Abstract

This research aims to evaluate how management is implemented at the Library of SMAN 1 Cibungbulang. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive, with data collection conducted through interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out descriptively, wherein the research findings are presented in written form to explain the obtained results and then systematically analyzed. The results indicate that library management at SMAN 1 Cibungbulang is well-managed. Planning is well-structured and integrated into both short-term and long-term work programs. The library continues to receive support from the school principal and maintains an annual book as a form of managerial accountability. Furthermore, the organizational structure and division of tasks in library services are well-arranged. However, there are areas that need attention, namely the absence of specialized library staff responsible for information technology services.

Abstract

This research was motivated by students' poor behavior or attitudes, such as lying, not respecting parents or teachers, speaking bad words. Awareness of practicing lessons or understanding moral creed material in daily life is still lacking or not in accordance with religious teachings. This type of research uses correlational quantitative research techniques. The data collection methods used were questionnaires, observations and interviews. The data analysis technique used is Sparman's rank correlation. The results of the research obtained the highest and lowest scores for the moral aqidah lesson, namely the highest 72 and the lowest 44 with an average score of 59.81. Meanwhile, the highest score for student behavior was 73 and the lowest was 45 with an average of 65.25. The results of the linearity test obtained Fcount = 0.821 and Ftable = 04973, this data shows that Fcount > Ftable, this means that the linear model between learning moral beliefs and student behavior is very significant. After carrying out the hypothesis test, it was obtained that ???? = 0.734, after confirming the guideline table for providing an interpretation of the correlation coefficient, the value of 0.734 indicates that the correlation between learning moral beliefs and student behavior is strong. Based on the test above, it can be concluded that there is a strong relationship between learning moral beliefs and the behavior of class IV students at MIS Harisul Khairaat Ome for the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance on the performance of female teachers at private Madrasah Aliyah in Bogor Regency. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). A total of 127 female teachers were selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire measuring three indicators of work-life balance and four indicators of teacher performance. The outer model testing showed that all indicators were valid and reliable. The inner model test revealed that work-life balance significantly influenced teacher performance with a path coefficient of 0.615 and a t-statistic value of 8.423. These results indicate that better balance between personal life and work leads to higher performance among female teachers. The findings suggest that institutional support for women’s dual roles significantly contributes to improving teaching quality. Therefore, attention to work flexibility and psychological well-being is essential for developing human resources in Islamic educational institutions.
