Abstract

Stunting is a condition where a child experiences delayed growth, resulting in a height that is shorter than the standard for children of the same age. It is mainly caused by chronic malnutrition over a long period, especially during the first 1,000 days of life—from pregnancy to two years old. Stunting not only affects physical development but also has long-term effects on cognitive ability, immune system, and future productivity. Children who are stunted often have learning difficulties and are more prone to chronic diseases as adults. Contributing factors include maternal malnutrition, infections during pregnancy, poor dietary intake, limited access to healthcare, and lack of environmental stimulation. early intervention is essential through regular monitoring of child growth, providing balanced nutrition, improving maternal health, and educating families about proper childcare. Comprehensive and sustained efforts are needed to ensure children grow and develop optimally, reducing the risk of stunting and its long-term impacts.

Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based invoicing system for chemical cleaning services at PT. Matura Jaya using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The previously used manual system caused various issues such as delivery delays, duplicate invoice numbers, and difficulties in payment tracking. The designed system includes features such as automated invoice generation, real-time payment status tracking, due date reminder notifications via email and WhatsApp, and integrated automatic tax calculations. The development process follows Rapid Application Development (RAD) stages, including planning, design, prototype development, testing, and implementation. The results indicate that the system significantly improves the efficiency of financial administration, reduces errors, and accelerates the billing process, thereby supporting better company financial management.

Abstract

Penyakit Varicella (cacar air) merupakan salah satu penyakit menular yang umum menyerang anak-anak usia 1–12 tahun dan dapat menyebar dengan cepat di lingkungan padat penduduk. Diagnosis dini sangat penting untuk mencegah komplikasi dan penyebaran lebih lanjut, namun proses pemeriksaan secara manual di fasilitas kesehatan seperti Puskesmas seringkali memerlukan waktu dan sumber daya yang terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem pendeteksi dini penyakit Varicella berbasis website menggunakan metode Naive Bayes. Sistem ini menganalisis data gejala seperti demam, lenting pada kulit, riwayat imunisasi, dan kontak dengan penderita untuk menghasilkan diagnosis awal dengan tingkat probabilitas tertentu. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu membantu proses diagnosis secara cepat, efisien, dan dapat digunakan oleh tenaga medis maupun masyarakat umum sebagai alat bantu dalam pengambilan keputusan kesehatan. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi inovatif untuk mendeteksi penyakit menular dan meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya di Puskesmas Purwakarta, Cilegon.
