a state inherent in both men and women, and in worship and supplication. This analysis provides a comprehensive understanding of khusyu’ as described in the Qur'an and interpreted by Quraish Shihab.

This study aims to determine the effect of visual learning style on visual learning style on early childhood learning outcomes at PAUD Tegar Tangguh hamlet II village Bandar Jawa, Bandar Sub-district, Simalungun Regency. this research is motivated by the results of observations conducted and found interesting facts that the majority of learning activities still use auditory learning styles. The results of this observation revealed that learning methods that focus on hearing, such as listening to stories or verbal explanations, are not the main preference for students in absorbing information. The type of research conducted by researchers in this study is quantitative research with multiple linear regression methods. This research was conducted at PAUD Tegar Tangguh hamlet II village Bandar Jawa, Bandar District, Simalungun Regency with a sample of 30 students out of 120 students. Data collection was done by giving a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. Data analysis used is using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that visual learning styles have an effect on learning outcomes. early childhood, this can be seen from the significance value which is worth (Sig 0.000 <0.05) and for the value of F count> F table (28.830 > 3.34). The coefficient of determination of the effect of visual learning style variables on early childhood learning outcomes is 59.7% while the rest is influenced by other variables

Abstract

This paper will analyze the theory of human evolution that developed in the West and the theory of human evolution explained in the Qur'an with an interpretive approach. The method used in this writing is to use qualitative methods sourced from sharing books related to the above problems. The approach to the method of interpretation of the Qur'an uses thematic methods, because this method can examine contemporary problems. The theory of evolution began to be studied and debated in the 6th century BC, Diwali by the Greek philosophers Anaximander, Empedocles, Lucretius, the same opinion was also expressed by the Arab biologist Al Jahiz, the Persian philosopher Ibn Miskawaih, the Ikhwan As-Shafa, and the Chinese philosopher Zhuangzi. Furthermore, the theory of evolution was published by an English scientist named Charles Darwin, the results of his research on evolution, especially human evolution, explained that the theory of evolution was not created by God but stood alone. This opinion caused debate among scientists and religionists, especially Islam, rejected because it contradicted the Qur'an.
