Abstract

Kesehatan gigi dan mulut yang sering menjadi suatu hal yang tidak diprioritaskan oleh sebagian orang termasuk anak-anak. Pola makan yang tidak tepat dan gaya hidup modern dapat menyebabkan masalah gigi pada anak, anak-anak senang mengonsumsi makanan yang manis atau mengandung gula murni. Case Base Reasoning meniru kemampuan manusia dalam menyelesaikan masalah baru menggunakan jawaban atau pengalaman dari masalah lama. Penyajian pengetahuan dibuat dalam bentuk kasus-kasus. Pada setiap kasus berisi masalah dan jawaban, sehingga kasus lebih mirip dengan suatu pola tertentu. CBR memiliki empat tahapan langkah proses diantaranya terdapat retrieve, reuse, revise, dan retain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbandingan hasil diagnosis penyakit gigi dan mulut pada anak menggunakan metode Euclidean Distance dan Cosine Similarity dengan Case Based Reasoning. Untuk mendapatkan solusi maka kemiripan (kasus yang sama) antara kasus baru dan kasus lama harus dihitung nilai similarity dengan menggunakan berbagai macam metode yang ada, salah satunya adalah dengan metode Euclidean Distance dan Cosine Similarity. Hasil penelitian metode euclidean distance dengan akurasi sebesar 93.33% pada kasus uji yang diberikan oleh pakar dan akurasi sebesar 80% pada kasus uji secara acak. Pada metode cosine similarity dengan akurasi 93.33% pada kasus uji yang diberikan oleh pakar dan akurasi sebesar 100% pada kasus uji secara acak. Disimpulkan bahwa metode cosine similarity dapat mendiagnosis penyakit gigi dan mulut pada anak dengan baik dibandingkan dengan metode euclidean distance.

Abstract

Utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has touched almost all aspects of people's lives. The application of Information and Communication Technology is prioritized for application in education/learning processes. However, this utilization has not been evenly distributed at all levels of education. In the era of digitalization, the application of Information and Communication Technology in schools is to help them develop their skills later, where almost all lines of work use applications, especially Microsoft Office. Obstacles to the application of Information and Communication Technology include the lack of student skills in using computer applications, like Microsoft excel, Microsoft word and Microsoft power point. Therefore, it is necessary to provide Microsoft Office assistance and training to junior high school students so as to help them improve their skills in using Microsoft Office.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has driven the significant growth of e-commerce platforms as a widely used medium for online transactions. Shopee is one of the most widely used e-commerce platforms in Indonesia, accessible through both mobile applications and websites. This study aims to analyze the user experience and usability of the Shopee mobile application and website using a Human–Computer Interaction (HCI) approach. The research employs a quantitative method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to active Shopee users. The aspects analyzed include ease of use, navigation efficiency, clarity of the user interface, and overall user comfort in interacting with the system. The results indicate that Shopee generally demonstrates a good level of usability, particularly in terms of ease of use and feature completeness. However, some users still experience difficulties related to interface consistency and navigation complexity in certain features. This study is expected to provide valuable insights for developers in improving the quality of user experience on e-commerce platforms.
