Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the empowerment of women coffee farmers in Bancea Village, South Pamona District. This study used a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through interviews and observations of members of the Katundana coffee farmer group in Bancea village and 1 agricultural officer in Bancea village. The results of this study are that women coffee farmers in the village of Bancea are empowered in farming and processing Kojo coffee. They are equipped with knowledge, skills and facilities to support their jobs and work programs. This empowerment provides positive benefits for increasing the level of welfare of women in their households and also economic development in the village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the net income (profits) obtained by rice farmers in the village of Sawidago, Pamona Utara sub-district each time. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through direct interviews with respondents and through the village office, PPL officers and literature. The analysis used in this study quantitatively is to calculate the net income (profit) that is obtained on average for each paddy rice farmer. The results showed that the average net income of rice farmers was Rp. 2.179.250 each harvest. This figure proves that farming in Sawidago village has been able to provide benefits. But these benefits still cannot meet all the family's needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pendapatan bersih (keuntungan) yang di peroleh petani padi sawah di kelurahan sawidago, kecamatan pamona utara setiap kali panen. Data yang di gunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder yang di peroleh melalui wawancara langsung kepada responden serta melalui kantor kelurahan, petugas PPL dan kepustakaan. Analisis yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini secara kuantitatif yakni untuk menghitung pendapatan bersih (keuntungan) yang di peroleh rata-rata tiap petani padi sawah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwabesarnya pendapatan bersih rata-rata petani padi sawah sebesar Rp 2.179.250 setiap kali panen. Angka tersebut membuktikan usaha tani di kelurahan sawidago telah dapat memberikan keuntungan. Namun keuntungan tersebut masih belum dapat memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan keluarga.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Sumber Sehat Tentena Pharmacy. In increasingly fierce business competition, service quality is one of the key factors to increase competitiveness and maintain customer loyalty. Through a survey approach of 30 respondents who visited Sumber Sehat Pharmacy for two months, this study used simple regression analysis techniques to analyze the data. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. The variables of service quality reviewed include aspects of responsiveness and drug availability. These findings emphasize the importance of improving service quality as a key strategy in building customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Agriculture is one of the important sectors in supporting the national economy and also society in particular. This income can be obtained through the management of various agricultural commodities, one of which is the corn farming business. Therefore, this study focuses on the income of corn farming businesses in Sulewana village, North Pamona District, Poso Regency. This study was a descriptive study with 5 corn farmers selected as research samples determined by purposive sampling. The results showed that the average receipt of farmers in Sulewana village was Rp 5,387,900. The cost of farming in one growing season is Rp. 2,229,430. Based on the amount of revenue and cost of farming, the average income of corn farmers in Sulewana village is Rp. 3,158,470 per one planting season.ABSTRAKPertanian merupakan salah satu sektor yang penting dalam mendukung perekonomian nasional dan juga masyarakat secara khusus. Pendapatan tersebut dapat diperoleh melalui pengelolaan berbagai komoditi pertanian, salah satunya usaha tani jagung. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini fokus pada pendapatan usaha tani jagung di desa Sulewana, Kecamatan Pamona Utara Kabupaten Poso. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan 5 petani jagung dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian yang ditetapkan dengan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata penerimaan petani di desa Sulewana sebesar Rp 5.387.900. Biaya usaha tani dalam satu musim tanam sebesar Rp. 2.229.430. Berdasarkan jumlah penerimaan dan biaya usaha tani maka diperoleh pendapatan rata-rata petani jagung di desa Sulewana sebesar Rp 3.158.470 per satu musim tanam.

Abstract

This research is based on the role of the AMDK industry in community development because it utilizes natural resources in the village such as mountain springs. This research aims to determine and analyze the role of CV. Natural Gift of Salumalino Minerals for the Social and Economic Development of the Bancea Village Community. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation The research results show that the presence of the AMDK industry, namely CV. Anugerah Alam Mineral Salumalino has an important role in social development both in social organizations of the community and in the social environment of the community as a whole and plays a role in the economic development of the community such as opening up employment opportunities, can minimize the unemployment rate in Bancea Village and can contribute clean water in two aspects, namely Contribution providing free clean water through existing reservoirs and affordable prices for bottled drinking water products for the people of Bancea Village.
