Abstract

This research is motivated by a decrease in interest in reading which results in low knowledge, one of which is the unavailability of public facilities for reading. The purpose of research and implementation of the procurement of this Village Library is to increase public interest in reading. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques interview, observation, and documentation as well as using data analysis techniques, namely triangulation. The implementation of the Procurement of Community Reading Gardens is to make a village library through several stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, as well as the evaluation and follow-up stages.

Abstract

ABSTRACK This study aims to examine and analyze whether earnings and cash availability either partially or simultaneously affect investment decisions in manufacturing industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and to find out what factors influence investment decisions from the two factors studied. This investment decision relates to the use of sources of funds within the company for a certain period of time in the hope of making a profit. This study uses 18 samples of companies. The data source is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The hypothesis was tested with multiple linear regression models and data processing using the SPSS 21 program. The results showed that profit had an effect on investment decisions while cash had no effect, but simultaneously earnings and cash had an effect on investment decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance on the performance of female teachers at private Madrasah Aliyah in Bogor Regency. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). A total of 127 female teachers were selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire measuring three indicators of work-life balance and four indicators of teacher performance. The outer model testing showed that all indicators were valid and reliable. The inner model test revealed that work-life balance significantly influenced teacher performance with a path coefficient of 0.615 and a t-statistic value of 8.423. These results indicate that better balance between personal life and work leads to higher performance among female teachers. The findings suggest that institutional support for women’s dual roles significantly contributes to improving teaching quality. Therefore, attention to work flexibility and psychological well-being is essential for developing human resources in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational climate on teacher work stress in three accredited private senior high schools (A-rated) in Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. Using a quantitative approach with a survey design and total sampling technique, 56 full-time foundation teachers participated as respondents. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire, which had been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that teachers’ perceptions of the organizational climate fall into the very good category, while the level of work stress is categorized as very high. Regression analysis reveals a significant effect of organizational climate on teacher work stress, with a coefficient of determination of 65%, suggesting that a substantial portion of the variance in work stress can be explained by differences in perceived organizational climate. These findings underscore the critical role of work environment quality in influencing teachers’ psychological well-being. However, the results also show that, in addition to organizational climate, other factors contribute to teacher stress but were not explored in this study. Therefore, future research is recommended to examine additional variables to gain a more comprehensive understanding of work stress dynamics in educational settings.

Abstract

This study explores the ethical utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Islamic education through an integrative approach that combines maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah and thematic Qur’anic exegesis. This research aims to formulate a contextual and applicable Islamic ethical framework for the use of AI in learning processes. Employing a qualitative library research method, data were collected from primary sources (Qur’anic verses and tafsir) and secondary sources (academic journals, books, institutional reports). The findings reveal that AI can support Islamic education when ethically guided—by upholding the protection of religion (ḥifẓ al-dīn), intellect (ḥifẓ al-‘aql), life (ḥifẓ al-nafs), wealth (ḥifẓ al-māl), and lineage (ḥifẓ al-nasl). The study also articulates three core Qur’anic ethical principles—reason as wisdom, knowledge as divine trust, and moral accountability (amānah)—as the basis for AI development. The novelty of this research lies in integrating two classical Islamic methodologies to address contemporary technological challenges. Its implications span educational technology policy design, ethical guidance for Islamic AI developers, and teacher training curriculum for the digital era.
