Abstract

Dalam menjalankan perannya menjaga derajat kesehatan sekolah, UKS memerlukan sejumlah kelengkapan dan peralatan yang mendukung. Semakin lengkap alat yang dimiliki, akan semakin mudah UKS menjalankan fungsinya. Saat ini masih banyak kader UKS yang belum mengerti tentang pengelolaan UKS dan belum optimalnya peran serta keaktifan dalam pelaksanaan UKS dan kebanyakan UKS dijalankan oleh Guru UKS saja. Sehingga kader UKS dalam pemberian pelayanan kesehatan belum maksimal sebagaimana mestinya dan peserta didik hanya berperan saat upacara sekolah apabila ada siswa yang sakit. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan yaitu: 1) Pembinaan UKS bagi guru dan peserta didik dilakukan oleh instansi terkait dalam hal ini adalah Sudin Pendidikan, Sudin Kesehatan, Puskesmas dan Kantor Kementerian Agama; 2) Melakukan koordinasi dengan Sudin Kesehatan dan Puskesmas Setempat; 3) Melakukan pemantauan dan kunjungan langsung ke lokasi kantin sehat dan memberikan wawasan tentang makanan yang bergizi serta higienis; 4) Penyuluhan dan pembinaan tentang tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA) di sekolah serta sosialisasi perbandingan tanaman produktif dan tanaman peneduh. Metode pelaksanaan dengan: 1) Pendekatan persuasive; 2) Penyuluhan kesehatan/ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, Tanya jawab, dan simulasi; 3) Pemeriksaan fisik; 4) Pencatatan dan pelaporan. Hasil PKM dapat terlaksana dengan baik antara lain terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan UKS, Manajemen Sekolah dan TOGA terhadap warga sekolah. Dalam menjalankan usaha kesehatan, warga sekolah pun siap untuk berperan sebagai promotor dan motivator. Serta 10 siswa yang tergabung dalam dokter kecil siap membantu guru, keluarga dan masyarakat di sekolah dan di luar sekolah yang membutuhkan pelayanan kesehatan. Capaian luaran berupa Publikasi Ilmiah di Jurnal Terakreditasi (Sinta 6).

Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan unsur penunjang proses pembelajaran, oleh karena itu media pembelajaran menempati posisi yang cukup penting sebagai salah satu komponen sistem pembelajaran. Tanpa media, komunikasi dalam proses pembelajaran kurang menarik, sehingga menempatkan posisi pembelajaran keranah yang kurang menarik sehingga membosankan. Terlebih kondisi covid-19 saat ini sehingga memungkinkan proses belajar mengajar dilakukan secara online sehingga memungkinkan guru dan siswa bisa memanfaatkan teknologi dalam menungjang pembelajaran daring. Media pembelajaran Linktree salah satu model LMS yang mudaj dimanfaatkan untuk pembelajaran daring meskipun digunakan oleh pemula. Sehingga target pengabdian ini memberikan pemahaman kepada guru MA Al-Akhyar Labuapi Lombok Barat agar mampu menggunakan media Linktree dalam mendukung pembelajaran daring. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam pelaksanaan program pengabdian ini yakni pelatihan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran secara partisipatif. Adapun teknik pelaksanaan program ini akan dilakukan secara tim yang terdiri dari dosen, dari tim dosen tersebut akan ditugaskan untuk mendampingi guru-guru agar pelaksanaan pelatihan berjalan secara optimal. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian meliputi koordinasi kegiatan, persiapan alat, dan bahan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian, kegiatan disambut dengan antusias dan termotivasi dalam melaksanakan kegiatan tersebut. dari hasil prakteknya dapat di tarik kesimpulan bahwa 88 % peserta pelatihan telah mampu mengembangkan media Media pembelajaran Linktree dengan sangat baik.

From a number of aspects that can result in a child's lack of awareness to clean hands properly based on health standards, among others, are: a) lack of understanding of hygiene; b) lack of understanding of germs that cause disease; c) lack of understanding of diseases that can be caused by unclean hands. clean, in addition to the lack of awareness of the guardians of students in the AlKhairiyah Educational Institutions, Rajak, Sukaraja, East Praya, Central Lombok district, which is caused by factors of the social and economic status of their extended families, the majority of whom have income below the average standard. national average per month and domiciled in a very simple area or housing in the middle of a village. It is hoped that after participating in this training activity, educational participants are able to routinely maintain their hand hygiene by cleaning the health standards that have been described, so that the risks that may arise before participating in the training can be minimized or even eliminated, especially the spread of diseases caused by dirty hands at the time of the training. Enjoy their daily food at home, especially when they eat rice, which they routinely do based on the normal standard of three times a day and night.

Abstract

Children are the buds of trust for another era for a country who have trusts and respectable yearnings for the longer term in realize successful advancement and the wants of the Indonesian country, so that it is suitable for another era to get security from each parent, their family, their community and their nation. As is known, the number of savagery that happened to children in recent a long time has extended, making the hearts of guardians, the community, instructors and professionals feel pitiful almost this circumstance which is able continuously affect the lives of future eras counting the nation. Among the causes is the state of the social environment. Socialization related to acts of viciousness against children is certainly needed by each parent, as a teacher and as a portion of the community to supply instruction to children so that they understand considering that the times will alter and create, particularly within the current advanced time. This condition has a positive effect on planning for the move to adolescence for each person's child. Indonesia right now encompasses a law related to child security and several other directions related to child assurance. Of there are several articles that are normatively recorded as giving security for children at an exertion to ensure the fulfillment of children's rights. It happens each year that the number of viciousness that happens to children in Indonesia extends and increments, counting what happens in East Mujur-Praya, which needs considering the circumstance. The strategy used in this benefit movement includes conducting perceptions within the field and socializing exercises to accomplices. What makes this benefit movement vital is that it is carried out through counseling at SDN 2 Mujur-Praya Timur-Central Lombok. Abstract

Bullying is a harmful phenomenon of oppression, where individuals or groups with more power commit acts of violence against others with the intent to hurt. These actions can occur continuously and manifest in several forms, including physical, verbal, and relational bullying, as well as cyberbullying or bullying that occurs on social media. This phenomenon can occur in various environments, including schools, homes, and communities. In order to address this issue, community service activities aim to provide education and health training, especially to teenagers. This aims to enhance their understanding of the dangers of bullying as well as empower them to avoid such behavior so they can grow into responsible individuals and exhibit positive behavior in social interactions within the community. Implementation method: This community service activity was carried out in November 2024 in Mujur, Praya Timur District, Central Lombok Regency. FIPP-UNDIKMA lecturers acting as coordinators collaborated with the local village head to reach the target consisting of 30 teenagers and several elderly people. This activity includes providing educational training on understanding bullying material for the youth group using PowerPoint, followed by discussions and word-guessing games with the elderly. The results of this activity demonstrate the importance of nutrition education for the elderly, not only in increasing knowledge but also in changing behaviors that can reduce the risk of chronic diseases. Thus, this community service activity is considered very appropriate to meet the community's needs to prevent bullying issues in both community and school environments. In addition, the survey results show that 91% of the participants have understood the concept of bullying, which includes its definition, types, impacts, prevention methods, and reporting procedures. Thus, it can be concluded that this community service activity has successfully achieved its objectives and received positive responses from the participants, indicating that this activity is indeed a societal need to prevent bullying.

Abstract

Pembinaan komunitas merupakan suatu bentuk pemberdayaan dalam bidang ekonomi yang tergabung di dalamnya sejumlah nilai dalam kehidupan manusia yang digunakan dalam membentuk paradigma baru dalam kehidupan manusia yang bersifat pribadi dan partisipasi. Pengabdian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji setiap tahapan dalam kegiatan pembinaan komunitas melalui program pendidikan yang bersifat non formal di desa ganti, praya timur, Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan yang melibatkan masyarakat umum, dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Hasil program pembinaan komunitas menunjukkan bahwa terdapat faktor eksogen atau lembaga pemerintah setempat dan endogen yaitu masyarakat luas yang menjadi barometer penentu keberhasilan program ini. Fungsi pembinaan dan kegiatan pendukung lainnya merupakan pendamping saja sejalur dengan konsep fungsi pendampingan. Dibutuhkan kesadaran yang kuat, kerja tim, dan komunikasi yang lebih inten dalam meningkatkan tarap hidup komunitas atau kesejateraan mereka dalam bidang ekonomi, bidang pendidikan, bidang sosial, bidang budaya dan bidang infrastuktur di sekitar desa.

Abstract

Independent learning is a key competency in developing the character of 21st-century students. A child's ability to learn independently not only reflects mental and emotional readiness but is also a crucial indicator of success in basic education. Through this community service activity, the implementing team strives to foster and strengthen independent learning in elementary school students in Mataram City through a structured and participatory training program. The activity took place on March 14–15, 2025, at one of the partner elementary schools, with direct involvement of students, teachers, and parents. The methods used included an active learning approach, independent learning simulations, the use of simple digital learning media, and discussion sessions between teachers and parents to foster a shared understanding of the importance of supporting, but not dominating, their children's learning process. During the activity, students were presented with various learning challenges that guided them to manage their time, determine strategies for completing assignments, and self-evaluate their learning outcomes. The results of the activity showed improvements in several indicators of independent learning, such as increased student initiative in completing assignments without direct guidance, the ability to organize simple study schedules, and the courage to express opinions. Teachers began implementing learning strategies that provide space for student exploration, while parents better understood how to support their children's learning without over-interference. Overall, this community service activity had a positive impact on collective awareness of the importance of developing a culture of independent learning from an early age. This program is expected to serve as an initial model for developing contextual and sustainable character education in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of various principal leadership styles in improving the quality of primary education in Indonesia, with a specific focus on the context of primary education institutions on Lombok Island, West Nusa Tenggara. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies, the study was conducted from March to May 2025. The findings indicate that a transformational leadership style has a significant influence on increasing teacher motivation and a collaborative learning culture in schools. Instructional leadership styles have also been shown to strengthen the principal's role in academic supervision and curriculum management. Meanwhile, a participatory style creates a democratic environment and increases teacher participation in decision-making. The situational style is considered effective in addressing various managerial conditions and challenges based on the contextual needs of each school. These findings emphasize the importance of flexibility and adaptive leadership combinations to create high-quality, inclusive, and sustainable learning environments. This research provides practical contributions to the professional development of principals and education policymakers at the regional and national levels.
