Abstract

Diarrhea is an infectious disease and is characterized by symptoms such as changes in the shape and consistency of stools to become soft to liquid with a frequency of 3 times or more urination accompanied by vomiting. According to UNICEF data (2013), if viewed globally, diarrhea is a disease with a high degree of pain and mortality, especially in developing countries, and is also one of the three leading causes of child death globally. In Tangerang South in the data of the Performance Report of Government Institutions (LKIP), the number of patients suffering from diarrhea in 2020 reached 22.539 cases with the top 5 rank. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between knowledge and behavior of food consumption and the occurrence of diarrhea in SDN Setu City Tangerang South. The Research Method uses quantitative research using the Cross-Sectional approach with 72 respondents. The results of this study show no significant relationship between knowledge with diarrhea occurrence with chi-square test results at get p-value 0.848 (p>0,05) and no significant relation to behavior with diary occurrence in get p-value 0.164 (p >0,05). It can be concluded that there is no significant link between knowledge and behavior with euthanasia food consumption to the occurrence of diarrhea in children at the State School of Setu City Tangerang South. The advice that the researchers can give to the school is that it is recommended to organize diarrhea-related education and wash hands with soap with 7 steps. As well as making a canteen in a school or a healthy cantina.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus, commonly referred to as diabetes, is a chronic condition characterized by lifelong affliction. This study employs the literature review methodology, wherein researchers undertake a systematic examination of a range of current publications encompassing diverse genres. The objective of this study is to explore diverse concepts and theories that can subsequently be formed to align with the research objectives. Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic metabolic condition with several causes, characterized by elevated blood glucose levels and associated metabolic dysregulation of carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins due to insufficient insulin activity. Diabetic foot is recognized as a notable consequence of diabetes mellitus. The management of diabetic foot can be improved with the implementation of foot workouts. Typically, individuals diagnosed with diabetes mellitus have access to several treatment options, including insulin therapy, administration of diabetic medications, exploration of alternative treatments, consideration of surgical interventions, and adoption of a healthier lifestyle.

Abstract

Employee performance is quite important for the success of an organization in a highly competitive world of work, as for factors that influence performance, namely discipline, motivation, satisfaction, and environment. This study's goal was to ascertain how RSIJ Cempaka Putih Medical Records personnel's performance was impacted by their work environment, motivation, discipline, and job satisfaction. Methods: This kind of research is quantitative and uses a cross-sectional methodology. 48 employees of RSIJ Cempaka Putih who worked in medical records made up the study's population and were used as respondents (total sampling). The chi-square correlation test indicates a p = 0.007 (p < 0.05) association between work discipline and employee performance. employee performance and job motivation, with p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). employee performance and job satisfaction, with p = 0.001 (p < 0.05). impact of the workplace on worker performance, with p = 0.013 (p < 0.05). In conclusion, employee performance is influenced by work environment, job happiness, work motivation, and work discipline. To enhance employee performance in the future, it is anticipated that workers will focus on elements that can enhance their performance rather than just the variables in this study. Additionally, RSIJ Cempaka Putih should provide greater attention and oversight to its staff members, both in terms of work motivation and work discipline.
