Abstract

In the educational process, many factors are required to cultivate students' learning motivation, among which teachers play a dominant role as their guides. Throughout the teaching process, students can observe and actively participate in the learning process. Based on research findings, it was found that: (1) Based on the frequency distribution calculation regarding the level of teachers' professionalism, it was categorized as moderate at SMP Nurul Yaqin Pamijahan, Bogor. This can be seen from the number of respondents, 12 out of 30 respondents were in the interval 122-111. The presence of respondents in the interval 110-99 indicates the low or insufficient professionalism of religious teachers in the eyes of students. Meanwhile, students' learning motivation is also at a moderate level. This can be seen from the responses provided by 15 out of 30 respondents who were the research samples, falling within the interval 100-89; (2) There is a moderately positive relationship between the professionalism of Islamic Education teachers and students' learning motivation, with a correlation coefficient of 0.622. This value reflects that the professionalism of Islamic Education teachers and students' learning motivation have a moderate quantitative relationship. It means that teacher professionalism is not the only factor influencing students' learning motivation, as there are many other contributing factors.

Abstract

This research was motivated by students' poor behavior or attitudes, such as lying, not respecting parents or teachers, speaking bad words. Awareness of practicing lessons or understanding moral creed material in daily life is still lacking or not in accordance with religious teachings. This type of research uses correlational quantitative research techniques. The data collection methods used were questionnaires, observations and interviews. The data analysis technique used is Sparman's rank correlation. The results of the research obtained the highest and lowest scores for the moral aqidah lesson, namely the highest 72 and the lowest 44 with an average score of 59.81. Meanwhile, the highest score for student behavior was 73 and the lowest was 45 with an average of 65.25. The results of the linearity test obtained Fcount = 0.821 and Ftable = 04973, this data shows that Fcount > Ftable, this means that the linear model between learning moral beliefs and student behavior is very significant. After carrying out the hypothesis test, it was obtained that ???? = 0.734, after confirming the guideline table for providing an interpretation of the correlation coefficient, the value of 0.734 indicates that the correlation between learning moral beliefs and student behavior is strong. Based on the test above, it can be concluded that there is a strong relationship between learning moral beliefs and the behavior of class IV students at MIS Harisul Khairaat Ome for the 2022/2023 academic year.

Educational supervision plays a crucial role in ensuring optimal education quality. The attitudes and behaviors of supervisors influence the effectiveness of educational supervision and the professional development of teachers. This study identifies the main characteristics that educational supervisors should possess, including corrective, preventive, constructive, creative, and cooperative attitudes. Additionally, this paper reviews the types of behaviors in educational supervision, namely directive, collaborative, and non-directive behaviors. A deeper understanding of supervisors' attitudes and behaviors is expected to help identify best practices, overcome obstacles, and find opportunities to improve the effectiveness of educational supervision, as well as motivate teachers to enhance the quality of learning and create a work environment that supports professional development.
