The ethics and rules that exist in Islam, not to limit one's expression. He is present to show a good way of expressing himself and not to have a negative impact on himself or others. Islam does not forbid those who want to appear attractive, even Islam encourages them to look as good as possible, born and inner. Islam encourages them to wear clothes that do not cause others to judge their wearers negatively, such as clothing that does not make others inferior, clothing which does not irritate the opposite sex, and so on. This study examines the verses of the Qur'an about ethics based on the perspective of the Book of Tafsir Al-Qurthubi called also Tafsir al-Jami' Li Ahkam Al-Quran by Imam Al- Qurthubi. The Qur'an is a clear and clear explanation of what is in the Quran, and the Quran is more associated with the questions of the law, so that the interpretation of the Qur'ân is more elaborate. The purpose of this study is to analyze the verses of the Qur'an related to the ethics of embroidery, such as the command to cover the aurat (Surat Al-A'raf verses 26), the use of beautiful, good, and accurate clothing (Surat Al- A'raf verse 31-32), use of clothing that protects the body (Surat An-Nahl verse 81), the prohibition of showing jewelry and tabarruj for women (Surat Al-Ahzab verse 33 and An- Nur verse 31), prohibited walking as a proud man (Luqman verses 18 and 19), the command of hijab for Muslim women. (Al-Ahzab ayat 59, An-Nur ayat 60 dan 31). The results of the analysis showed that Tafsir Al-Qurthubi interpreted the verses of ethics that had been classified by the author in detail and easily understood.
