Abstract

Abstrak Peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah merupakan salah satu tantangan terpenting untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang lebih baik. Kualitas pembelajaran tidak hanya bergantung pada metode pengajaran, tetapi juga pada peran guru dalam mengembangkan kurikulum yang tepat dan inklusif dengan mempertimbangkan keberagaman potensi siswa. Institusi pendidikan tinggi menghadapi tantangan untuk memastikan keselamatan siswa, mengembangkan kurikulum yang relevan secara global, dan membangun kemitraan internasional untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan mampu berpikir global menjadi kualitas esensial bagi guru, Oleh karena itu, kunci kepemimpinan dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan strategi pendidikan yang inovatif dan tepat juga perlu digali lebih jauh untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Tujuan dari artikel ini untuk merubah pergerakan kepemimpinan seorang guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem pembelajaran di sekolah yang lebih dinamis. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian fenomenologi di mana orang memahami dunia melalui pengalaman langsung. Dinamika kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran merupakan proses yang terus berubah dan berkembang ketika memimpin suatu organisasi atau tim. pemimpin mempunyai tugas untuk mengerahkan seluruh sumber daya yang ada dalam organisasi. Pengajaran akademis yang efektif membutuhkan keterampilan konseptual, interpersonal, dan teknis. Hal ini juga menjadi Keterampilan berpikir kritis, keterampilan komunikasi, keterampilan kolaborasi, dan lain sebagainya. Kata Kunci Dinamika, Kepemimpinan, Kualitas Pembelajaran, Sekolah Abstract Improving the quality of learning in schools is one of the most important challenges to achieving better educational goals. The quality of learning does not only depend on teaching methods, but also on the teacher's role in developing an appropriate and inclusive curriculum by considering the diversity of student potential. Higher education institutions face the challenge of ensuring student safety, developing globally relevant curricula, and building international partnerships to improve the quality of education. Adaptive leadership and the ability to think globally are essential qualities for teachers. Therefore, the key to leadership in planning and implementing innovative and appropriate educational strategies also needs to be explored further to improve the quality of learning. The aim of this article is to change a teacher's leadership movement to improve the quality of the learning system in a more dynamic school. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research uses a phenomenological research design where people understand the world through direct experience. The dynamics of leadership in improving the quality of learning is a process that continues to change and develop when leading an organization or team. Leaders have the duty to mobilize all existing resources in the organization. Effective academic teaching requires conceptual, interpersonal, and technical skills. Abstract

Pesantren is one of the oldest education systems in Indonesia. Islamic boarding school educational institutions are said to be a great tradition in studying religious knowledge by Muslims in this country. This great tradition takes the form of Islamic religious learning carried out by Muslim communities in Islamic boarding schools in Java. This research uses qualitative research methods to explore phenomena developing in Salaf Islamic boarding schools in the context of transformation. Qualitative research is used to examine events using a certain approach. Researchers deliberately determine research targets and subjects to be studied and studied to explore related phenomena that occur. Results and Discussion Based on the curriculum or education system used, Islamic boarding schools have three types, namely traditional/Salaf Islamic boarding schools, modern Islamic boarding schools, and comprehensive Islamic boarding schools. Traditional/Salaf Islamic boarding schools still maintain their original form with the teachings of books written by 15th century scholars using the language Arab. The teaching pattern is by applying the halaqah or mangaji tudang system which is carried out in mosques.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of an integrated approach in budget planning to optimize educational resources in the Muadalah Wustho Blokagung Banyuwangi Education Unit. With this approach, the research seeks to improve the efficiency of fund allocation, stakeholder involvement, and transparency and accountability of financial management. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to deeply understand budget planning and management of educational resources in the Muadalah Wustho Education Unit. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation and document analysis to gain comprehensive perspectives from various stakeholders. Data analysis was conducted descriptively, researchers identified patterns and developed practical recommendations relevant to the optimization of budget management in this educational institution. The results of this study indicate that an integrated approach to budget planning in the Muadalah Wustho Education Unit is effective in achieving efficient, adaptive and appropriate fund management. This approach is supported by transparency, accountability, and the utilization of technology that enables real-time budget monitoring, thereby increasing stakeholder trust and supporting better quality education.

Abstract

This study examines and describes library management innovation through the Instagrammable reading corner program at MTsN 7 Banyuwangi. Researchers think that in every educational institution or agency there must be weaknesses or phenomena that need to be overcome, at MTsN 7 Banyuwangi the researchers found symptoms (obstacles) that could be examined, namely library management innovation through literacy in instagrammable reading corners. There is a problem regarding the lack of interest in reading students at MTsN 7 Banyuwangi which greatly affects the knowledge of students which is very sad. For this reason, researchers want to see more about library management that is used in the MTs Negeri 7 Banyuwangi library.The purpose of this study is to describe: 1) How is the implementation of library management in the MTsN 7 Banyuwangi library, 2) Knowing library management innovations, 3) Implementing a reading corner to increase student literacy. In this study the method used is descriptive qualitative method, which collects data through interviews, observation and documentation. In this research, we can find out the library management used to improve the reading literacy of MTsN 7 Banyuwangi students by using data analysis: 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, 3) drawing conclusions and SWOT analysis.The results of the study show that 1) the implementation of library management at MTsN 7 Banyuwangi has operated in accordance with the POAC, 2) innovations in this library have succeeded in implementing the reading corner program, 3) after implementing this program students' interest in reading at MTsN 7 Banyuwangi has increased, and the program said to have been successful.

Abstract

Abstract The main objective of this study is to analyze the management of the Digital Madrasah program in improving students' soft skills. The program is targeted to develop students' communication, collaboration, problem-solving and leadership skills through a technology-based approach. The focus on this objective is grounded in the fact that in the digital era, soft skills play a key role in one's academic and professional success. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method to analyze the management of the Digital Madrasah Program. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with the madrasah principal, teachers, and students, and curriculum documentation. Descriptive analysis was used to describe the main elements of the program, including objectives, implementation, and outcomes. The findings are expected to provide insights into the effectiveness of digital-based soft skills development and practical recommendations for other madrasahs. The results of this study show meaningful outcomes in the development of students' soft skills, especially communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through technology. The program increased students' confidence in online communication and digital presentation, and strengthened collaboration through technology-based projects. The development of critical thinking skills is also encouraged through the utilization of digital tools to solve complex challenges. The findings are in line with constructivism and self-efficacy theories that emphasize learning through experience and social interaction. This research contributes to the literature of technology integration in education for 21st century skills. Keywords: Soft Skills, Digital Madrasah, school environment

Abstract

This research aims to explore the challenges and strategies involved in implementing educational supervision in non-formal institutions, as well as exploring how this affects the quality of education in that context. Through a thorough literature search and analysis of relevant case studies, this research identifies several main issues that arise in the practice of educational supervision in non-formal institutions. Among these are difficulties in establishing effective communication, the diversity of educational programs offered, and the diverse needs of non-formal educators. The research methodology approach includes in-depth analysis of existing literature and case research to gain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced. The findings highlight the need for flexible and inclusive supervision approaches, as well as the importance of collaboration between supervisors and non-formal educators to improve the overall quality of education. The implications of this research emphasize the need to develop guidelines and best practices in educational supervision in non-formal institutions in order to increase learning effectiveness and better optimize student potential.
