Abstract

This community service was carried out at Poso Regency in June to November 2019.  Its purpose was to provide training and assistance to partner in utilizing and processing coconut fiber as agricultural waste into organic fertilizer of ash to be applied to waxy corn crop.  The method of activity includes: (1) Explanation regarding the process of making organic fertilizer with raw materials of coconut fiber wastes, and economic aspect of utilizing coconut ash organic fertilizer; (2) Production activity in the form of the coconut ash organic fertilizer processing training, the fertilizer application to crop, and profit farming analysis to measure turnover increasing; (3) Partner assistance during the training and productions processes. Partner consists of farmer who belongs to the category of economically productive.  Results demonstrate that the program implementation has given improvement to technical and economic achievements of partner’s farming.  The improvement of waxy corn production was from 0.90 tonnes/hectare to 3.912 tonnes/hectare, whereas the increased farm profits was from IDR 2,600,000/ha/planting season to IDR 16,066,000/ha/planting season.  A high level of partner’s satisfaction to cooperation and activity outcome on partner’s productive business was an incentive to continue adopting coconut ash organic fertilizer technology in his subsequent farming activities.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/abdimas.v6i1.4988

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to find out the differences of the knowledge and assessment owned and given by inorganic and organic rice field farmers on the functions of rice field farming in terms of economic, social-cultural, and environmental aspects. Primary data is collected from rice field farmers in Tonusu Village through survey, using questionnaire and interview. 20 farmers determined as respondents through quota sampling, consist respectively of 10 farmers who applying inorganic and organic rice farming. Study is conducted by identifying the agriculture multifunctionality  on the aspects of economic, social-cultural, and environment.  Data is analyzed descriptively and tested with t test for 2 independent samples. Result demonstrates that there is difference of the knowledge between inorganic and organic farmers on the functions of rice field farming.  The average number of functions known by inorganic respondents is  71,56 %, less than that of organic respondents with the value of 91,67 %, particularly on the functions of farm women’s role, soil quality, biodiversity, environment pollution indicator, and food security. Besides, there is difference of the assessment made by both groups on the application of the rice field functions.  The average of functions given high assessment by inorganic respondents is 27,08 %, less than that of organic respondents with the value of 46,04 %, on the functions of farmer solidarity, soil quality, biodiversity, environment pollution indicator, farming attraction, and food security. Therefore, the agriculture multifunctionality in organic rice field farming is better than that of the inorganic system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk mengetahui saluran pemasaran     dan   besarnya margin pemasaran  biji kakao kering. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan survey. Penelitian deskriptif dapat diartikan sebagai proses pemecahan masalah yang diselidiki dengan melukiskan keadaan obyek penelitian pada saat sekarang berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang tampak atau bagaimana adanya. Jumlah sampel petani 10 orang dan pedagang pengumpul 2 orang, sedangkan  pedagang besar  2 orang  dan eksportir 1 orang  yang ada di Kabupaten. Dengan seluruh responden berjumlah  15 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan saluran pemasaran yang ada di desa bancea ada tiga saluran pemasaran biji kakao kering dengan Margin pemasaran biji kakao kering yang terbesar   Rp.6.500, ada pada pedagang pengumpul dan margin terkecil Rp.1.500, ada pada pedagang besar.  untuk memperpendek saluran pemasaran biji kakao kering dan  memperkecil margin pemasaran biji kakao kering,adalah membangun/menghidupkan kembali kelompok tani kakao,Gapoktan dan koperasi  yang mewadai petani kakao guna menampung hasil panen kakao serta meningkatkan posisi tawar petani kakao terhadap pedagang. Diharapkan adanya intervensi Pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Poso dalam hal perbaikan infrastruktur transportasi guna memudahkan akses langsung ke eksportir.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pasien rawat inap terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Puskesmas Tentena. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Tentena. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey terhadap 40 pasien rawat inap di Puskesmas Tentena. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan accidental sampling. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis gap.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atribut yang mempunyai gap paling besar adalah atribut kecepatan pelayanan apotek, kelengkapan obat-obatan di apotek, kelengkapan fasilitas peralatan modern, dan ketersediaan pusat pengaduan terhadap keluhan pasien, Sedangkan atribut yang memiliki gap paling kecil adalah atribut kerapian dan kebersihan penampilan seluruh karyawan, keramahan dan kesopanan dokter dan perawat, kemudahan memperoleh informasi pelayanan, dan ketersediaan petunjuk arah untuk tiap ruangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the empowerment of women coffee farmers in Bancea Village, South Pamona District. This study used a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through interviews and observations of members of the Katundana coffee farmer group in Bancea village and 1 agricultural officer in Bancea village. The results of this study are that women coffee farmers in the village of Bancea are empowered in farming and processing Kojo coffee. They are equipped with knowledge, skills and facilities to support their jobs and work programs. This empowerment provides positive benefits for increasing the level of welfare of women in their households and also economic development in the village.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the marketing strategy of savings services during the pandemic at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) KCP Poso. This research uses a qualitative approach that focuses research data on key information related to marketing strategies for savings services during the pandemic. Marketing Strategy Concept at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) KCP Poso is centered on products, prices, promotions and company locations. Based on the results of the analysis, there have been several problems or obstacles that occurred during the pandemic. However, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Kcp Poso has its own strategy to maintain and increase the service and number of savings customers at BNI Poso. To improve the marketing strategy of savings services during the pandemic, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) KCP Poso uses several components in implementing marketing strategies, namely 4P or usually consisting of products, prices, places and promotions. Of all the efforts that have been made, the most influential strategy during the pandemic is to utilize banking digitalization and social media, improving features that can make it easier for customers to make transactions without having to go to BNI Poso. Thus, the strategy has run as desired and the number of customers has no effect on the pandemic so that every year customers continue to increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and study the cultivation, income and feasibility of trigona honey bee business in Kele'i village, East Pamona District, Poso Regency. The study used a descriptive method. The population in this study is people who cultivate Trigona honey bees with a total of 20 people. Because the trigona honey bee's business is homogeneous, the sample is determined using purposive sampling, namely by deliberately selecting two trigona honey bee cultivators. The data collection method uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis in this study was carried out by calculating income and business feasibility. The results showed that the income of trigona honey bee cultivation in Kele'i Village, East Pamona District, from the 2 respondents studied, AL respondents earned income of Rp 3,679,125 and YD respondents earned income of Rp 2,695,667. The results of the feasibility level analysis showed that respondents AL B/C ratio 4.48 obtained a number greater than 1, and respondents YD B/C ratio 2.23. The acquisition of this number is greater than 1 so that the management of trigona honey bee cultivation in Kele'i Village, East Pamona District, is very feasible and very profitable to continue to run and develop.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang strategi pemasaran layanan jasa tabungan pada masa pandemi pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) KCP Poso. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menitik beratkan data penelitian pada informasi kunci yang berkaitan dengan strategi pemasaran layanan jasa tabungan pada masa pandemi. Konsep Strategi pemasaranpada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) KCP Poso terpusat pada produk, harga, promosi dan lokasi perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah terdapat beberapa masalah atau kendala yang terjadi di saat masa pandemic. Namun PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Kcp Poso memiliki strategi tersendiri untuk tetap mempertahankan dan meningkatkan layanan dan jumlah nasabah tabungan diBNI Poso. Untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran layanan jasa tabungan pada masa pandemic PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) KCP Poso menggunakan beberapa komponen dalam melaksanakan strategi pemasaran yaitu 4P atau biasa terdiri dari produk, harga, tempat dan promosi. Dari semua usaha yang telah dilakukan, strategi paling berpengaruh pada masa pandemic yaitu memanfaatkandigitalisasi perbankan dan media sosial, mmeningkatkan fitur-fitur yang dapat mempermudah nasabah melakukan transaksi tanpa harus ke BNI Poso. Dengan demikian maka strategi telah berjalan seperti yang di inginkan dan jumlah nasabah tidak berpengaruh dengan adanya pandemic sehingga setiap tahun tetap mengalami peningkatan nasabah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mempelajari budidaya, pendapatan dan kelayakan usaha lebah madu trigona di desa Kele’i Kecamatan Pamona Timur Kabupaten Poso. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat yang membudidayakan lebah madu Trigona dengan jumlah 20 orang. Dikarenakan usaha lebah madu trigona ini homogen maka sampel ditentukan menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu dengan memilih secara sengaja dua orang pembudidaya lebah madu trigona. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan perhitungan pendapatan dan kelayakan usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan budidaya lebah madu trigona di Desa Kele’i Kecamatan Pamona Timur dari 2 responden yang diteliti, responden AL memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp 3.679.125 dan responden YD memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp 2.695.667. Hasil analisis tingkat kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa responden AL B/C rasio 4,48 perolehan angka lebih besar dari 1, dan responden YD B/C rasio 2,23. Perolehan angka tersebut lebih besar dari 1 sehingga pengelolaan budidaya lebah madu trigona yang ada di Desa Kele’i Kecamatan Pamona Timur, sangat layak dan sangat menguntungkan untuk terus dijalankan dan dikembangkan.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. BPR Yaspis Dana Prima Tentena. This study aims to determine the level of ktedit risk at PT. BPR Yaspis Dana Prima Tentena. This research was conducted using data collection techniques including observation, documentation and interview techniques. The analysis method used by the author is a quantitative method using Credit Riks Ratio analysis. Primary data sources with interviews and questions and answers, as well as secondary data through references and collectibility report data for 2017-20121 PT. BPR Yaspis Dana PrimaTentena is the source of data used by the author. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that Non-Performing Loan (NPL) loans at PT. BPR Yaspis Dana Prima Tentena decreased from 2017-2020 and in 2021 increased by 5.0%, so this shows that PT BPR Yaspis Dana Prima Tentena's Non-Performing Loan is classified as moderate according to Bank Indonesia regulations.
