Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and study the cultivation, income and feasibility of trigona honey bee business in Kele'i village, East Pamona District, Poso Regency. The study used a descriptive method. The population in this study is people who cultivate Trigona honey bees with a total of 20 people. Because the trigona honey bee's business is homogeneous, the sample is determined using purposive sampling, namely by deliberately selecting two trigona honey bee cultivators. The data collection method uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis in this study was carried out by calculating income and business feasibility. The results showed that the income of trigona honey bee cultivation in Kele'i Village, East Pamona District, from the 2 respondents studied, AL respondents earned income of Rp 3,679,125 and YD respondents earned income of Rp 2,695,667. The results of the feasibility level analysis showed that respondents AL B/C ratio 4.48 obtained a number greater than 1, and respondents YD B/C ratio 2.23. The acquisition of this number is greater than 1 so that the management of trigona honey bee cultivation in Kele'i Village, East Pamona District, is very feasible and very profitable to continue to run and develop.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Credit Promotion Strategy at PT. BPR Yaspis Dana Prima Tentena, Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency. The research approach is carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner, namely collecting, processing and explaining data regarding the promotional strategies implemented by PT. BPR Yaspis Dana Prima Tentena so that the data can be a clear and easy to understand information. This study was conducted for two months, the data collected by researchers was in the form of primary data and secondary data using data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. In-depth interviews were conducted with eight key informants. The results showed that the promotional strategy that had been implemented got results, namely an increase in the amount of credit given. This proves that policies for customers who have non-performing loans can be overcome properly, with customer awareness to fulfill their obligations. The number of customers has not increased not because the promotional strategy is not working well, but because the Covid-19 Pandemic has made lending unworkable for business actors whose businesses have experienced the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic. If the restructuring relaxation period has been completed, PT. BPR Yaspis Dana Prima Tentena will re-evaluate the company's performance system, one of which is regarding promotion strategies in increasing the number of customers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mempelajari budidaya, pendapatan dan kelayakan usaha lebah madu trigona di desa Kele’i Kecamatan Pamona Timur Kabupaten Poso. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat yang membudidayakan lebah madu Trigona dengan jumlah 20 orang. Dikarenakan usaha lebah madu trigona ini homogen maka sampel ditentukan menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu dengan memilih secara sengaja dua orang pembudidaya lebah madu trigona. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan perhitungan pendapatan dan kelayakan usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan budidaya lebah madu trigona di Desa Kele’i Kecamatan Pamona Timur dari 2 responden yang diteliti, responden AL memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp 3.679.125 dan responden YD memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp 2.695.667. Hasil analisis tingkat kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa responden AL B/C rasio 4,48 perolehan angka lebih besar dari 1, dan responden YD B/C rasio 2,23. Perolehan angka tersebut lebih besar dari 1 sehingga pengelolaan budidaya lebah madu trigona yang ada di Desa Kele’i Kecamatan Pamona Timur, sangat layak dan sangat menguntungkan untuk terus dijalankan dan dikembangkan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Strategi Promosi Perkreditan Pada PT. BPR Yaspis Dana Prima Tentena Kecamatan Pamona Puselemba Kabupaten Poso. Pendekatan penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif yaitu mengumpulkan, mengolah dan menjelaskan data mengenai strategi promosi yang diterapkan PT. BPR Yaspis Dana Prima Tentena sehingga data tersebut dapat menjadi sebuah informasi yang jelas dan mudah di pahami. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama dua bulan, data yang di kumpulkan peneliti yaitu berupa data primer dan data sekunder dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Wawancara mendalam dilakukan kepada delapan orang informan kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi yang telah dilaksanakan mendapatkan hasil yaitu peningkatan jumlah kredit yang diberikan. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa kebijakan-kebijakan terhadap nasabah yang memiliki kredit bermasalah dapat di atasi dengan baik, dengan adanya kesadaran nasabah untuk memenuhi kewajibannya. Jumlah nasabah tidak mengalami peningkatan bukan karena strategi promosi tidak berjalan dengan baik akan tetapi adanya Pandemi Covid-19 yang menjadikan pemberian kredit tidak dapat di jalankan bagi para pelaku usaha yang usahanya mengalami dampak Pandemi Covid-19. Jika masa relaksasi restrukturisasi telah selesai pihak PT. BPR Yaspis Dana Prima Tentena akan mengevaluasi kembali sistem kinerja perusahaan salah satunya mengenai strategi promosi dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah.

Abstract

Agriculture is one of the important sectors in supporting the national economy and also society in particular. This income can be obtained through the management of various agricultural commodities, one of which is the corn farming business. Therefore, this study focuses on the income of corn farming businesses in Sulewana village, North Pamona District, Poso Regency. This study was a descriptive study with 5 corn farmers selected as research samples determined by purposive sampling. The results showed that the average receipt of farmers in Sulewana village was Rp 5,387,900. The cost of farming in one growing season is Rp. 2,229,430. Based on the amount of revenue and cost of farming, the average income of corn farmers in Sulewana village is Rp. 3,158,470 per one planting season.ABSTRAKPertanian merupakan salah satu sektor yang penting dalam mendukung perekonomian nasional dan juga masyarakat secara khusus. Pendapatan tersebut dapat diperoleh melalui pengelolaan berbagai komoditi pertanian, salah satunya usaha tani jagung. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini fokus pada pendapatan usaha tani jagung di desa Sulewana, Kecamatan Pamona Utara Kabupaten Poso. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan 5 petani jagung dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian yang ditetapkan dengan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata penerimaan petani di desa Sulewana sebesar Rp 5.387.900. Biaya usaha tani dalam satu musim tanam sebesar Rp. 2.229.430. Berdasarkan jumlah penerimaan dan biaya usaha tani maka diperoleh pendapatan rata-rata petani jagung di desa Sulewana sebesar Rp 3.158.470 per satu musim tanam.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors influencing the income of Montong durian farmers in Pamona Tenggara District. The research was conducted in several villages within the district using a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out through a survey using questionnaires distributed to 34 Montong durian farmers. The sample was selected using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique employed was multiple linear regression to examine the influence of independent variables—namely farmer’s age, farming experience, land area, amount of fertilizer, and production volume—on farmer income. The results indicate that, partially, production volume has a significant impact on farmers' income, while other variables such as age, farming experience, land area, and fertilizer amount do not have a significant effect. However, simultaneously, all independent variables collectively have a significant influence on farmers' income. This study provides insights that increasing production volume is the key factor in improving the income of Montong durian farmers

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of using social media, particularly Facebook, in increasing sales volumes at the Merry Shop online preloved store. The research object is the marketing and sales activities at Merry Shop, which uses Facebook as the main platform for interacting with consumers. The methodology employed is a qualitative approach, with a case study as the research design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from September to November 2023 in Buyunpondoli Village, Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive methods, focusing on the use of social media, identifying supporting and inhibiting factors, and evaluating sales improvements. The findings indicate that the use of Facebook has significantly expanded Merry Shop’s market reach and enhanced interactions with customers, which has contributed to an increase in sales volumes. This platform allows the business to offer products effectively at a lower cost compared to traditional promotional methods. However, challenges such as product mismatches and consumer trust issues remain obstacles that need to be addressed to maximize sales potential. The study concludes that effective marketing strategies and accurate market targeting through social media can improve the sales performance of online businesses, especially in the preloved or second-hand goods sector.
